This salon were open to working with my current hand tied for now, gave fabulous highlights and lowlights to create a beautiful brighter overall look, and we are discussing our future plans for custom ordering our 30" or more length 6 months or so down the line when it is finally time to retire my Dakota London set. Other salons only go to 24", and I am not willing to chop 6" or more after all this work. Ottalaus has been a dream find. Depending on how my employment hunt goes, perhaps I will allow my stylist to play in the fantasy colors, but we will stay "normal" blonde for now.

Poor cabinetry, weird ceiling panels that shoot for elegance but miss the mark. The washing stations aren't comfortable. You can head every convo throughout the salon because of the wide open space and you literally can stare at the people on the other side of you due to poor positioning of chairs/mirrors. The floors were dirty, there was hair and dust on the cabinets at opening, AND the BIGGEST issue I noticed that there were no sanity stations for scissors or brushes. My hairstylist used a curling brush that had hair already in it! I'm praying it was only used on freshly washed hair, but still I don't think that's acceptable. As far as my stylist, I'm happy with her and her providing me with the services I scheduled. The service was slightly more than the lists prices online so they should update the pricing. Since I liked the stylist I will give it another try but the salon isn't something itself I look forward to entering again.

Botox isn't cheap but I did a lot of shopping around and they are competitively priced. Amara is very clean and the staff are very attentive to their clients. I was offered snacks, water and soda multiple times. I didn't have to wait for my appointment although I would have loved to wait because not only are they a hair and med spa they also have a boutique with lots of cute clothes and jewelry. I wanted something to temporarily straighten my hair and I got confused by the messages with the salon which is my fault. But now after all is said and done, I'm just upset my hair feels and looks just a little bit worse if anything 4 hours of salon time and 400$ later. SOOOO happy with relik!!!! i've seen my fair share of hair stylists & salons & i've never been so…read morehappy with someone as i have with briche! i have brown hair naturally but have been doing blonde & platinum almost three years now. for years i would go see my husbands aunt at a different salon in american fork (that's now shut it's doors), but she is getting older & has wrist pain & cant take 6 hours to color my hair anymore. she referred me to a different stylist who i saw in december 2019, but she didn't get my color right so in april 2020, when i desperately needed my hair colored but had no stylist to turn to, i called relik (they have not shut their doors during this pandemic), i explained what i wanted to do & they made me an appointment with briche. i saw her the first time on 4/24. she nailed the hair color that the other stylist i saw last december didn't get right!! i wanted to do a light grey instead of white & she did it! she suggested i come back & see her to tone it, which i did last friday 6/26 & it looks freshly dyed, even though it was just a quick toning session! she's a little more expensive than anyone I've seen in the past but I promise she's worth it! the salon itself is classy, clean, & inviting. all the stylists there seem to know what they're doing! look them up on instagram or give them a call, but i promise you won't be disappointed you came here!
