J just got my toes does, I don't know her name but the tension between us was real. I had to scrub my own toes because she wasn't getting what I wanted. She couldn't even paint my toes correctly and their colors were so limited and not good. I will never be coming back here. Paid $50 to do the most half assed job I've ever had on a pedicure. Very busy place. But they certainly had the space and the staff to cater to everyone. Good deluxe pedicure with callus removal, lotion, paraffin, massage, the works. In less than an hour, I was relaxed with regular polish on my toes. The establishment is bright and clean. Workers wore gloves, tubs had liners. Do not recommend going here if you want to feel comfortable and not get ripped off. I went here for a pedicure and matching acrylics. All I asked for was a French tip of the color of my toes. I sat at Lucky's chair and he was super aggressive toward me and charged me $75 for acrylics with a French tip. I've been here before for the same thing and it was $40. This kid should not be doing nails; he belongs in a warehouse or something! I felt bad energy the whole time and I still tipped him $20 and he didn't even say "thank you". Don't go here! read more

I was very happy with my experience at Lovely Nails. I called around to many salons and spas on Friday, trying to get a Saturday morning appointment for my daughter and I and was pretty much told, 'good luck'. When I called Lovely Nails, they fit me right in. We arrived right when they opened and there was only one guy there working, so I was a little worried. We had a seat in their massage chairs, and several employees arrived within 5 minutes. I got a deluxe pedicure and a basic manicure, and my daughter got a gel manicure and a basic pedicure. My deluxe pedicure was wonderful! My nail tech, Na, did a wonderful job! She took her time and massaged my feet and legs for a long time during each step. It includes callus softener, sea salt scrub, clay mask, hot towel wrap, muscle relaxing warming lotion, and a parrafin wax. Every step was invigorating. She did a great job both on the pedicure and my basic nails. My daughter's nail tech (unnamed) was on her phone for about half the time she works on my daughter's nails. She even touched her phone with the gloves on while working on my daughter's feet with the other hand. Ew! The only reason I did not give 5 stars. Her gel nails turned out really great, though! Don't miss the cat eye polish, pretty cool. That being said, I will be back to see Na for a deluxe pedicure as soon as possible! : ) read more

I'm honestly super disappoint. I wanted a P on my ring finger. And she did a backwards P aka a 9 on my ring finger not only that she put a P on my other hand too when I only wanted one on my left hand which and I mentioned that to her, but she did both . I didn't even notice the P was backwards until I left. One of the P's was correct so I am unsure why the other one was wrong. Over all I feel like she did a good job at the application. I do not love the shape. For $75 I'm not happy. It should have been professionally done for that price. Granted I did give her nine dollar tip because I always tip but I really would love at least partially some of my money back especially because they are a 30 minute drive away from me. They told me they could redo it and were really nice but I had other appointments and couldn't go back. Honestly, I'm super disappointed I showed friends and family, and they said that I got screwed over and that they looked really bad. read more

I have been here a few times for pedicures and had an ok experience. I went in yesterday and asked for deluxe pedicure and full set of nails as I was wanting my hands to look nice for my mothers funeral. She rushed thru the pedicure and really didnt do a very good job but my full set of nails are atrocious. They are messy, flat and look awful. She chose too big of tips and glued them all to my fingers. This morning they hurt. She put her music on at the start of the nails and it felt like she was uninterested. I dont get nails done very often and will not be going back here. What ever happened to customer service and doing your best. read more

I NEVER leave reviews but I had to. This place was not great. He cut me on both fingers using the nail file and after I told him he continued to rub the nail file against it. He didn't stop until he say the blood appear on my finger. He didn't clear the real nail from under and when I asked him to he still barely did it on one or two fingers. Terrible experience. I've been coming to this salon for about 15+ years and I have loved to see the process of this beautiful Nail Salon. Yen is my go-to usual nail technician and is always very thorough and pays attention to detail, not only with the actual painting of nails, but also the care of my nails and cuticles. My nails always last between 1-2 months (Shellac). The salon is VERY hygienic, always cleaning pedicure and manicure stations between services, and keeping the over all appearance of the salon to a high standard. I was a walk in for a mani with shellac, nothing too crazy. I've never had such a rude and unpleasant experience. The young man who did my mani clearly didn't want to be doing it. I picked out my colors, he brought back the wrong colors and wasn't exactly excited when I told him that wasn't what I picked out. He argued with me that I picked out a particular number when I didn't pick that one out. So he got up very abruptly to fetch what he should've grabbed to begin with, but he was too busy being irritated to be bothered to do his job. He mumbled things under his breath and when speaking to me, he was very quiet and I could t understand a word he was saying. My favorite part was he part where it came time for my massage with lotion lol. He literally squirted some lotion on my hands, rubbed them for about 3 seconds, then tells me "You can rub it in". I've had enough manicures to know they're supposed to be the ones rubbing it in and massaging my hands. Also. I received no cuticle oil. I came here about 7 years ago and had a bad experience, and I came back this last weekend in hopes that things would've changed. Looks like I'll never be back. I'm giving this place 2 stars because the rest of the staff seemed social and kind, and because Danny painted my nails decently. I would highly recommend staying away from here unless you call ahead and ask for literally anyone but Danny. read more

My friend and I came here to get our nails done. I needed to get a fill on my acrylic and she just wanted a basic mani. The guy who did my nails shaped and painted them wonderfully. HOWEVER... when he used the nail drill he put it repeatedly against my skin on the side of my nail to shape it and it cut my skin open. I pulled my hand back and literally said "ow! You cut me" he ignored me and grabbed my other hand and began working on that one. I was bleeding and he didn't say sorry or anything. I thought maybe for some reason he hadn't heard me, until it happened AGAIN later on the same hand but to another finger. Once again I told him he had cut me and I repeatedly said ow. I was bleeding and he ignored it! I've been in pain for it all day! The nails look great, but I wish I had never gone there because of how much it hurt! Also my friend had asked for just normal polish and they gave her gel without her asking for it and then she had to pay a whole lot more. I don't know. Just don't go. read more

Also got into an altercation because my sister was not charged right and I was told they did not charge her properly. They were able to get us right in, the deluxe pedicure is the way to go by the way!!! The young man who was my nail tech was AMAZING!! Him and my friends nail tech were so funny, we had a great conversation and they were very sympathetic to my friends situation. They made the day, not to mention our toes were sparkling when we left! I love this place so much ! Just left and my feet are feeling so happy and refreshed. I Have been coming here for years. They really remember their clients and treat them with so much hospitality. They are perfectionists, and give a GREAT massage. My feet always leave feeling soft as can be and although Im not one to get nails, this is my go-to pedicure spot. They are always super clean as well. Pros: super affordable, fast and super friendly service. GREAT foot massage and super awesome at removing all that dead skin on your feet. Makes sure to get ALLLLL around the toes and nails clean which I love. Precise painting and drying. Just love these guys. If you are in a hurry, these are your guys. First nail salon I've went too since I moved to Utah. I would more say 3.5 stars, but I went with my cousin to get a fill on nails that I previously had from somewhere else. And I would say they did a really good job. They lady I was with really focused on precision of making the acrylics look like my real nail. However the only thing that I didn't like was that she probably shaved down my nails 4-5 times, even after finishing with the colors I asked for. Eventually I could feel a slight burn on one of my fingers bc she was shaving it too much, but if you tell them to do less they will and then she stopped. Other than that she was really nice and did everything I asked for. I recommend making an appointment as well. I called to ask how much a gel fill is and Shiana said $35-40 so I set an appt with someone who specializes in almond shape. When I go to pay, they charge me $50...$50 with no designs and she said it's because I asked for stiletto (pointier.) After all the sanding to take the gel polish off, of course my nails weren't the same almond shape when I went in. **They add on extra charges without disclosing to you first, like if they have to file more, even if there is no cut-down. Reminder why I stopped going years ago - I do not tolerate dishonesty** Ocean Nail Spa took my old set off AND did a full set for $55! read more
