My friend recommended this salon. We made appointments, but they do take walk ins. The salon is family owned, the people who worked on our nails were the mother and daughter. I do like supporting smaller family salons when I can. I feel like the price was reasonable, but I didn't ask for a particular service. Maybe it was how our appointment was made. Anyway, I believe I had a luxury pedicure with gel. It was a nice service, the water was not too hot when soaking my feet, I had an awesome foot and calf massage. The stone massage was great as well and my gel was so carefully and expertly applied. Very well done. They do quality work, both the mother and daughter. Plenty of gel color options. The vibe is not very modern, but sometimes this is what you look for when you're looking for a good salon. They could step up the cleaning and decluttering routine a little bit, as most businesses could. read more

This is seriously the best nail salon in the valley The first time I got a mani pedi, it took less than an hour! My nails didn't chip once like other gel polishes often do and they give quality pedicures with scrub, wax and hot stone massage - so relaxing!! . The owners are so friendly and attentive. I am not happy with my pedicure. No toenails cut or filed. No cuticle removed. No base coat, no top coat. They put design on my nails without asking if I wanted it. They barely rubbed a pumis stone over a callous. read more

I have been here twice, both have been fairly negative experiences. The first time, I took my sister here for her birthday to get a manicure for her and a fill for me. They tried to give her a flower on her nails and tried to charge me $5 more, even though we said we didn't want designs. They came and forced their daughter to talk to my little sister for an hour and wouldn't let their daughter leave until we were done. The second time I was here, we had a party of four for my birthday. The lady, who I am assuming is the owner, was the only one here and called another guy in to come help. There were only two of them doing all of our nails and they used a different color than the one I wanted and didn't give us the deluxe pedicure even though that was what I paid for. I called in to make an appointment for a pedicure. Well, when I showed up there was no one in the salon so guess it wasn't necessary. They also seemed to have all their employees sitting in a car outside and only come in when customers arrive. No big deal with that, it just looks pretty sketchy. Note: I booked a pedicure only. They decided to upgrade me to the deluxe pedicure without asking. As this was my first time there, I didn't know what treatment came with the pedicure until I started reading their wall. At the end of the appointment instead of giving me standard salon flip flops, they put plastic wrap on my toes for me to put my boots back on. Once I got home I noticed how poorly of a job they did painting my nails. You can see the streak lines since they didn't do enough coats. Also because of the plastic wrap, it left creases in the polish. I would not go here again. read more

Today I had a pretty poor experience at tango nails, so I felt like I needed to inform others. I went in to get a total of five nails taken off (only one hand that I couldn't get off myself)! They were just dip nails, so acrylic... The woman said that it would be $25 to take them off and smooth them down, I printed out the sign where it said it would only be $10 and she agreed to just charge me the $10. ($25 to take off 5 nails...wtf?!?) Long story short all of the five nails still have acrylic stuck on them so they didn't do a very good job, probably because I didn't allow them to overcharge me. read more

This is the best place to come for a cheap pedicure. They have a sign out front for $20 pedicures but once you go in, you totally have to get the deluxe pedicure for $5 more for the extra good stuff (paraffin wax, scrub, hot towel) plus, if you get just regular nail polish they free-hand a design on your big toe nails (no added cost) which I always get complimented on. Tango nails is my absolute favorite nail place of all time. I have been going here for 11 years now and Lynn, John, and Momma Kim have become like family to me. I live in Colorado now but I still always make time to stop in whenever I'm in town. Whether it's a manicure, pedicure, or acrylics they have always done a WONDERFUL job. Their prices are fair and they actually put effort into their work rather than just rushing through. I would always recommend Tango Nails to anyone in the area. read more

I like this place. For $20, you get a spa pedicure complete with parafin dip, massage, sugar scrub, hot towels, and a cute toe design. Service can be better or worse depending on the time of day you go (near closing time, they get in a hurry), but still, $20. Can't beat it. read more

This is the worst place you could possibly ever get your nails done. I am a licensed nail technician and I was distraught over their techniques, product and service. First off, they don't use real product, their colors on their sample board for acrylic do not match the colors they put onto your nail. They used a file on my nails that had probably been used on at least 10 other people. They sat and chatted in a foreign language with each other the entire time. They over charged for what they gave. My nails turned out thick, the wrong color and the top coat was smeared by her finger when she was checking if they were dry...well they weren't and she sure as hell didn't fix it. I soaked my nails off the second I got home. It took over an hour since they used fake product on my nails and they were so thick. My friend who got shillac had bubbles throughout her polish and her nails weren't even prepped, cuticles were still there oil on her nails. THIS IS THE WORST SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN IN/EXPERIENCED DO NOT GO HERE. Seriously you would be better off going to Color My Nails school. read more

I went here to get a french tip shellac manicure - the first time around she was in a rush and didn't do a great job - she was busy trying to attend to everything and do my nails at the same time. I got home and was unhappy because if I pay $30 for a manicure I want it to be perfect, it was a bit slap dash and messy in places. So I called to see if I could get a refund, which she refused, but said I could come in to have her fix the nails. She took off the shellac french tip and just did a straight color, she definitely was more precise the 2nd time around. I was happy with the final result, but it sucked a bit of time out of my day and not to mention awkward going back the second time, especially if you're not sure you're going to like the finished product. Like most nail places, she was chatting in a foreign language the whole time to a coworker.. Nothing wrong with that, just can make the customer feel a little awkward.
