Horrible. Acrylic nails were lopsided. Asked them to fix, which they tried, but you can only do so much when one side is over filed. Pedicure was poorly done. The guy barely trimmed cuticles. When I realized polish color was wrong I asked him to take it off & I'd just go without polish. He yelled at me that polish costs them money & I should have said something before he was almost done. Comfortable massage chairs for spa pedicure. Good choice of colors, excellent job with my ingrown toenails. But what bumped this up to 5 stars was the mineral scrub, hot towel wrap, best leg and foot massage I've ever had as part of a pedicure, followed by a hot stone massage. I got a gel manicure here and they did a good job and it looked how I wanted. The reason I am only giving 2 stars is because they were dishonest with what services I was getting. I am a student, and when I say gel manicure I DONT mean gel SPA manicure. At the end of the appointment they tacked on an additional 10 dollars for a mediocre hand massage and heated towel wrap. I have a HUGE issue with nail salons giving me services without my approval and charging me for things I didn't ask for. I will be looking for another nail salon purely because I don't appreciate deceitful business practice. read more

The first time I came here they had just opened and they had a half off deal so I got my pedicure for $11! The price for a pedicure now is $22 but that is still very cheap especially because they always do a great job. I always just walk in when I get a chance and I've never had to wait. Their chairs are new and non look to be falling apart like a lot of other nail places I've been to. A basic pedicure gets you soak, scrub, light massage, and hot towels. They do have a deluxe pedicure which I think was $30 and you get hot wax plus a longer massage and other lotions and oils. They have a deal where you can get a pedicure and a manicure for $30! That's way cheap! I noticed on the signs they also do the shellac for an extra $15. I really recommend this salon if you want great nails for a cheap price. read more

I only had to wait a few minutes once I arrived. The ladies were friendly and did a great job. I love the leg massage and hot stones. The pretty toes are just the icing on the cake. My friend and I got pedicures her's was great, mine was by far the worst pedicure I've ever had. She watched tv while she did it and I got about a 30 second massage. She painted my nails before the massage, which caused her to hurry through the massage as not to ruin my polish. She was rude, I still have rough heels and it was a waste. read more

Was so fortunate to find LJ Nails when I moved to Utah. The ladies are super nice and always accommodated my request to have short (very short) nails which I've had trouble getting people to do at other salons. Their pedicures are the best and most relaxing I've had and I was always happy with the quality of the gel polish manicures. Amazingly enough their prices are very reasonable (especially compared to California) and I always felt like I got more than I paid for. DELUXE - in town on business, and did a walk in on Friday afternoon. Had to wait about 20 minutes, but they put me in a chair half way through to soak my feet. The DELUXE pedicure was an hour of creams and massages. They'll paint your toes first, and then do your legs, so don't think it's over. I thought I was done, but spent an additional 30 minutes in the chair getting two additional series of creams and then my feet put in individual bags of warm wax. WOW! I'm from back east and pay much more for less. This service was $35. read more

I came to this salons on a whim a few months ago a few weeks after I moved here from California. I walked in around 11am on a weekday so as expected there was nobody in there. I just got a simple pedicure. The lady that did my pedi was nice but I wasn't impressed with the job she did. The massage is what makes it or breaks it for me. She rubbed my foot for like a minute and moved on. She seemed to be rushing even though I was the only one there. Wasn't impressed at all. 1 star for having cute mini pedicure chairs for moms who want to bring their daughters for some pampering though. read more

Walked in for two pedicures. The salon was very busy. I asked HOW LONG for two pedicures. They said right away. We were in fact seated within 5 min. My pedicure was started immediately and low and behold my husband had to wait for my nail tech to be finished with me before his began. His water was cold and his feet were uncomfortable. What should've taken 35 min took almost 80 min. My husband had to cut his short so we could go home and make dinner. Terrible, terrible. We will never return. read more

Anyways I asked for a full set and asked what the difference was between gel and acrylic. They had enough patience to explain it to me. So I went with a coffin style nail and let me tell you I am in love. My tech was awesome, very nice, and friendly. She gave me exactly what I asked for.
