Both techs spent next to zero time on callous removal although it was listed as part of the deluxe package. I paid $58 for pedicure plus gel, my toe nails are nicely painted but my feet are a mess. My son paid $43, his toenails are nicely trimmed but his feet are rough and gnarly. I went back today to speak to the manager about our experience and I guess it's their "footprint" for success. She mostly tried to blame it on my feet rather than the employees lack of spending any time on callous removal. Ultimately she said for $43 you get 30 minutes that has to include everything, and if you are a guy not getting polish you are allotted less time. If you are looking for a complete pedicure, look elsewhere.

We started out at the kids cuts place near Galaxy to get their hair braided then walked a few doors down Galaxy Nails and the girls had the best time getting pedicures and their nails done! They got simpler "little girl" services but were treated like best customers! All of the techs were so nice and chatty with the girls. The girls LOVED it had the best time! I made an appointment so they knew we were coming. The only thing I would recommend for next time is calling the day of to confirm the appointment so they would be ready for us and our little crowd.
