I am not much of a nail salon affectidonatto however I do know how to recognize excellent customer service at a reasonable price! V N nails is a local business with a warm welcoming atmosphere with skilled salon techs. I personally have only gotten a handful of pedicures in my life but this was by far the nicest. The chairs are legit massage chairs with multiple settings, the facility is clean, and they have a vast library of colors to choose from! Took 2 hours to do gel X, the lady cut me three times, there is SO much glue around and under my nails, the polish doesn't reach the outer edges of my nails, two of my nails are so crooked, AND I spoke up about all of this. So mad. The man at the fronts whistling did not help. read more

The moment i made the phone call i was greeted with respect. it was my first time coming to this salon and the nice man (i believe his name was jack or jake.) was so kind enough to fit me in last minute. The drive is 15 minutes from my city but i am definitely going to be taking the drive to come back to this salon! Plus my nails came out beautiful!! literally worst nail experience i've ever had. ive gone there twice, first time they undercooked my nail gel and it chipped first day i got them. when my mom brought me back there today, i thought i'd give them another chance. i needed a set of acrylics, but i didnt leave with one. instead my nailbeds were dremelled into repeatedly, my fingers were filed into, and after asking repeatedly for the right shape they still couldnt get it right and blamed their incompetence on my nail shape. they did however offer to make it right with another appointment with a "better" nail lady suited for the job and charged us half for our troubles. read more

My pedicure turned out great, however I didn't appreciate how they didn't offer a color wheel to choose my color, they just asked me what color I wanted and she came back with a bottle... Also, I told the lady doing my nails that I wanted regular polish and she didn't take that for an answer. She kept asking me "are you sure? Are you sure?" After I told her at least 4 times that I wanted regular polish I ended up giving in and getting gel like she wanted... read more

My daughters really enjoyed getting their nails and toenails done here. The management was very accommodating and very sweet to both of them as they made some pretty specific selections on what they want it done. Overall it was very nice and we don't have any complaints. read more

I'm extremely picky about my long nails! I have gone to the same salon on Highland Dr. for probably 17 years at least. When my first tech left (she was the owner of the salon) I was concerned about who could do my nails like I wanted them done. There was a young man that has done my nails for probably the last 2 years, and he is very talented. Sadly he too has left. Of course the salon would not tell me where he went, I'm sure they did not want to lose my loyal business. I was very fortunate to find VN Nails! Holly has done my nails twice, I will see her again tomorrow. I am very pleased with the perfection and pride Holly takes in doing exactly what I want. My long nails are amazing. Best nail salon in the area. Been going to Jack and the gang for years now. It is a clean and friendly place to get your nails done. The basic pedicure and manicure are top notch. Love that they include the paraffin wax hand treatment for a basic manicure. My favorite part. I always feel like I have mannequin hands when I have the wax on! If you really want to treat yourself, go for the deluxe pedicure. It may be expensive, but it is the best hour long pedicure you can imagine. A real treat. read more

I happened upon V N Nails as I was in the area and had some time to kill. I live 40 minutes away, and will strongly consider making the drive in the future based on the experience I had. Jack (whom I believe is the owner) was professional, friendly, and welcoming. I noticed the overall attention to detail in the environment, and the positive energy across the employees and customers. I have never been to a salon that was so consistently busy and yet didn't keep people waiting for long periods of time. Jack knows what he's doing with scheduling. Great spot. read more

This is a wonderful nail salon. The people are so nice, the ambience is warm and service is outstanding. While I'm sure all the nail techs are good, I am partial to Ivy. I like my nails natural and short, with some strength because they crack. She makes that happen for me with one dip and clear polish. She's awesome! read more

I have been going to VN Nails for several years. They are very professional and courteous, also friendly. I am always receiving compliments on my nails, people think they are natural. Their place is very clean and equipment is only a year or two old, they seem to update it often. I highly recommend, you won't be disappointed. read more

I read the reviews before I called to make an appointment. I was in the neighborhood and had some time so I called to see if they had a short walk in time. They got me in in less than 20 minutes which worked great for me. I had almost completely forgotten about a review with 3 stars that said that the manager's loud whistling was irritating. The manager was the one doing my nails (shellac). He did whistle and it was a bit shrill but did not negatively affect my opinion of him. He is very personable, teases like crazy and is very sweet. He put the colors I was considering on his own nails so I could see them. The hand wax treatment after my nails were done curing was heavenly. I'd go back just for that! All in all, a great experience. read more

Such great service and staff. Very accommodating, kind, and helpful. They charge fair prices for their excellent manicures and pedicures. They go the extra mile to make sure you're happy with their work and they have an excellent reception desk. They NEVER bark at you from the back of the salon "WHAT DO.YOU WANT?!" as I've experienced in many other nail salons across the valley. SO GREAT! My mom and my grandma have been coming here for years to get their manis and pedis. We all went together before my wedding and I received excellent service at a good price. They had exactly the color of sparkly white polish I wanted! My gel nails looked fantastic in pictures and for several weeks afterwards until they grew out. read more

For years I have only gone to spa's for my manicures and pedicures. My friend introduced me to this nail spa on a Saturday morning get together about 2 years ago. Since my first visit I have on occasion visted local and vacation location spa's for my manicures and pedicures and if you want a consistently good manicure or pedicure this is the place to go. My 1st time here and it was Amazing. My nails look the best they ever have. She did not make me feel rushed and the price was wonderful. Next time I'll pay the extra for more massage time.
