They ran out of exfoliating gloves when I went, which was a bummer, but I found one for cheap at a local market. Mary Grace texts you to confirm appointments, which is really cool. Is it painful? It's plucking hairs all at once so yes it will hurt, but only for a short while. The results are worth it! Highly recommend this place for a professional wax! You will not regret it. Emma and Kate remember all the busyness of my life & I appreciate the care they put into their customers. I feel comfortable telling them if there was something that could have been better after I went home and felt around better than I did when I'm in the room afterwards. Even though this location is 20 minutes from where I live, I will keep coming here because of Emma & Kate. Their service and care is awesome; it's needed when you feel subconscious about someone all in your private areas! This is plus size friendly as I am a plus size woman and I never felt less than coming here. So appreciated and they don't even know. Establishment has been clean and sanitized prior to me showing up to every appointment.
