My girlfriend went to get her toe nails done with a white bass with sparkles the gentleman who was working there got super frustrated stormed off then came back and proceeded to not listen and to just do the sparkles and that was all when she made it clear she wanted a white bass with the sparkles. They are very unprofessional and did not do what she paid for . I highly recommend not going there specially going to Spend your hard earned cash for a service they cannot provide. read more

The ladies who work here are very nice. Not everyone speaks English so there can be some communication barriers. I have not had a pedicure in a long time so I decided to treat myself to the more expensive pedicure option. I loved having the orange slices and hot stones rubbed on my legs. The paraffin wax and steamy hot towels were pretty hot so was not prepared for that. I'd been expecting them to be hot, but no that hot! I thankfully can handle hot temperatures. ZERO STAR!!!!! I have been a client of this nail salon for years, and while I've had some uncomfortable experiences, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. I typically get my nails done every two weeks and always call to set up an appointment in advance. Over time, I've encountered several issues. Once, an employee cut my skin during a manicure, which I wasn't happy about, but I didn't make a big deal out of it. Another time, I witnessed a huge argument between an employee and a customer. The customer had asked for a service, and the employee lost her temper, started swearing, and almost kicked the customer out. It was an incredibly uncomfortable situation to witness. On another occasion, a mom brought her toddler into the salon, and the child touched the screen of the aquarium they have for relaxation. An employee yelled so loudly at the little girl that it scared everyone in the salon. The reaction was completely over the top, especially considering the child was just a toddler and didn't know any better. It felt very unpleasant and unnecessary. Most recently, I went in for my usual appointment, which I had scheduled over the phone. The owner, who usually does my pedicure, was rushing through my service. I simply asked her if she was in a hurry, and she became extremely rude and defensive. She told me I could leave if I wasn't happy, which was shocking, considering I had just asked a simple question. Her daughter even joined in, telling me the owner was doing her job, and they said there wasn't enough time for my usual massage or manicure that day. I would have to come back another time if I wanted those services. It was chaotic and completely uncalled for. I felt they were treating me like just another number, not a valued customer. I do not recommend this place at all. They also have some strange policies regarding payments--they don't like customers using credit cards, and if you do, they charge you an extra dollar per transaction. Additionally, they charge $5 for any small changes you request on your nails. In conclusion, I feel this salon prioritizes money over customer service, treating clients like numbers rather than people. About 5-6 days after I got a dip manicure I got one of my nails caught in a cabinet door and it ripped off half of my nail. One of the women there fixed it and it looks like new. She was so kind and went above and beyond to fix it and make sure ALL of my nails were perfect when I left! She didn't charge me (although she should have since it was my fault). So kind of her. The guy (older with glasses) was so rude and snippy to me, I wanted to leave after the first 5 minutes. I've never been treated poorly by a nail tech. It was awful He rolled his eyes and scoffed whenever I asked a question, then give a snippy answer. He didn't use cuticle cream, aggressively clipped my cuticles dry, ripping the skin and making me bleed in two places. Worst of all, my gel manicure was about 20 minutes long and is the worst I've ever had. It's been 3 days and my gel polish is already chipping. He didn't wipe off the dust, clean my fingers, put oil on my fingernails, nothing. I didn't pay almost $50 for crap nails. Will NEVER go back here and will NEVER recommend. I have been coming here for about 3 months now and never really had anything stand out. I was close to stop coming here because of my last visit, with the technician being very moody and somewhat rude. But I thought I would try again since it's so convenient. Taylor is so nice and does a fabulous job! I ended up also getting a pedicure and Shelley did it for me! She also did a great job. I got my toenails painted with gel and I got a full set. I was excited to get an extra squiggle design on my fingers to be up to style these days. The attention to detail on a simple color change was next level. She did a great job cleaning and shaping my toenails and then painted them with so much precision. They look amazing. That color change was $25 (no pedicure included). I then got a full set with gel color. It was frustrating that she stopped every finger to text on her cell phone. I ended up taking 1.5 hours for a full set and gel. She tried to be very careful but cut my thumb cuticles with her filer and it actually hurt pretty bad. She was apologetic which was reassuring and even put Neosporin on it before I left. I appreciated her telling me it would be an extra $20 to add the squiggle design. I had to decline. I paid $45 for a full set and acrylics. I could not bring myself to pay $65 for the complete design. Does it normally cost $65 for a design. Seems like everyone and their dog has fancy nails... I do think the end result was pretty great just expensive but it seems like most places are very similar. The actual facility was really nice. Probably one of the better kept salons I've been to. Do not come here, whatever you do. I came last weekend with a cousin for a girl's day out, excited to get pedicures done. The minute I sat down, my nail tech (a male) was short, snippy, and disrespectful. I tried to shrug it off, but he would shove and push my foot and leg when I made a wrong move. Eventually, he slapped my foot and stared at me pretty angrily when I took the wrong foot out of the water. When I told him the cuticle pushing & other nail care he was doing to my toes hurt, he scoffed at me and rolled his eyes, and continued to do what was hurting me. The services were decently priced and I liked how my toes turned out, but for the poor customer service, I'm gonna tell you now: DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY. I'm so sad. I live close to this spa and was initially impressed with the cleanliness and decor, etc and was excited to have a new go-to place to get my nails done. Paid $40++ for a manicure with gel nails. The tech was speedy and efficient. I was in and out in like 30 min. No joke, shortly after leaving the salon ALL TEN NAILS looked like completely cracked windshields. I've never ONCE seen this happen and I've been getting gel nails done forever! It's is NOT cute and no, I did not ask for this look!!!!! (My friend does nails and says it was either "crap application, crap product or both.") I am freakin bugged about it but not sure what to do. I know if I complain about it, I'll go in and they'll just loudly talk about me in another language the whole time and I'll feel soooooo dumb. No solution. Just watching my nails literally fall apart shortly after having them done and planning on literally never going back to this place. Such a waste of money. MAJOR SHAME. UPDATE-- I decided to be brave and call to get them fixed. The gal was kind on the phone, told me to come back in and wrote down my name. Went in today and several mail techs were baffled at the cracking on all ten of my nails; said they'd never seen it before and that it was probably a problem with the polish. She said they'd make it right. I selected a new color, different brand. She did a great job; nails look good. I went to leave and she told me I had to pay. I was mystified and explained I came in to get them fixed but they were adamant I pay since they did the full thing. I asked what they meant when they said they'd fix it and the manager came over and said i had to pay but she'd give me 10% off. Made a scene in the store. So embarrassing, maddening and humiliating. I didn't know what to do so I paid and left. Burst into tears on the way home. Not worth it. I understand there's a language barrier but this was just terrible customer service. I had a horrible experience! I went in for a deluxe gel pedicure and when the guy was trimming my nails and cuticles he cut me on the skin.. he said sorry and felt bad but it hurt and bled. He was pretty aggressive and not super gentle... the rest of the pedicure went fine but a few days later I had a swollen toe and it was very sore. I wondered if I had an ingrown toenail but it didn't appear like I had one.. the next couple of days later my toe was super red, swollen and leaking puss. I knew it was infected. I started to get sharp pains up my foot and flu like symptoms. I went to instacare and the doctor said that I had a staph infection. She said that it wasn't an ingrown toenail and that I probably got it from the pedicure that I just received. Anytime you have a cut in your skin it can get harmful bacteria in it. I've been on antibiotics for about 8 days now and I'm just starting to feel better. I wouldn't go here again! Obviously the nail instruments are not cleaned well and the nail tech was too aggressive with my feet. read more

I've been to this place several times and have never loved it, but I went with a large group yesterday and was pretty shocked by how we were treated. We went with a large group of girls. We'd called well in advance and they were expecting us. Immediately upon arrival I felt like they were annoyed and impatient. While I was choosing my nail color, they kept shouting over at me that my chair was ready. I kept telling them I needed another minute and I'd be right there. That alone wasn't an issue, but when we started getting our pedicures, another girl in my party asked her nail tech a question. He responded by saying he couldn't talk and do her nails... fair enough. Except they spent the entire time talking very loudly and laughing to each other. I don't mind that typically but it was very uncomfortable and none of us felt like we could ask them questions or speak to each other in the group since they were so loud and impatient with us. I usually expect to leave a pedicure with any dry skin taken care of, but they spent very little time and I left with dry feet. They forgot to give two in our party the little flip flops we needed to leave. I was really upset with how our party was treated and will never return. I have been going to Nails Spa Too for several years for pedicures, and three years for nail treatments. I have several salons closer to my house, but the quality of work is not matched to this salon, so I drive further for their services. I am always pleased with the outcome, and if by chance I need a correction, they always make it right. Most recently, I have been assigned to the tech in chair 7. The first time I had her the polished was 60% chipped within 2 days. The next time I had her, I asked for a French tip. I had come in with a ombré. Obviously, by the way she communicated with me, I didn't ask for the correct procedure when making my appointment and by the way she treated me and included her surrounding techs, I knew I was being shamed and made to feel completely stupid. She told me she couldn't do that and sent me to another tech. The humiliation continued as the team kept coming to my station and saying the word " ombre". I felt so uncomfortable. When I left I asked what I exactly needed to say the next time I made an appointment. I was told to ask for a back fill. This confused me because Im pretty sure that's what I had asked for to start with. I made the call a few weeks later explaining exactly what I wanted before arriving. I waited a half hour past my appt time and ended up with chair 7. She began her appointment by telling me the prices as if I was asking too much of her and her talent, and I immediately felt as if I was putting her out. I explained that it's okay, I know what I want and to just do it. She instantly began treating me rough. she continued to burn me with the file and told me to relax so and could do her job. When I went to pay she began entering add on's which was fine, but she up charged each add on by a couple of dollars and then charged me a "long nail" fee. i specifically asked for short nails. I was going to tip her a 20$ tip, instead I decided that I'll take my business elsewhere. very sad because other than tech 7, I've been very pleased with this establishment read more

So it's been just a day or two over two weeks and my nails broke about a week after having them. the polish is poor quality. it was just looked ridiculous. I still however have my toes done from a different location it's been well over a month they seriously look really good paint still intact and color is still very strong white because I do always just get French tips. WORSE service ever !!!! I went it to get a full set. The service were seriously a joke. I noticed the nails weren't looking good they were bumpy and super thick so I told him nicely that I like thin nails and he would shut me up and tell me he wasn't done yet. When he was done I told him I wasn't satisfied and he was super rude about it. He said I still had to pay for these horrific nails. He charged me $30 and if I wanted them fixed I had to pay the full 50. Another worker told me to go back and they wouldn't charge me. I went back and he "fixed my nails " and still charged me. I wasted 3 hours of my day only to walk out with super ugly nails. They were super rude and were definitely speaking poorly of me in their language even though they were the ones being rude. when i walked in the girl at the front wouldn't even look up to greet...mumbled something and motioned to one of the nail people. once i was seated and was getting the pedicure i noticed that the tools he was using off the cart appeared to be all thrown together as he rummaged around looking for what he needed and likely not sanitized. half way through my pedicure he told me i need to get up and move down a few chairs so some little girls could sit together. I've never been asked to change seats during a pedicure! overall a bad experience. read more

I just went to this nail salon. I made an appointment and then still had to wait 25 minutes. I was given a gift card and when I went to use it they wouldn't accept it since they got a new owner since I was given the gift card. It is the exact same company all that changed was the owner. They wouldn't honor any of the gift card and forced me to pay. My basic pedicure ended up being $70 because all the money on the gift card was wasted. I called to talk to the owner about what happened and the owner was extremely rude and unprofessional and hung up on me. I have had my nails done for many years and have had good and bad service. This nail salon is exceptional. They are very attentive and have high expectations of their work. Taylor and Anna do extremely superb jobs and are very friendly. Pedicures are very good as well. They can get very busy (which says a lot about their business) but if you schedule an appointment in the mornings, it's easier to get it. I highly recommend this salon. This place is a NIGHTMARE!!!!! Absolutely the WORST manicure I have ever gotten. Service was awful. They sat me down in a chair, and I waited 25 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me. There were workers just walking around doing nothing. Better yet - someone came in after me and they attended to her first! She didn't even take off my old nail polish all of the way, so you could still see it. While cutting off my dead skin, she cut me TWICE and I started bleeding. She didn't file my nails and never even asked if I wanted it done. The massage was horrible. In the middle of my manicure, they very rudely asked me to move to another spot so someone else could sit in my seat, even though there were about 11 other spots open. When I first walked into this nail salon I thought the interior seemed pretty nice and relatively clean. As far as the pedicure goes I'm not a fan. The guy doing my pedicure seems like he doesn't know what he is doing and just going through the basic motions. My mom is getting a pedicure next to me and hers seems to be going a lot better other than hers was done super quick (20 mins from start to finish). I've had to ask 3 times for my nails to be trimmed down another staff member also came over to take a peek. I've never had to ask for my nails to be trimmed before and I get a lot of pedicures. I forgot my nail polish at home (in Arizona) and Steve looked at the color of my toes and then found the OPI color on the display, since I couldn't remember the name of the color. I hate to admit this in public but I have ingrown toenails and he did a beautiful job taking care of them. So when you walk in or make an appointment call him Dr. Steve. I've been to this place twice now to get a manicure. Both times were very painful experiences. The first time I went, the lady cut my middle finger while cutting the cuticles down until it bled. It was very painful and hurt for days. I needed another manicure the other day and thought I'd give it another try. This time I got a different lady who did the same thing but even worse. Cut a huge chunk out of my finger and it bled a lot. Halfway through, the lady I had switched with another, who then preceded to file my nails so hard that ANOTHER finger started bleeding. I'm new to the area & took my daughter for a "date" to get a mani / pedi with gel nails. First, it looked CLEAN. Second, they got us right in & the younger employees spoke perfect english - which makes a difference when you need to communicate! Super friendly, fast & did a GREAT job. Teresa did an excellent job on my toes. Her daughter Vu did a great job on my hands. The only thing missing was a relaxing massage that I used to get at my old place out of state. I've had several pedicures from Nail Spa Too that the majority of, have been great. Today I had the second pedicure done by one of their male employees that ended in severe pain. The first of the two wasn't extremely bad, which is why I didn't mention it, but the pedicure today was brutal. The tool used to clip the dead skin away around the toe nail, cut my cuticle which caused it to bleed pretty badly, and has been in pain ever since. I let him know it hurt, and he knew he had cut me, since he kept having to use a towel to dab the blood, yet he kept using products on it which stung (even though I'd flinch each time.) I did end up calling the salon when I got home and explained the situation; they offered me a 50% off discount for my next visit, however, I am hesitant to go back. I'd recommend a female employee to anyone looking for a relaxing, pain-free visit! read more

Worst pedicure ever. I hardly ever write reviews but I feel like it's my duty to tell everyone to NEVER go here. The foot care was horrendous and painful and the massage was non existent. Like seriously 1 minute long. In addition, each employee was glued to the tv watching American Ninja Warrior. Oh and they charge $20 EXTRA for gel nails on top of the $25 pedicure.
