I am so frustrated. I am leaving out of town on a trip tomorrow morning so as any person would, I got a gel pedicure. Well... I got my pedicure done around 3/3:30 pm, and it is now 8:30 pm and my GEL pedicure FELL OFF (yes you read that correctly. FELL. COMPLETELY. OFF.) I haven't even had my nails done for more than 6 hours and they are all off. I called asking for a refund since I Venmo'd them and I'm going out of town early in the morning tomorrow. She told me she couldn't return my Venmo and the only way to fix it would be to come in and get them redone. I'm extremely disappointed in this service. read more

Depends on who does your nails. Sometimes they look good then the next time they are bad.

The shop itself is fine, it has a nice energy and everything, but the service I received was not the best. When I called in to schedule an appointment my name wasn't taken or anything, and when I arrived I was unsure of what I was supposed to be doing. My nail tech seemed very detached and uninterested in what she was doing and didn't seem to care about the overall quality, as she also filed very aggressively and left the skin around one of my thumbs broken and sore. I'd also like to mention she was watching videos on her phone while she was doing my nails, and she also barely spoke english and was quite cold to me. Not insinuating that she has to be fluent in english, but it would be nice to have a basic vocal interaction with her other than her telling me to wash my hands. The result also wasn't the best, as the shape is not close to my reference at all and the shape/polish is very uneven, with bubbles in almost all of my nails showing. Overall there was little communication or hospitality (customer service) received and the experience and product were both mediocre. I've attached pictures of my reference and what I received, I won't be going back here. Updating my review: it looks like underneath the top layer of my right middle nail wasn't cured enough when the nail tech did the top coat. A hole tore in it while i was at work and uncured gel polish started leaking out of the nail! I took my review from 2 to 1 stars for this. It's just unacceptable how careless the nail tech was with the entire process beginning to end, and even more unacceptable that I paid $45 for this. I don't have the money to be wasting on a horrible job. Don't go here, even if you do have the money. read more

WWhat i witnessed today in this salon was absolutely horrendous. A male proprietor verbally abused a customer and told her to F off, he did not need her business. She was 5 mins late, a female staff told him she had called but this did not stop his tirade. The poor young woman had to leave with her nails partly done. I went in here because my coworker recommended this place to me. I expected good service and good nails. I didn't get that. I have social anxiety and anxiety in general, so I tensed up a lot during the session. It was something that I didn't notice until the lady doing my nails shook my hands and looked annoyed. However, she kept going too rough on my nails and acted like she needed to be somewhere after she was done with me, which caused me to tense up even more. I explained that it was my first time going in to get my nails done, but even then she still managed to hurt me a couple of times. She didn't clean off the equipment she was using, and just set them aside. She didn't even clean them after she finished the customer who was there before me. I've seen my coworkers nails and they look nice and smooth. We had the same thing done, yet mine look lumpy and one even has a hair stuck inside it. It looks like someone with no experience did my nails. Unfortunately that is not the case, and I paid $38 at an established business to have them done. Their prices are either not clearly posted, or they make prices up on the spot. I thought I was going to pay $28 for my nails (based on the poster they have), but like I said, I paid $38. When I showed my coworkers my nails, she mentioned 2 things. 1) she said my nails looked like I had them done elsewhere, and she even had to ask multiple times where I got them done because she couldn't believe it. 2) she said that when she went in there without an appointment, the lady doing her nails was rushing to get them done as well. I went in without an appointment, but you should still treat your customers the same, especially if you accept walk-ins. At no point was I denied or told to come back because I didn't have an appointment. All I did was walk in and say "I'm here to get my nails done." Everyone I showed my nails to told me to go back and ask to get them done again, but even though I am very unhappy with my nails, I'd rather not go back in because I was very uncomfortable and intimidated the entire time. read more

This place really isnt good at all! I asked for a simple French tip and they did terrible. They cut up all of my cuticles and they ended up making me bleed because of how ripped up they were. I really wouldn't recommend going to this place at all. read more

This was my first time getting my nails done. I went with a few friends. Like everyone else says, it's way too rushed. My nails turned out fine, but they were very aggressive with me, someone who is terrible with social clues. It's like they were trying to see how fast they could speedrun being as aggressive as possible with some extra argument in some language I couldn't bother to identify. Possibly the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I scheduled an appointment for myself and two friends for manis and pedis at 6 pm and as we arrived on time we had to wait around 5-10 minutes since there was no one available yet. Okay that's fine so we waited. Then as we're sitting in the chairs, a woman who started on my friend's toes makes rude remarks about his feet. Mind you, the water in the foot bowl was never changed so I had to put my feet in dirty cold water. They just threw some bath salts in after like it was fine! Both of my friends were getting their toes done and I sat in the chair waiting until around 5:25/5:30. As im paying closer attention, the employees are about done with my friends' toes before they've even assigned someone to my chair. And then the most horrific thing happens, the woman that was assigned to my chair doesn't even say hi when she sits down or even asks what I want done with my toes, she just stars cutting my toenails off, after removing my gel with an electric file, to the point of nubs. She then starts filing my nails and there is nothing to file at this point because they're so short and it's actually making me cringe because it's so painful and she was just filing skin. The whole pedicure was probably 20 minutes and I asked for gel. They never gave us any information on the price and they also never asked my friends if they wanted their nails cut short or filed, they just started doing it as if they knew what the customer wanted without asking. I was so upset because I absolutely hated how my toes looked especially since I came in with my toes looking decently shaped and the length wasn't very long to begin with. And you can also see, if you look close enough at the photos, where my nails actually were. I was mortified. I told them I don't want a manicure because they already did horribly on my toes and they kept pushing me to get them done. After my $50 20 minute pedicure was done I walked out and bawled. My friends were still inside getting their manis and the employees started pointing their fingers at my one friend and then pointing at the car I was in. A clear sign they were talking smack. Honestly not very impressed with the service I received here. The man doing my pedicure was kind - but when he couldn't find the color I wanted, he pushed the color he wanted. I didn't feel like he even tried to find what I wanted. He just did what was easier and could not have been in more of a rush. He then spent the rest of the time trying to convince me that what color he chose was perfect and then I was just annoyed. Maybe it was just a bad day. The owner called my fingers "retarded" and was making comments to a women who was having trouble getting pregnant, that she was "too skinny and had no butt so she would never get pregnant". I explained this and someone told me it would be $30 for the whole thing! I was stoked and made an apt for 1:00 per the lady's request. I went in, and they were helping other patients so i sat down to wait and she called me over and handed me a basket and told me to pick a color and to sit down in the manicure chair (there were 4 of them) so I picked the most convenient one (or so i thought) I waited a good 20 minutes. I then heard her say "I SAID THAT ONE!!! and she came and slapped my shoulder and told me to change my chair. She didnt talk much, and acted so annoyed that they were busy and that she HAD to do my nails. Everything she said was negative about me, my nails, everything.. As she was doing my nails, I told her I wanted them rounded off, and she made them as square as could be. I asked her to round them off again and she acted so annoyed, and did a tiny bit of filing.... Then i went to pay and she said that the price was $48! I told her on the phone they told me $30 and she said, sorry, $48. I paid $48 for something that was not what i wanted, only to go home and file them by myself. I go here often for pedicures. They have the auto massage pedicure chairs for adults, not anything available that's kid sized. They are pretty good at what they do. They don't do any thing trendy, but they do a good job, if you just need a "scrub and buff" for lack of a better term. It is a new building, so I do like that it is clean and comfortable. I would love to say that is always expected, but sadly, a lot of other local places are pretty dirty and uncomfortable. So I would recommend this place for a quick fix up pedicure go to! read more

I went to fix 2 of my nails after a very painful experience trying to get off the rest of my acrylic. She began being very sassy after I was asking her to reshape on of my nails she said, "thank you for telling me how to do nails." I work at a nail salon I know how they should look. R&R ROUGH AND RUDE Been there twice to give the benefit of the doubt but both experiences were bad. First time experience, the main lady, maybe even owner was rude and the worker I had was rough! The second time we went I had my daughters acrylic nails removed, same rude lady did it, she ripped them off in 2 minutes with tweezers which was very painful for my daughter. While she was RIPPING them off my daughter said "ouch" and the lady said "no hurt" even while we waited to be seen someone was getting a pedicure and said "my water is too hot", same lady who did my daughters nails said "water is not too hot!" I love this place, sometimes it's hard to get in, but Kim the owner is always willing to work with your schedule. I've never had one chip or fall off. My nails stay on over 3 weeks sometimes! I do occasion only bring my older kids and the atmosphere is welcoming. The building is brand new and the shop is beautiful. The pedicures are also amazing. And the gel polish is amazing. read more

Never going back for dip powder. I'm from out of town, and searched for a place to give me dip powder for my nails. Most places were booked but this was available at short notice. I didn't wait long, and they had the perfect color I wanted. The lady was nice and friendly - then the pain started. She looked at my nails (a month grown out of old dip powder but still very pretty and definitely secure on my fingers) then took a sharp edged metal file and began to wedge it underneath the paint and POP OFF THE DIP POWDER TAKING MY NAIL OFF WITH IT! I said ouch, that hurts! And she kept on going! I was so stunned that I didn't jerk away although I should have. 12 hours later and my fingers are killing me. The dip powder process she used was different, not terrible, but she used a paint brush instead of dipping my finger into the powder. The result is a clean, straight, thick glob of paint on my very tender fingers. It kind of reminds me of fondant when what I want is classy and high end. Not terrible, like I said, but the torture of getting my previous nails ripped apart from where they were attached to my fingers makes this place a 1/5. If you want dip powder nails I highly recommend going ANYWHERE else. To be fair, my friend got gel at the same time from a different lady nexand loved her experience. read more

My hand is currently hurt and the lady who is doing my nails kept on pulling on it. I told her that it hurt but she said all you'll be fine. She use the nail drill on my finger and it started burning I pulled away a little bit and she grabbed my hand back harshly. I normally love this place but I'm starting to dislike it because of the way they treat their customers. My nails are also crooked and they did not give me the design I want it. They didn't tell me that it cost at five dollars per nail extra if I wanted to design on them. I thought it be $40 but they said it would be around 60 if I wanted what I showed them a picture of. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Scheduled an appointment for my wife and daughter which someone there neglected to write down. So they squeezed them in an hour late and tried to rush through manicures in 15 minutes. During the 15 minute rush job, three other people came in with appointments and were turned away because they didn't have enough people on staff to keep the appointments. But at least the girls got half-baked manicures instead of none at all like several others. read more
