I actually love this place. I have friends who are in beauty school and I let them practice doing nails on me. I love them and everything, but sometimes it's not the best. It was okay for the most part. My sister, mom, and I went to get pedicures for our mom's birthday gift. The lady that my mom got was actually very unfriendly and off putting. She zoomed through the service and kept glaring at my mom and made her hold her own leg in the air while she did the scrub on her feet. My lady was nice and more friendly. However.. during my service she was a little harsh with the cuticle work and the buffing. She lifted a hang nail and peeled all my skin back leaving my big toe in pain and feeling very sensitive. The next couple days it has gotten worse and swollen and just throbs to the point that it's waking me up in the night. I'm not sure if it's infected or just sensitive from the skin she pulled off but it hurts. I just think the employees need to be more careful and mindful when performing pedicures. As well as a little more friendly and welcoming. We will not be choosing this place to go for pedicures. read more

I really liked the results, however, I had zero connection with the workers. They barely spoke 3 words to me (maybe they don't feel comfortable speaking English, which I understand), but they spoke to each other the whole time while I was there. That kind of made me feel uncomfortable. The girl who removed my previous gel polish had long sharp nails. While she was scraping my polish off her nails were digging into my fingers. That was a little painful while she was doing that. The man who was painting my nails answered the phone 3 times and made appointments while in the middle of painting my nails. He has some great multitasking skills! I got gel French tips done and I really like them. He did an amazing good job on my nails. He is very talented. If you are going there for a mani or pedi, don't expect to have any casual conversations with the workers, they'll only ask you about your nails and give you commands on when to put your hand in the UV dryer (or foot bath, if you're getting a pedicure), but they do excellent work on your nails. I think it would be an even nicer experience if they had slightly better customer service. I know the language barrier can be difficult, however, if they want return clients, being a little more friendly and interactive with customers would help. Despite the lack in customer service, I'll probably return because they did a nice job on my nails. read more

Their prices are fair and competitive to many other nail salons. Based off of reviews and pictures, I was very excited to get my nails and toes done here. I did a lot of research before choosing this place. The pedicure was amazing. I loved it. They were meticulous and took their time, which I appreciated. Got the spa pedicure and the massage was so good. They also do a hot stone massage! I got a full set as well. I enjoyed everything except one thing. When it was all said and done, I realized that they didn't paint all the way down to the cuticle. You can see in the picture, the day I got it done looks like it had been a week since I got them. I got them specifically for a getaway trip my husband and I were taking for our anniversary. The trip was the following week. By the time we were on our trip, my nails looked like they had grown out a couple weeks already because of where they started. That was the one downside but other than that, great service and experience. I'm not sure if I want to return here and ask for them to paint down to the cuticle because I noticed the other pictures are the same and that just may be their style. I will keep looking for a salon that fits my preferences. Besides that, parking is easy and you almost always need an appointment because they are always busy. read more

I took my mom and her friend here to treat us to some pedicures. My first time here and I'll definitely be going back. The ladies were friendly and did an excellent job. They are reasonably priced for a plain pedi (gets a little pricey when doing gel) and have a gazillion colors to choose from. I do wish they'd let me soak a little longer but I get they have other customers to get in. Will definitely be going back- and I think my mom and her friend will too! read more

This is a brand new place and has done an amazing job of keeping up with the times. It is very clean. They play radio music-I think it was 97.1 at a reasonable volume. The store is on the quieter side which helps it be more relaxing and comfortable. I got gel acrylic nails in a sparkly red color. I had a wonderful experience here. We walked right in and got helped on a Saturday mid morning. It was amazing. They were quite busy but still got us in. I went in for the first time today to get a French tip shelac on my nails. Jenny did a great job. She was fast, polite and did what I wanted. I'm very pleased with the results. I especially loved the attention to details. They also put lotion on your hands followed by a wax dip to make them soft and moisturize. During Covid this business is not taking any steps to ensure the well being of their customers Went in to get my nails done and they did not sanitize anything which I think now more than ever they should be Not to mention the poor job they did with my manicure and pedicure It is very upsetting when you pay for a service and don't get the quality job for it Instead I was asked to pay more to remove my cuticles and excess skin, correct me if I'm wrong but I thought that's what a nail job would consist of For those that don't care of how their nails look this place would work for you but if you have high standards please save your money and go elsewhere They did a poor and cheap job Don't go to this nail salon I am so upset right now to have spend almost $200 for such a bad bad job :( read more
