Exceptional customer service. My daughter tripped and dragged both big toes and it wore off the tips of each toe the day she got them done (first experience with gel nail, first pedicure). We dropped in to see if they could fix her two toenails. They were very thorough checking each nail and the gentleman was not happy with my big toe polish either, so they fixed both hers as well as mine. We felt bad asking, but are grateful they were willing to help us out! We are very happy with the experience. read more

Went in for my scheduled appointment. I have been going to Jolie for 3 years. They were packed and I waited about 10-15 min for my appt. Finally I had to leave without being seen but then when I went to schedule again they would not take me as a customer again because I had left my last appointment before they were able to take me in. read more

They do great work with your nails and have so many options. Love it here. They are also very very popular so it's best if you schedule an appt. read more

The experience itself wasn't bad. I'd still go back since it's local to me. It turned out mostly how I envisioned. The two complaints I have are that they didn't clean up my cuticles and the French tip base color, wasn't thick enough. You can see the fake nail and my natural nail under. read more

I actually love this place. I have friends who are in beauty school and I let them practice doing nails on me. I love them and everything, but sometimes it's not the best. Whenever I need to have some beautiful nails on, I go here. The environment is so warm, you get to see everyone just getting pleased by the service that they provide. I will forever come here. i love love love it. read more

I really liked the results, however, I had zero connection with the workers. They barely spoke 3 words to me (maybe they don't feel comfortable speaking English, which I understand), but they spoke to each other the whole time while I was there. That kind of made me feel uncomfortable. The girl who removed my previous gel polish had long sharp nails. While she was scraping my polish off her nails were digging into my fingers. That was a little painful while she was doing that. The man who was painting my nails answered the phone 3 times and made appointments while in the middle of painting my nails. He has some great multitasking skills! I got gel French tips done and I really like them. He did an amazing good job on my nails. He is very talented. If you are going there for a mani or pedi, don't expect to have any casual conversations with the workers, they'll only ask you about your nails and give you commands on when to put your hand in the UV dryer (or foot bath, if you're getting a pedicure), but they do excellent work on your nails. I think it would be an even nicer experience if they had slightly better customer service. I know the language barrier can be difficult, however, if they want return clients, being a little more friendly and interactive with customers would help. Despite the lack in customer service, I'll probably return because they did a nice job on my nails. read more

We drive over an hour, one way, to come here, because they are just THAT good! Jenny and Nina are our favorites! (You can request them) They are seasoned professionals at their craft and it shows! They are so nice and accommodating, and are the reason we keep coming back. I 10/10 recommend! They are open on Sunday! The only day they close is Tuesday. Salon is very clean. read more

So excited! First pedi since pandemic and first pedi of the season - Jolie Nails did not disappoint. Called on a whim and they got me in immediately. Pre-pandemic, this was my favorite pedi place. It was okay for the most part. My sister, mom, and I went to get pedicures for our mom's birthday gift. The lady that my mom got was actually very unfriendly and off putting. She zoomed through the service and kept glaring at my mom and made her hold her own leg in the air while she did the scrub on her feet. My lady was nice and more friendly. However.. during my service she was a little harsh with the cuticle work and the buffing. She lifted a hang nail and peeled all my skin back leaving my big toe in pain and feeling very sensitive. The next couple days it has gotten worse and swollen and just throbs to the point that it's waking me up in the night. I'm not sure if it's infected or just sensitive from the skin she pulled off but it hurts. I just think the employees need to be more careful and mindful when performing pedicures. As well as a little more friendly and welcoming. We will not be choosing this place to go for pedicures. read more

I'm not one to go to a salon on a regular basis, however since Jolie Nails opened I have gone multiple times because of their customer service, overall services, and cleanliness. Their prices are fair and competitive to many other nail salons. I'm happy to have found a good salon that takes their time with you and doesn't rush you through the process just to get to the next client. I would highly recommend this salon. read more

This used to be my go to salon for a pedicure. My experience on Friday, July 17 was fine until I got home and realize that my nail bed was a little inflamed. It's been hurting the past three days and this morning I looked down and saw the infection. I will never be back. Not worth it! read more

Hard to get them to answer phone so I walked in. Pedicure was so rushed especially trimming nails that it scared me. Massage of legs so rough it hurt. Just rushed and brutal. Didn't realize until I was into my next errand that I was walking in a pool of blood. Stay away from this place read more

I took my mom and her friend here to treat us to some pedicures. My first time here and I'll definitely be going back. The ladies were friendly and did an excellent job. They are reasonably priced for a plain pedi (gets a little pricey when doing gel) and have a gazillion colors to choose from. I do wish they'd let me soak a little longer but I get they have other customers to get in. Will definitely be going back- and I think my mom and her friend will too! read more

Based off of reviews and pictures, I was very excited to get my nails and toes done here. I did a lot of research before choosing this place. The pedicure was amazing. I loved it. They were meticulous and took their time, which I appreciated. Got the spa pedicure and the massage was so good. They also do a hot stone massage! I got a full set as well. I enjoyed everything except one thing. When it was all said and done, I realized that they didn't paint all the way down to the cuticle. You can see in the picture, the day I got it done looks like it had been a week since I got them. I got them specifically for a getaway trip my husband and I were taking for our anniversary. The trip was the following week. By the time we were on our trip, my nails looked like they had grown out a couple weeks already because of where they started. That was the one downside but other than that, great service and experience. I'm not sure if I want to return here and ask for them to paint down to the cuticle because I noticed the other pictures are the same and that just may be their style. I will keep looking for a salon that fits my preferences. Besides that, parking is easy and you almost always need an appointment because they are always busy. read more

This is a brand new place and has done an amazing job of keeping up with the times. It is very clean. They play radio music-I think it was 97.1 at a reasonable volume. The store is on the quieter side which helps it be more relaxing and comfortable. I got gel acrylic nails in a sparkly red color. They look really cute. 4 stars since there's always room for improvement, but they did a wonderful job. I recommend trying this place out. read more

They were all about helping me until I told them I just wanted to take my dip off and not put new on. I had a wonderful experience here. We walked right in and got helped on a Saturday mid morning. It was amazing. They were quite busy but still got us in. Good spot! Will keep this as my go to when im in Spanish fork. I am a germ a phobe & I didn't get creeped out here, it felt probably as clean as one of these kinds of nail salons can feel. Don't think the pumice sponge was new... that's why i took off a star, those are so cheap to use a new one on ever person. i just plan on a good shower later lol. The spa (basic) pedi was $25 & pretty good, I had a decent massage, sugar scrub, hot towels, hot rocks. Didn't have an appt & got in right away. Was about 30 mins in the chair not including drying time. read more

I went in for the first time today to get a French tip shelac on my nails. Jenny did a great job. She was fast, polite and did what I wanted. I'm very pleased with the results. I especially loved the attention to details. They also put lotion on your hands followed by a wax dip to make them soft and moisturize. It is more expensive than my last salon, but I will be coming back again and I'm so glad I found a place that's closer to where I live. Thank you‼ read more
