I did a dip manicure and was told on the phone it was $45. I knew I made a mistake when I walked in and saw nail dust EVERYWHERE, paper decorations, and it smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. I didn't have any polish on when I came in and they didn't do ANY cuticle trimming or grooming of my nails other than filing them. Even post manicure, there was no massage, no lotion, no cuticle oil, nothing! They couldnt find the first 2 colors I wanted and ended up going with my third choice which was relatively unprofessional as well. I left with gel and polish all over my skin. Finally I got up to the counter to pay and they charged me $50, when I was told it would be $45. I will not be going back and do not recommend it to others unless you want to pay $50 + tip for 4 days of barely decent nails.

I was going there for over 4 years and really felt like it was more than just a nail salon and nail tech I was going to. I was close to the girls and even to the owner at one point, then I don't know what happened. I think there was big time miscommunication and instead of calling me to discuss it, I was told by one of the nail techs, who I could tell didn't really know what was going on nor did she want to be the messenger, yet the owner has her do his dirty work of telling me I was no longer welcome, and my number was blocked by owner and my Nail tech at the time which really hurt me! I asked the nail Tech to have Young call me, he never did! I knew he wouldn't. Don't know what's so hard about communication! had to go to the salon to find all this out because I was initially worried that something happened because I couldn't get through. Unfortunately, for you, it's more than just what happened to me, the salon is a bit run down, although there was a little glow up, with big TV's, to highlight the salon, and some decor! I I had a bad experience towards the end of my journey there. There are 2 sides to every story. This is mine! Take what will from it. I am assuming I had an appointment I didn't know about and that was it the reason for all this. ‍ I never missed an appointment, before, and was late maybe 2 times in 4 years...and not that late, I have also waited for the techs before, no biggie . & the last time I was there I treated my sons to pedicures, spend lots of $$$, and referred several people there which I do regret now! I've never gotten a bad cut here. Ever. And in a world full of rushed chain cuts and uneven fades, that's saying something. The staff is friendly, down-to-earth, and always makes you feel like you're in good hands. While I waited for my wife to finish up, they even offered me a water or a soda--which, small thing, but it says a lot. It's that kind of place. While we were there, an elderly couple came in--clearly regulars--and brought little souvenirs from a recent trip to give to each of the stylists. That kind of relationship between customers and staff tells you everything you need to know about how they treat people here. If you're anywhere near Spanish Fork and in need of a solid, reliable haircut that leaves you feeling fresh and actually seen, this is the spot.
