Stacie was great, but they were running about 20-30 min behind despite many people having appointments. My appointment ended up feeling VERY rushed and slow at the same time because there was a lot of starts and stops when Stacie had to go tend to someone else or answer the phone or be the cashier. It seems like the other staff working here all rely on her to do things. I don't know why, but the gel curing lamps were PAINFULLY hot on my fingers and caused me pain. Also, the nail shaping was rushed, rough, and left some more care to be desired. Stacie did a good job with the actual nail painting, though, and there were many colors to choose from.

Rude, unsanitary, the utensils used were not sterilized, I got the most basic cuticle cleaning. No products were used such as cuticle remover, cleaning under the nails. And the clear gel is hardened under my nail. Listen, I know it's hard to earn money. I am a single parent with barely any money so when we go to treat ourselves for mani and pedis, it should be standard to first of all - be polite especially if you speak English. Sure, no problem, the other employees are not confident in speaking English. My parents are immigrants, I get it. But there is a handful of them who did speak English clearly, communicate with your customers in English and help your people out. We're all here trying our best but this is a paid service that is suppose to be pleasurable. I would not spend your precious time and hard earned money here. Save yourself the trip, infection and money.

My new favorite nail place! They always answer their phone and if you miss them they will call you back, AMAZING. I've gone twice for hard gel and been satisfied both times! It is very clean and welcoming inside as well. Try them!!

My mom and I have a tradition of getting pedicures together whenever she's up in SLC, and we saw this place tucked away on 7th east, little did we know it was a hidden oasis! The selection of polish colors was one of the most extensive I've ever seen in a salon, and they had the exact shades both my mom and I were looking for. Pure white for me, and a purple base coat with a sparkly top coat for my momma. The pedicure service was gentle and very thorough, the technicians here are highly experienced and committed to giving their customers the best experience possible!

After searching for a week and a half for a nail salon that had Mani/Pedi openings. My friend recommended Rika Nails. They got us an opening Saturday morning half an hour before opening. The ladies were quick and efficient. They did both mani/pedicures at the same time. Walked us through any price changes when we changed from gel to hard gel. Stacie did detail work for one set of manicures and did great nail art.

I just moved to Utah and I came here from seeing them on Yelp. And I have never had a better experience. I can't remember the lady that did my nails but she remembered me and knew what I was coming in for. She did my nails very well. And her mother did a great job on my toes and eyebrows. When getting my nails done she even wanted me to make sure I liked the color pink first before we did the rest of them. Then I went to go pay and they had a cute little gift they were giving out. I've never seen a nail salon do that before. You can tell they care about their customers. Definitely worth the drive from American fork. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

It has been awhile since I have left a nail salon review. (To be honest, I've stopped myself from writing about 3 really bad ones!) Rika Nails is a darling little salon that stood out to me for their kind service. I watched as the owner took such care with an older client - making sure she called for her ride, watched for her pickup etc. It was obvious that she had been a regular for a while. The technicians took great care of their clients and from what I could see did a wonderful job on their nails as well. So many places heard you in and out these days and often speak to each other (in their native tongue) more than they do to you. Not here. I will for sure be back. read more

I was able to walk in for a pedicure. The price was pretty good. Clean place. But music was so low all I heard was gossip around me. I didn't really like being pressured to upscale my pedi I was set on what I wanted but my gal kept bugging me which was annoying. I also felt like they rushed through the pedicure. I know they get paid by the people that come in but really if I'm going to paying money for a service such as that I want to enjoy it. Upon request they did turn the music up. Not sure if I will go back, you could tell the workers were talking crap about u because they would stare at you smh... not sure if I will go back. read more

The service was fine but some of the staff was rude and they had favorite customers for sure. They were kind to them but I did not receive the same treatment unfortunately. It was my first time and I won't be going back unfortunately. I felt judged, and that they were speaking negatively about me with all the staring and conversations. First visit and I was super impressed! First the vibe is super clean and organized nothing was a mess or harsh chemical smell! I am obsessed with this nail salon. Not only is the decor cute, clean and modern but the service is the best I've found anywhere in Salt Lake. They do such a thorough job and make it their mission to make their customers happy. This is not to say "Karens" should come here and walk all over them. They give and deserve respect and the owner/manager (not sure which) is so thoughtful and really makes an effort to remember each person-not an easy task! I have received a gel pedicure, acrylic fill with gel and a broken nail touch up (not their fault that it broke). I really want to see this place succeed. Hard work deserves to prosper. Oh! And they always have cute movies playing so you're not just staring at a wall for an hour. read more

Wonderful experience! I came in as a walk-in in three weeks ago and Stacie did a new set of acrylic nails with gel color. They lasted three weeks and didn't lift. I went back today and had a full with gel color and a pedicure. Stacie did my hands again and I don't know the young man's name who worked on my feet. He was great! I have been going to this salon for over 2 years and have never had any issues. They are very professional, and my nails always look great. At one point, during Covid, I hadn't gotten a pedicure for over 8 months and was in pain from an ingrown toenail. The lady dug and clipped until I was finally pain free! I referred it to friends and family and I see they are always busy because they do a good job. read more

I came with my daughter to get our nails done and my feet done. Stacey and her mom are the sweetest and they do such a good job! My daughter didn't like how her nails turned out but Stacey redid her nails until she liked her nails which was so sweet of Stacey. Great place and great prices! read more

I LOVE this nail salon!! I was referred here by a friend and I'm so happy I gave it a try. I have come many times and I have been so happy with my nails every single time! They always look so good!!!! The salon is very clean and they are always so kind to everyone! I never feel rushed like I have at a lot of nail salons. The owner pays extra close attention to detail and genuinely wants to make sure you are happy with your nails! I love this place! I'll definitely keep coming back! read more

Loved it! I got my nails done yesterday at a different place and she didn't do ANYTHING I asked for other than use the same colors. I called Rika Nails to fix the mess and they NAILED IT #punIntended. she even added chrome flakes for a bit a flair. looks like I found my new favorite nail place read more

I LOVE this nail salon! I use to live right around the corner when I first started going over a year ago. I now live in Sugarhouse and will still make the drive every month to get my nails done here! Vince and his wife do such an amazing job! I always feel welcomed and love the way my nails turn out! I always call day of and am always able to be seen either right away or within 25 min, I've never had to wait and that's amazing for me as I have a pretty busy schedule! read more

I was really pleased with my gel manicure. I called 30 minutes ahead to schedule an appointment. When I arrived, I was sat quickly. My nails were in rough shape, they cleaned up my cuticles and hang nails and shaped my nails so nicely. I showed a photo of what I had in mind and they were able to do exactly what was pictured. Everyone was very friendly and I appreciated the complimentary Diet Coke. Will definitely be returning. read more

I've been here twice and I'm a big fan! Vince, the owner, has done my nails both times and he's amazing! He listened to exactly what I wanted and he delivered. My nails are perfect! He's funny, kept up the conversation, and didn't hurt me even once! The place is clean, I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes and their color selection is really nice. read more

First time visiting and wow 20$ for a pedicure wait what only 20$ where do you find a nails salon for a pedicure and it only 20 bucks, not just a normal nails trim and calluses removed they also do massages and it so relaxing, highly recommended for anyone come and the best part is the shop look so clean.
