When there was too long of a wait at a salon down the street, I found this one and was able to walk right in. The two ladies who greeted me were enthusiastic and welcoming and offered me a drink. It's those little things that make an experience special. It turned out that my nails were in rough shape and needed to be removed. (I kind of suspected that already, so I don't think they were trying to pull one over on me.) So I settled in for a long service...and it ended up being about the same amount of time I would have spent for a regular fill. She was efficient. The lady who did my nails was kind and we were able to have small exchanges through our different languages. She checked in frequently to make sure I was happy with my nails and genuinely seemed to care that I was satisfied. Then, when we realized that the shade of red I selected wasn't quite right, she happily pulled a few other options and made a recommendation that was perfect. As I checked out, they gave me a gift-a lovely green tea hand lotion. I felt like a superstar and was very happy with my nails. read more

Okay we're updating this review again! I went recently for a gel pedicure and had the best nail tech ever! She was so amazing and thorough. She also was able to do the full pedicure in about 45 minutes but it didn't feel rushed at all. Prices are great. I think they've really improved since my last review! read more

I had hard gel nails done and next day two came off completely (and 2 are already coming off on the edges) I was visiting in Utah for a week so unfortunately could not come back so they can fix them. $40 down the drain Update: I called then to request a refund since not only the gel come off but my nails seemed to be very weak. Our nail experience was terrible. My daughter and I got our nails done at this salon, and immediately after, my daughter had to go to a different salon to fix the mess from a simple fill here. Her nails were uneven, with various widths and thicknesses. It was unbelievable. My new nail set didn't look as bad as my daughters', but green yuck formed under my brand new set after just one week, which was horrible, and I'm still dealing with it. They do a good job but not a great job. I made an appointment and still waited 20 min. The floor around the pedicure chairs is very dirty. I like the punch card but I was told I already used the $5 discount. I told them I hadn't used it and they just ignored me. I wasn't going to make a big deal but it did bother me. I am very very disappointed in this place. I used to come here a couple years ago and a girl named vy would do my nails. She was amazing, did amazing, and was always very nice, I brought a friend for a walk in since we didn't have time to make appointments. I am disappointed that I would even show her this place. I wish I never did. The guy there (the only guy working) came to do my nails, he was already visibly irritated for whatever reason, not sure why, I tried to be very polite but that didn't matter. He was (excuse my language) but complete half assing my nails, and he was making it very known that he didn't not want to do them, he was rushing, pulling at my hands, filing very aggressively. Your nails should have an apex and mines the opposite, my nails fan up like a fan (I'll try to add pictures) and all I got was cat eye almost nails and somehow walked out paying $70 for messed up low quality nails. The girl I usually go to at my normal salon will do crazy designs, charms, hand painted ect. And I don't think I've ever paid $70 even with full 3d painted designs. I am beyond upset that I paid that much for this, I can't do acrylic but cat eye polish is 1 not that expensive and 2 not that hard, I do it on my own toes. And when I asked to see why it was $70 he said he wasn't a loud to show me. I will never ever ever go here again and definitely will never ever recommend them to anyone ever again cause my friends nails also weren't great but atleast they were better than mine. I wish I got his name too but I did not. Do yourself a favor and don't go here, not professional and very rude. The shape I wanted was long and rounded, mine came out more stiletto/almond like. The French tip was okay but I've been to other salons where the line was much better. My wife and I went in for regular manicures but they were offering a 20% discount for their new opening, so we opted for the deluxe manicure. Normally $30, this upgrade offers a scrub, massage and paraffin wax in addition. All I can say is wow, they did an amazing job. They are very friendly and they take their time to do things right. First and last time at this place. Pedicure was awful they barely scrubbed your feet. I'm a 100% positive that they only did two of the lotions and failed to wipe off the lotion that you should rinse off my legs were on fire as if someone put mint toothpaste on them. They did not exfoliate them . The pedicure area was so dirty I was afraid to step down without some sort of protection in my feet! Then I get a full set of acrylic nails , picked out my color and once placed under the light the color was very different then what I picked out. I said something and they sat and argued with me telling me the plastic is old, ok so don't advertise something you don't have. They changed the color but again not what I wanted. They we're in such a rush to go home that they didn't care. No apologies were given and they still charged me a $105 for poor quality and customer service. She put one coat on and that was it.
