She only smeared this oil on my calves and massaged those up and down for about three minutes. I got only one layer of polish on my toes. It was 10 minutes max and it cost $36. I'll never go there again.

When we arrived we were instructed to pick our polish colors then told to sit at some chairs. When they saw my daughter they tried telling me she couldn't receive a pedicure because she was "too little" so they only wanted to paint her nails and nothing else. I pushed back as she could reach the water tub and was looking forward to getting one. The women at this location speak VERY little English and are not very friendly. My daughter and I had an okay experience with our pedicures (although some steps were skipped completely on my daughter). It was pretty rushed and there was little attention to detail. This was my husband's first experience and while he loved being there with us, he was very uncomfortable with the lady who did his pedicure. She never made eye contact, did not clean the dirt under his nails, was extremely rough when filing his toe nails, and was not friendly. She began his pedicure way after ours and finished a good 10 minutes before us. It was very disappointing. He wanted his toes to match our daughter and they didn't even acknowledge us when we tried to ask them to paint his nails. **beware of what they're charging you** I was charged $86 for the three of us and only asked for basic pedicures. The lady did nail art on my daughter's toe without asking and then charged me for it. We also got charged for the premium service when what we had received was rushed, and made us feel like we were an inconvenience. My husband has told me he won't be getting another pedicure because his toenails ache the day after and it was so uncomfortable. What a shame.

To me, this means they use quality products. They also are very sanitary. Everything is in sealed pouches and they have a sterilizer. I'm always happy when I walk in thus nail shops and greeted with a friendly hello, they all know my name and they are very welcoming to all that walk-in for services ! Moon and Pat are two of the best in both pedicure, manicure and acrylics/gel! I've only had someone different doing my pedicure on one visit. This salon were open to working with my current hand tied for now, gave fabulous highlights and lowlights to create a beautiful brighter overall look, and we are discussing our future plans for custom ordering our 30" or more length 6 months or so down the line when it is finally time to retire my Dakota London set. Other salons only go to 24", and I am not willing to chop 6" or more after all this work. Ottalaus has been a dream find. Depending on how my employment hunt goes, perhaps I will allow my stylist to play in the fantasy colors, but we will stay "normal" blonde for now.

I was in and out of sleep throughout the entire session because of how relaxing and skilled she was. That experience is the main reason we continued coming back, hoping to be matched with that therapist again. Unfortunately, our most recent experience was completely different. The therapist I received did not seem to be performing an actual massage so much as repeatedly rubbing up and down my body. At one point, she made one long stroke from my hip to my neck on the right side of my back, and I immediately felt a burning pain on the left side. I don't know exactly what happened, but it was painful and concerning, and it significantly impacted my experience. What concerns me even more are things I have learned about how this business is operated. I became aware of an employee who reportedly had documented medical conditions requiring frequent breaks. Even after providing a doctor's note, management was allegedly reluctant to accommodate those needs because breaks were said to "not fit the business model". As a business consultant, workplace culture and leadership matter to me. Based on feedback I have heard from customers and employees, I have concerns about management practices. I have heard reports of refund requests being denied even in situations involving the death of an immediate family member on the day of an appointment. I have also been told of employees being criticized by name in group chats that included additional participants. Based on my own experience and the concerns I have become aware of, I do not believe management prioritizes either customer satisfaction or employee well-being. The owner, Greg Lovato, left me with a very negative impression from the several negative reviews I have heard of this business. Greg, your sucky "management" style appears to undermine both customer loyalty and employee morale, two things that are essential for a successful business. No wonder your employees quit with no notice. Get some professional help. Hope you go kick rocks in bare feet.
