the girls are very nice. a week ago I had my first manicure and dip polish I was told it doesn't chip or peel ( mani is a separate charge not included) a gentleman did a pedi with plain polish. the dip was nice but here it is a week later and two fingers have chipped. the pedi was the worst I ever had he was trying to do mine plus another customer poor attention to detail and it showed. he tried to blame it on non gel polish and my feet. It cost me $111.00 for junk. I will not be going back. Today I found a new place and she fixed my 2 dip chips free and the pedicure done by a female tech is beautiful. I do not recommend Princess Nails unless you have money to waste. read more

This place was professional, clean, and did a great job on my pedicure. The inside is decorated so pretty. They have massage chairs and offered a drink at the start of my deluxe pedicure -- I just got a water, so not sure what else they have. The pedicure was relaxing and included a nice massage at the end. I paid the extra for gel and my pedicure was $67 before tip. They have a point system if you are a regular. I've cycled through some favorite nail salons because of different seasons of life and different needs. Princess is my favorite nail salon right now because they've nailed the balance of quality work, good service, and ease of booking. They prioritize appointments but you can usually get one that day and I've never seen them turn down a walk-in (and the wait is usually reasonable even when they're very busy). Yet you get super high quality work - I am so hard on my hands but my gel manicures have lasted over a month with NO chipping or peeling. The technician Kimmy is so cute and I love getting her because she's good at what she does! Just got my first pedicure here today and it was the best. Even the least expensive pedicure includes leg and foot scrub and a good massage. They offer sodas/waters and snacks (this was the first time I've noticed them doing this probably because manicure customers wouldn't be able to easily drink/eat). Clean and hygenic (disposable liners in the tubs, disposable supplies). Tammy is the owner and she is really attentive to all her customers and employees. They've only been open for a year and half and have so many repeat customers who they know by name. They're so friendly to everyone whether you have an appointment or not. I also have had some weird experiences with male technicians at other salons and appreciate that this salon is very professional and doesn't make customers feel uncomfortable. This was my first and last time in this nail salon. I felt completely ripped off when I left. I made an appointment for an acrylic fill. I left my last nail salon and have an appointment with a new nail person early December so I just wanted to get my nails done simple for 2 weeks when I redo them. The lady who did my fill was Julie. She did not say hi or hello, and started doing my nails, she told me my acrylics were old and cheap and I told her, "yes I know that's why I left the nail salon I'm coming from, and I will redo them in 2 weeks." But she proceeded to tell me the same thing like 4 more times when I told her I just wanted to get my nails done and leave. She did my nails so quick and not in a good way. She rushed, didn't shape them, and none of the lengths and shapes match. While she was doing my nails, instead of communicating with me that she wanted me to give her a certain hand or finger to work on, she would just grab my hand or finger aggressively. I honestly wanted to cry because of how awful this experience was. People next to me were offered drinks and I wasn't. The guy next to me who was doing a girl's nails was so sweet to her and was doing an amazing job at her nails without rushing at all. I really wanted to give this place a 5. I am a regular customer, I come here every two weeks for a dip/gel mani & deluxe gel pedicure. I spend anywhere from $115-$140 every visit!! I have brought my mom, sister, & sister in law. Whom are all regulars now. My reason for 3 stars is due to some nail techs who are beyond rude (as mentioned in other reviews) I am willing to bet those comments are about the same person, TAMMY!! She is the absolute worst! As mentioned, I'm here very often. I would highly recommend Amy, Lala, Andy (he does the best pedicures), and Jacob. I can't remember other names of techs who have worked on my nails, but these 4 are the absolute sweetest and do amazing work! I usually don't come on the weekends bcuz Amy & Lala are off. Desperate for a mani & pedi (as I leave for Miami in a few hours) I reluctantly went. Pedicure was awesome like always. Very relaxing. Yes, drinks were offered. I was then asked to go to station 1 with Tammy. She has never worked on my nails but I have seen her argue with other customers in the past. I guess today was my turn. Jacob (who's done my nails while Andy did my pedicure) was doing an amazing job on the woman sitting beside me. I asked for his name again and complimented his beautiful work. Tammy then looked at me and said "what? You don't like me?" I responded with "I didn't say that. I'm just complimenting his work" and she got upset and continued with the notion that I don't like her. I asked why she was so defensive and offended if all I did was compliment someone's work. Mind you, she wasn't even making small talk with me. Now I'm pissed and our voices are elevated. I asked for a manager and she told me that he wasn't there today. She kept going on with "I know you, I see you all the time" and I said "So why are you being rude to a regular customer?" She believed she was in no way rude and that I was rude and "did not like her" for complimenting Jacob's work. I also told her that I usually go to Lala and Amy. And she went on to say "Amy can't even shape nails right! You wanna go to Amy ? Go to Amy then!" Ridiculous!!! How unprofessional to speak badly on a coworker!!! AND while I was getting my pedicure, another customer asked for Amy and was told she was on vacation! She's not even there to defend herself! By now, the manager (I believe it's Tom) came out and finished my nails. I expressed how I felt. She was beyond rude and unprofessional and can potentially lose a loyal customer. I know this is not the first encounter she's had with this attitude as I've witnessed it before!! This place is awesome! Go enjoy spoiling yourself but please avoid Tammy for that awesome experience. I've been here multiple times for pedis and once for acrylic full set. I've received services from multiple techs. I loved my pedicures every time, everyone did a great job and they were so friendly. For my nails it was an unpleasant experience bc the tech was on a FaceTime call the entire time and was speaking to that person during my entire service. She didn't look at me or speak to me. She seemed irritated when I did speak to her. It took over 2 hrs just for an acrylic full set w no designs, painted a simple glossy black. I understand ppl have interruptions they need to deal with but I also had an appt and other appts afterwards. Which is why I took off a star. The salon is very clean and they have a good selection of colors, you aren't nickle and dimed. I would recommend this place. read more

Loved my vacation nails!! I originally just wanted the chrome and white tips but the gal who did my nails recommended the gems and I loved them. My nails would glitter light everywhere when we were in the sun. My French Tip pedicure was also amazing!! They lasted through a week in Italy with miles of walking daily and a couple weeks of the ocean and beach. I probably could get another week or two before needing another pedicure. Trinity was helping me with a design and told me that the color I wanted wasn't going to show and asked if I wanted to pick another color. She went to get me the color selection and another lady, which I am pretty sure was the owner, butted in and was like what's the matter, and Trinity told her the issue and she kept questioning it so I just told her to forget it, I don't need a design. The last 3 times I have called and made an appointment with a specific person and then I show up and they let other people (that are walk ins) go before me so I don't get seated until 30+ minutes after my appt time. Then I also don't get put with the people I request. I request them for a reason, my nails always turn out when they do them. Today I got someone random and they were really rushed, which is frustrating when you pay extra for the deluxe pedicure. She spilled have the paraffin wax (my favorite part of the whole pedicure) so half my foot wasn't covered in it. She didn't offer to go and refill the bag. My gel paint was uneven and she sloppily threw the warm towel on my leg, not covering one of my feet, like my girl normally does. Might have to find a new place because I'm annoyed at paying $70 for an unenjoyable experience. read more

My daughters and I got our nails done here a few days ago. I paid extra for gel polish and nail art. The gel on my daughters' hands and feet have already chipped and started to peel off. My gel manicure and pedicure looks uneven, as if they rushed to get them done, and not to mention one of the hot stones burned my skin during the pedicure. I spent $250+ on a very subpar job. I used to enjoy going to Princess nails, however I am very disappointed with the service we received and feel like Princess Nails has gone down hill. read more

We didn't have an appointment but they got us in quick. One thing that stuck out to me is that they prioritized their clients that had appointments. And we still only waited about 2 minutes. I'm very picky about getting all the calluses and all the dead skin in the mani/pedis and I didn't even have to worry about any of that here. They all did an amazing and a quick job.
