I called to help my really good friend find a good salon, since my friend wasn't having much luck (most salons were snobbish and hung up on her regarding perms for long hair). I called and spoke with Kristen, explaining that my friend has not been to a hair salon before and what she was looking for. Kristen was so easy to connect with and answered all my questions, relaying helpful information I passed along to my friend. She has a consultation with Stephanie, who tested my friend's hair and gave her feedback she found extremely helpful to help her hair repair and when it was best to get a perm. There was a sign at the front desk saying "take one" meaning a snack and she went to take one and the lady screamed at her and my daughter has been crying ever since. My daughter is the kindest most honest little girl and would never take something that wasn't offered.
