Other salons all across SLC just chop instead of rebalance and make my time in their chair, high-stress. I would leave with a fake smile and so sad. Lemon has altered this reality. I wanted something to temporarily straighten my hair and I got confused by the messages with the salon which is my fault. But now after all is said and done, I'm just upset my hair feels and looks just a little bit worse if anything 4 hours of salon time and 400$ later. The lady Angela who did it was nice and did say it wouldn't straighten my hair all the way just make it more manageable. I just am very disappointed, as one would be.

They like to change times and send you a last minute text with a new time. The late fee inorder to reschedule was $240. The amount they made up that it would have cost to get my hair done. Matt or Mark told me he would do a partial color and only charge me two $30. Late fees in addition to the cost of color. I do understand that their time is money so maybe they should quit changing times without a phone call to the customer. The late fee is ridiculous. If you don't want customers, Matt/Mike just let us know. You're not the only salon. My other stylist has been messaging.

She wasn't very talkative; didn't ask any questions other than what I wanted with my haircut so that was a little weird because usually they will talk your ear off. Price was better than Great Clips and I was in-and-out in about 20 minutes! With it being such a quick cut; there's a lot less blending so they are more sharp, blunt cuts; I would prefer it to be blended more. I'm all for a quick cut at a good price!

This last time was one of the worst haircuts I got and before I could stop the haircutter, my head was practically shaved off. Not ideal when I wanted to keep my hair long. Unfortunately this will be the last time I come here. Too much inconsistency lately and too much poor communication. I guess that's what you risk for a low price haircut. Great, nice people, just too many bad experiences.
