The lady I saw today didn't do a very good job at cutting my nails she did some things to my left foot that she didn't do to my right. Apart from that I came in to get the right side of my toe fixed and she didn't do that matter of fact she made it worse apart from that the people here were being unprofessional making weird and unusual comments (I understand a bit of what they were saying) my wife actually speaks Vietnamese. My pedicure was satisfying, but getting my fill, it was not a good experience at all. My nail technician rushed, made my nails look like crap, making me not wanting to go again. I do not recommend this place. I have clumps at the bottom from my gel polish, she did not do my cuticles, on top of that, my polish smeared with a black color and I had her fist it and she painted over it making the left side of my middle finger look like a different color. I completely understand accepting walk-in's, that's the livelihood of nail salons and other beauty related businesses. However, it shouldn't interfere with regularly scheduled appointments and if that's the case - don't take appointments if you're not equipped to honor them. We had 5pm appointments and after a half an hour they took my girlfriend and I over to our chairs. I sat with my feet in water for another half hour before the water was cold and my feet were clammy. In this time a woman had began my partner's mani/pedi and when they finally started mine they rushed through the entire process. My girlfriend had a lovely time and received very good treatment. I ended up paying nearly $40 to get my nails painted. Obviously I wasn't expecting a red carpet to be rolled out or anything, if that's what I wanted I'd go to a proper spa. It was just a bit frustrating watching my partner get pampered and massaged while I just felt like a hindrance and not a client. If you don't mind wait times or want anything special as far the experience goes - it's not a bad place. They are clean, quick, friendly, and appear to do good work. I would just opt for something else if you are wanting more than a very baseline mani/pedi or have time constraints. read more

I have been going. Here since she first opened a few years back. & I haven't gone to any other salon since! Neither do I want to. The owner is amazing, polite, nice & way cute. Fantastic customer service, flexible, listens, efficient, cleanliness & a positive environment. Amazing products, a huge variety of acrylic, gel, shellac, & polish that last say over 2 weeks 99% of the time this is a one women shop. The owner does everything by herself 7 days a week. Sometimes she has one other person to help with pedis. With that being said walk in clients will almost always have some wait time (20-40 minutes) If you don't want to wait I would recommend calling and getting an appointment. She won't schedule you for an exact time. Ex:2-2:30 pm. Depending on how busy she is wait time with an app is usually right around 15 minutes. If your unable to get in during her regular business hours she usually will work with you & either stay late or come in early the next day for you. She is pretty flexible. I rarely leave bad reviews, but I am extremely unsatisfied with the service I received. I went in for a full set , and I hadn't gotten my nails done in months. I do have bad cuticles due to a bad habit of chewing my nails. The woman who did my nails started and did nothing to push up my cuticles or cut them, which I thought was odd but let her continue. When she put the acrylic on my nail, she did not go all the way down to the bottom of the cuticle and left a huge gap. I got my nails done 5 DAYS ago and my nails look so horrible I already need a fill. My nails look like I've had them on for 2 weeks and need a fill because she didn't do them correctly. Not to mention, every single one of my nails has bubbles and the majority of them are filed unevenly and slanted. I'm so disappointed I spent $40 on these when I could have done a better job myself. I will NEVER return and would advise anyone not to go to this salon. Horrible service, horrible quality. read more

Without a doubt the BEST nail salon around. I went to a different salon to get my nails done for a wedding and as the women were great my nails had too many flaws and I was self conscious about it. I received a gift card for Christmas. It expired at the end of June. They will no longer honor it even though there is a pandemic going on because they were open the beginning of May....though closed a portion of the year due to a worldwide pandemic! I haven't even thought about a pedicure, massage, etc. since the pandemic began. I am still not comfortable with doing these things with Utah's numbers going up. Bars are open too, but I am not going to them either! I am extremely disappointed in the way this is being handled. Others may feel comfortable, but I don't. I've been coming here for 6 months! The owner is super nice and not too pushy. if you only want your toes done, that's all you'll get. I got the fastest, prettiest shellac done of my LIFE here! it was $25 and she did it in 15 minutes including a great manicure, two weeks and still going strong!.I mean this lady knows her business! I get pedicures almost monthly here, and the nail polish lasts forever, they also take good care getting the dead skin off. This is the best nail salon in SLC. It has a quiet and serene environment, it is beautiful, and it has amazing service. I always bring in pictures of intricate nail designs and somehow they are made even better by the nail technicians! The gel nails also stay on forever.
