With how many nail locations are in the area, you do not need to try out this one. My nail technician was on the phone the entire time and kept holding the phone with one hand while trying to do the nails with just the other hand. The cost was seriously overpriced for what I received. Had it been a normal or well done pedicure, I would have had no problem with the price. But, their deluxe pedicure would have been an express pedicure at any other nail location in the world. He finished in less than twenty minutes. The pedicure included no massage time, even with the deluxe selection! The chair were big and nice, but the massage chair feature was weak or did not work. The location was not clean and there was nowhere to place belongings like jackets. Super bummed because I was excited to be at this place! read more

I have written a review for this place before but I felt the need to write another one because this place does a wonderful job. For me I find it hard to find a nail tech that I trust. But here everyone does such a lovely job and is so friendly. They've recently remodeled as well making it a very inviting and clean space. They've got a wide selection of colors and techniques that they can do. Definitely a great place for a mother daughter date or even a friends day out. I did an express pedicure which was very clean with the disposable liners in the tub that get cleaned out every time and also got a gel manicure which was so fast. My mom did acrylic with a thin gel coding and they shaped it nicely. Great job as always! read more

If I could give them more then five stars I would. I absolutely LOVE this salon! I have gone to many many places before I found LJ nails. I'm so picky with how my nails look and they never fail to make sure they look perfect. Everybody there is so friendly and they will talk to you and always make sure you're okay with how your nails look. Even when I tell the guy who always does my nails to surprise me he will always come up with the most fun and cute nails. They always make sure they are just how I like them. I'm sure by know they know just how I like my nails. I have NEVER been disappointed of how they turn out. Today I desperately needed a fill and I called them and explained to them I needed to be to work by 2:30 but I needed a fill and one of my nails was coming off they said we can do it for you. I got there at 1:15 and I left at 2. And my nails are FLAWLESS the picture below is what I got done today. The guy and his wife are the sweetest people as well. There was nobody there today and his wife sat down and started having a conversation with me and talking to me about my day. I will never go to another salon after finding LJ nails. I got a pedicure yesterday with my girls, something we do often. Boy was this one a bit of a disaster. The water for the foot soak was cold to start. Not a little cold, ice bath cold. They charge the same for kid and regular pedis and for the kids they do way less. Their kids kept running out of the back room interrupting them, not once or twice, but a lot. And today I woke up to a lovely infection in one of my toes because the cut me. I can hardly walk. will not be returning. edit: I am now up to four infected toes. I have never in my life had problems after a pedicure. I can hardly even walk. Going to have to take antibiotics. read more

When it's your mom's birthday and she doesn't need anything except pampering and time with her favorite daughter, you her get a pedicure. My mom is so lucky! We met up at LJ Nails right off the freeway for our appointment and were immediately seated for our pampering. It was my wife's first pedicure (she usually HATES people touching her feet) but my mom and I were pros. The three ladies that took care of us were friendly and professional. The salon was large-much larger than it looked from outside-and clean. I saw many seats for nails-it looks like they could easily handle large groups. I appreciated that they took appointments so I could ensure that we could be seen at the time that worked for us, but I also saw a few people walk-in that were taken care of too. My favorite part of the pedicure was the hot rock massage on my feet and legs. I've been elsewhere and have not had this treatment very often, but I really like it. read more

We've always had a good experience here except for the one lady that came in today and changed the tone by getting mad when my nail person wouldn't stop doing my nails to fix hers because she changed her mind and didn't like her color from her last visit. It's a busy Saturday and you didn't make an appointment so what did you expect? Be prepared and be kind. They do a great job and always ask if you like what you see before they continue finishing what they are working on. I am very unsatisfied with their customer service and the actual service. I got my nails done as a fill and they charged me $40 for a fill of white tips. The guy that was doing my nails also was on FaceTime the whole time he did them. Also I had my appointment at 9 and he didn't show up till 11:15 to even start my nails. Afte I got my nails done and I was paying the guy had the audacity to ask for a tip. I don't not recommend going here they don't even acknowledge that your a human being. I was disappointed with my pedi. My toenails were cut but not filed, I asked her to clean under my nails, and she did one foot and when I asked her to do the other, she lied and said she already had. I just asked her to do it again and she did. The pedi process was nice. Good scrub, lotion massage and stone massage. Polish itself was kind of messy. Not satisfied with final outcome. Lisa did my full set. I have never been more satisfied with acrylics. I asked for short, round and very natural, and she nailed it. Took her time, and made me very happy. WORST NAIL "SALON". Avoid at all costs. I was running errands and happened upon this salon. Needed just a simple gel polish removal. She literally SCRAPED the polish off my natural nails. Leaving multiple cracks and absolutely ruining the integrity of my nails. She also overcharged me with no reason for the charge. I can't believe I didn't find this salon sooner. I've been driving downtown for years and this one is located conveniently next to my home. I waited over three weeks to post because I wanted to make sure the shellac was good quality. I'm not one to get my nails done every two weeks so I look for quality that could last me a good month. I've never been happier with the way my nails turned out and how perfect of condition they still look! So fun for Halloween I tend to stick with French tip so there is less noticeable growth but I'm not kidding when I say they still look brand new and haven't chipped! I'm also very happy with the pricing. There are no hidden upgrades like other salons and the staff doesn't push you to buy additional services. I'll happily come back to this salon and purchase a relaxing pedicure that comes with a hot stone massage. read more

I usually swear by this place, but i was really disappointed with my service today. I was charged $33 for a fill, which is more than I payed for the original set. I also did not get what I was expecting at all. The polish is barley there, she did maybe 2 coats, and there's a very obvious line where the fill took place. I'm willing to let customer service slide if the price is right, but it was not a fun experience, I was underwhelmed w/my pedicure, and I paid close to what I've paid in DC. I was in town and absolutely needed a manicure and pedicure, and quickly. Stopped in because of Yelp reviews and because it was close by. Maybe I caught that on a bad day? The best part of the experience was the massage chair. Speaking of massages, after I left I realized there was an attempt at a hot stone message - but when I was sitting there I wondered why she was very lightly (no pressure at all) rubbing my legs w/a (not hot) stone. Also, she probably spent 10 seconds, if that, on exfoliating my feet. When it came time for me to get the manicure, I explained to her that I was running late so I just wanted polish applied. My friend got her shellac nails done here and it lasted a month for her. man, I got to try this place! This is the second time I ever got my nails done. The service are fast and excellent. Also no infection afterward. My Shellac lasted almost a month but my nails grow more faster than my friend's. They are very busy on Saturday, so book your appointment! He then bumped my toenails after he did my pedicure and didn't fix them. The older lady who did my manicure asked me if I was pregnant when she was ringing me up. I'm not. I heard that they did a hot stone massage with their pedis and I did see the stones. When I asked my tech if she would be using the stones as advertised, She said yes. I saw the stones wrapped up in a warm towel, but never felt the stones on my skin. Just warm oil. Both my friend and I did not feel the hot stone massage. Also, I got a full set which were super pretty! Only downside was that my tech made my cuticles bleed two of my cuticles bleed, but they haven't been taken care of for a while. She put some sanitizing solution on it to help disinfect the cut. Another thing to consider is that they have several techs working at once and it seemed that they had several convos going at the same time between themselves. So it was near impossible for my girlfriend and I to have our own convo. But I am going to give them another try. Like I said nails stayed on and we're beautiful. Just wish the atmosphere was a little quieter so the customers could just sit back and relax. read more

I had a mani and pedi done and was very pleased with the results, a few weeks later I've only had one tiny chip. Fairly priced, friendly and professional staff.
