terrible experience. I would not recommend this salon at all. I made an appointment, the salon called back and asked me to come in earlier which I did. no one else was there when I got there. they started my pedicure, then switched me to another employee who was apparently taking to long with me, they tried to say that was my fault .... so they moved that employee to someone who came in 30 min after me, leaving my pedicure unfinished. I sat there watching them work on everyone else and ignore me. they finally sent some one to do the massage part, then he left and I was once again ignored. I wiped off my legs and got up. again they tried to blame me ! just an awful experience! I should have not been expected to pay for my unfinished pedicure but of course I was. I never ever do reviews but i felt this needed a review i went to this place last Thursday and it was super last minute since my place was busy and i needed my nails done before my baby shower and i thought i would go close by my house but i should of listen to the reviews this place doesn't do a good job on there nails im very disappointed i asked for coffin nails and some aren't coffin different shapes and you can see that they didn't file right it looks bad the only thing i did like is the chrome paint that i tried for the 1st time! I wasn't happy when i left but since i had other appointments to get to i couldn't stay any longer but yea i felt this needed a review so many woman dont feel the way i do i spent a bit much for not good work i will be posting pics and not going back no more you should get what you pay for and $60 For my nails wasn't worth it read more

Terrible experience... lady asked to touch my hair & if it was natural, which is none of her business in the first place. She had stuff on her hands as she reached for my hair and I told her no. Then when I asked her to shape my nail differently she couldn't do it & refused. She had taken off my polish & would no longer service me. Basically her feelings were hurt. Darn it, I like Tiffany and have been coming here off and on for a few years. Last couple of times I thought, "this place is really dirty". So I get a pedi, she rushes through so fast and my big toe has glops of paint like she painted over the wax. I pointed it out and she seemed irritated. Just quickly re-did it. I got out of there and my toes have never looked worse-on my left foot the big toe is cut in an oval shape way down the sides-on the right it's straight across but very uneven. Every other toe is short then long, no uniformity. And, to top things off, pain all night on my left foot, woke this morning to infection at the nail! Yuck. Can't believe I paid for this. RUN away from this place! It's horrible. I went tanning next door and asked the girl if she knew of any great places to get a pedicure. She suggested I walk next door to Dream Nails. I walked in and she told me they could give me a pedicure in 5 minutes. I sat for a few moments and then they yelled to me that they were ready. I took my spot in one of those gross vibration chairs and I waited.. and waited. 30 minutes passed and my water was cold. An older lady came over and turned on warm water and started with my pedicure. I closed my eyes to relax and wasn't paying close attention to the service. About an hour passed and she got up to go in the back room and I saw that I had nail polish ALL over my toes. It looked like a 2 year old had painted my toe nails.. and that's me being generous. Another worker walked by and I asked her for a cotton ball with acetone because I wanted the polish removed and my toes cleaned up. She apologized and screamed at one of the other ladies in a different language. She sat down, removed my polish and basically started my pedicure ALLL over again. If I had all the time in the world this would have been ok.. but I had already been there for an hour and a half. Needless to say I was irritated. She repainted my toes and I left. The lady who I believe is one of the owners wrote down her name and told me to come back for another service and she would give me %20 off. There is no way in hell I would go back to that place. I went every two weeks for almost a year. Every time I was patient and always tipped at least 10$. Even though the place was filthy, I usually waited at least an hour and the service was barely acceptable. It was a good price and the staff was really nice. I went today and somehow the price went up by almost 20$. 90$ dollars for two full sets! I made an appointment and still waited almost an hour to be helped and then waited periodically through my service so she could help other people! When I asked why the price went up I was lied to and yelled at. I even showed her previous reciepts! I couldn't believe how I was treated after how loyal a customer I'd been. I hate this salon. I live right around the corner but won't use them ever again. It's FILTHY. During my pedicure, they took so much callous off of my heel that they made it bleed. My acrylic nails are thick and crooked. When I mentioned it, she actually told me the reason is that my finger is crooked... When I arrived, I showed her a picture of a french manicure, told her that I wanted acrylic with gel/shellac on top and she quoted me $45. In the end, she said she couldn't do it?!?!? I won't be back! I've been coming to Dream Nails for a while now and each time gets worse and worse. They used to actually massage your legs and feet with a pedicure. Now it's like they are trying to hurry as fast as they can to get you done and out. The older lady rubs your legs 100 miles an hour, when she uses the exfoliating rub...IT HURTS!! I thought she was taking off the top layer of skin. This last time was the most UNrelaxing time I've ever had, it left me more anxious than anything. I went to the salon for a pedicure on July 5, 2013. The woman doing my pedicure cut my toe open (leaving a large hole gushing blood) with the credo blade trying to shave down my callus. 2 days later my toe was painful, red, swollen and infected. I have been under constant medical care for weeks, have been on multiple antibiotics (both pills and shots) and have been limited in my activities due to pain and infection for weeks. They were careless in their use of the credo blade and I believe the equipment wasn't sterilized as evidenced by the horrible infection. State law says that only a Master Aesthetician is allowed to use a credo blade. Please be careful when going to this salon as I have now spent thousands of dollars in medical bills because of their mistake and their unsanitized equipment. read more

The staff here are very good I think. However the place is not clean and they do not practice with a sanitary mind about how to work in this type of environment. 1. YOU should never dip a person's foot into the wax that is horrible, the proper way to do this is ladle some in a plastic bag and stick the person's foot or hand into the bag and spread the hot wax around the person's foot inside the bag. What if the person has a sore, fungus or other disease on their foot or hand ? This is just disgusting and unsanitary. 2. I believe the tools that were used were not sterile I did not see them open them from the autoclave paper and this is mandatory. The person your working on should actually see you open the clean tools that your using to cut on them with, other wise we have no idea if they are clean or not. And after the hot wax I assume they are not. 3. He guy wanted to use the razor on my heels, I admit I have not had a pedi in a while and yeah I had some build up but my feet are tender and when they use the razor on me they will typically cut me I told him this and to be extra careful. I still have a cut on my foot and yes it is painful today and will be painful even more over the next few days and take weeks to heal. I should not have allowed it but he was sure he would be careful and not hurt me. I am sorry but running a place is more than just doing a procedure you would think they would be sanitary about it. I just feel dirty now. read more
