I called to ask how much a gel fill is and Shiana said $35-40 so I set an appt with someone who specializes in almond shape. When I go to pay, they charge me $50...$50 with no designs and she said it's because I asked for stiletto (pointier.) After all the sanding to take the gel polish off, of course my nails weren't the same almond shape when I went in. **They add on extra charges without disclosing to you first, like if they have to file more, even if there is no cut-down. Reminder why I stopped going years ago - I do not tolerate dishonesty** Ocean Nail Spa took my old set off AND did a full set for $55! read more

1st time going to this location and got a fill and gel and a design and not even 2 days later my gel is lifting on 2 fingers and my daugther had to go back to get hers fixed! I'll never go back to this location VERY BAD SERVICE EVERYTHING!!! I even called them and they said it was my fault!!! Bitch I haven't done with my hands!!!! read more

Love this place! I've been coming here for years ! Great customer service! Thanks lovely nails!!!

Such nice people, every option for nails that I need!! Massage chairs, TVs, and nice decorations make it a perfect little nail salon! Reasonable prices also (I think I even talked her down in price with my indecisiveness, kindness and insistence abt my budget) Good people! :) read more

Great place for pedicures, especially if you have a group. They are very friendly and know what they are doing! Their deluxe pedicure is amazing! I will definitely come here again!! read more

I am so freaking pissed ! I just got my nails done at Lovely nails in Murray, UT on State St and the lady did a shitty ass job! I showed her the picture of what I wanted done and she looked at it several times and she kept referring back to the picture while she was doing my nails but then the bitch did NOT do a fucking thing I asked her to do or anything like the picture!! Do NOT go to lovely nails if you dont want shitty nails !!! They should be called SHITTY NAILS and not lovely nails !!! read more

I usually like this place , but this time I went to get gel nails and exactly 2 days later they started to peel off. A waste of money and I am so sad. I really liked this place. Maybe a different person would be better. read more

Horrendous service! The workers are rude, including the owner. I wasn't treated like a paying customer, but rather an inconvenience. Despite having asked for a basic service, they gave me an upgraded service without asking me first, and then expected me to pay for it! When I said I never asked for said service (a design on my big toe which costs a ridiculous $10 more) they said, too bad, too late. It's already done, so I have to pay. On top of that, the entire time I was getting a pedicure she was acting so put out you'd think I was making her clean an outhouse. I get pedicures regularly, have good hygiene, and maintain my feet. I have no idea why she wanted to make me feel like I was disgusting, other than to be rude for no reason. And if she has such a hard time working with feet, maybe giving pedicures is the wrong business industry for her to have gone into. This place is criminal and awful. Will never be going again and am telling all my friends to stay away. read more

Was overall dissatisfied with the service. Got a mani pedi and my pedicure lasted maybe 7 minutes. She massaged my legs with lotion and once the lotion was rubbed in she kept massaging me with dry gloves which was annoying, especially since I saw my mom who was sitting right next to me get oil and lotion put on her legs. When the lady was putting my shoes on she smudged the nail polish from my big toe and instead of fixing it she just painted over it. I got a shellac manicure and she didn't even dehydrate my nail before putting the primer on. (My mom who was next to me and getting the same thing got the complete process). I paid the same amount as I do at my regular salon and it was not the same service. Won't be returning. read more

I went on a Sunday and it was quite busy that's why I'll give it a 4. Other than that it's very affordable the people are nice and the nails look amazing. I got just basic acrylic nails painted a nude pink. Will definitely go back with friends!! I'm 13 and had to cut them down so that's why they look a bit janky read more

Lovely Nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Murray, Utah

I have been getting pedicures here for years and would never go anywhere else. They take such good care of me, do such amazing designs, and are incredibly friendly. I never leave disappointed and everyone is always asking me where I get my toes done since they are so dang cute! read more

I have gone here twice now. The first time I went in everything went great. Very nice and professional. I went in last Friday for another manicure and gel set and ended up getting an infection in one of my fingers. Luckily I work under a hand surgeon and he was able to give me antibiotics for this, but it was working its way into becoming cellulitis. For those of you who don't know what that means, that is a bacterial infection of the skin. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this salon. I am disappointed that I now have to take medicine for this and soak it every night and keep it wrapped at night. I wouldn't give this any stars if it didn't require me to.. read more

Went here with two coworkers based on a recommendation from a friend. This location invested in state of the art equipment and techniques, but that doesn't always equate to great quality. I think they intentionally use cheap polish/techniques in order to get you to pay for shellac because within 24 hours all of us had our polish chip. And when they were trimming my cuticles on my finger each and every finger began bleeding. One of them was bleeding so badly she had to put a liquid on it that burned and made it scab over. All of my nail polish chipped off before my fingers even healed! One of my friends had her cuticles ruined as well. No apology, no compensation, nothing. And I paid $50 for this?! I didn't even get shellac or the deluxe pedicure! I did NOT get what I paid for and we all decided we definitely won't be returning. read more

THE WORST MANICURE I have EVER received! The woman was angry that I was 'only getting a manicure' so she passively aggressively stabbed me with the cuticle tool (repeatedly). I was bleeding from 4 nail beds. I am absolutely horrified by the customer service -- if you can even call it that. I will never go back and if you don't want a puncture wound I suggest you do the same. The fact that they are still in business makes me sick! #worstmanicure read more

My favorite nail salon in the valley. Admittedly, I don't get manicures (way too tough on my hands for them to last more than a day) but their pedicures are awesome! The dry Utah climate combined with my flip flop wearing turns my tootsies ugly. They do great callous removal in their deluxe pedicures, not to mention the fab leg massage that comes with it. Even their toe nail designs are cute, and I'm usually a plain kind of girl. At $35 every 5 weeks or so, totally worth it to me! read more

I used to come here weekly for a pedicure during the summer. I love getting plaid nail art on my toes. Sometimes the plaid looked great, and other times I would get someone who wasn't very good at it. I quit going here because the last 3 times I went I received terrible service. My nails looked terrible, and I had to tell them not to use the razor on my feet because not only is that bad for your feet, for some reason the lady used it on my arch! There are no calluses there! My feet looked like someone chewed them up and spit them out. I could hardly walk. I'm really disappointed with the service here lately. After 3 bad experiences in a row, I had to quit coming here. I'm sad because I can't find anyone else that can do plaid toes! read more

Loved my pedicure! I even talked my husband into getting one with me! He loved it - he isn't as passionate about it as I am but he loves pampering too. ;) I went back the next day to get my nails done - GREAT JOB! I showed Lynn a picture of nails I found on Pinterest, she had no problem matching what I wanted. Great job and HIGHLY recommended!! read more

First time trying this shop. Lyna was awesome. She was friendly and gentle handed! She made sure my nails were the way I wanted them! Will definitely go back! read more

Stopped in on a whim to get a fill since I-15N was shut down. I found the staff to be very friendly, helpful and my nails look great! Tons of gel polish to choose from which I loved. If I am ever stuck down there again, I will definitely return. read more

Went in because it was Labor Day and all my regular trusted spots were closed. Just needed a gel manicure. The nail tech, Yen, spent more time watching the TV then doing my nails, or doing my nails with her eyes on the TV behind her and getting gel all over my hands. My nails didn't have a shape and were different lengths when I came in. She never filed or shaped my nails and immediately put the gel on, then after I asked if she could shape them she said it was too late and I should have asked her to file them before. Of course I didn't ask because that is included in every manicure I've ever gotten. Definitely not coming back. read more

Yelpers did it again! I'm a local who was in need of a great nail place. Turned to Yelp and y'all did not let me down. GREAT pedicure (I got the deluxe); Anna did an awesome job and did nail art (cherry blossoms) on my toes. I also got a fill and shellac on my mani. She knew exactly how to fix the crappy job that the last place did. She filed my nails to be squared/round and they look awesome. Total cost for mani/pedi (deluxe and shellac and acrylic) was $68. Totally worth it and I've found my new nail spot. Loves it!!! read more

This place is the worst. Smells awful inside-seriously toxic- that's not good for your health to inhale those fumes. They charged me more than the quoted price on the wall. Spent maybe 10 mins on my manicure. They couldn't get it done faster. I definitely won't return and you shouldn't go ether! read more

I made the mistake of going here in hopes to save money and time and relax. Oh heck no!! I was QUOTED a different price and charged way more, awful product, disregarded me completely, cut way to short, never asked me, uneven, fell off in a week looked like craps in two days... Now I have to go get them done again, WHEN MY FINGERS HEAL.... read more

Worst manicure I have ever received. I literally came away with my fingers bleeding. They hurt for days. I will never go back.

Nails, Toes, and Eyebrows! Go to Lovely Nails! I have been going to Lovely Nails for over 10 years and ALL of the technicians know what they are doing. Just make an appointment and you will be happy! read more

went in for a fill, I've never been until today. I'm very disappointed! The shape of the nails does not look right, the polish is smudged. I kept getting pressured to do Shellac. I decided to go with regular polish. The lady was rough with my fingers and really seemed like she wanted to get me out the door. Waste of time and money. I will not be returning. read more

Lady kept talking on her cellphone while she was doing my foot massage with one hand..Do i need to say more?

Such a disappointing pedicure! I brought my mother in to treat her and I to a pedicure. I work as a retail manager and I rarely get a day off, especially with my mom who lives In California. From the beginning we could tell that the ladies helping us did not want to, they both had an attitude with us, and put absolutely no enthusiasm into there work. My mom commented that the massage was just a lotion application. After leaving we also noticed that my moms toes were barely painted and messy also. This may sound harsh but are non relaxing pedicure was definitely not worth $82 or our time. read more

They were nice and I didn't have to wait to be seen. However the place was filthy and looked like they hadn't cleaned the floor in weeks. Hope I don't get an infection from getting a pedicure here. read more

Worst pedicure of my life. If I could rate this 0 star, I would. Way too expensive and, I guess she was the manager, did a $10 design on my toes that I didn't ask for and wouldn't discount. Who do you complain to when she's the manager. All of the women made me feel insecure and they were so catty. Please tell your friends not to pay to be humiliated. I should have walked out. And they made fun of me and my feet. Her and her fellow employees. I've never been treated this way by anyplace. Got to my car and cried. read more

Rushed, aggressive with tools, felt like I would be cut at any moment, pushy on up-sales, hard to relax, uncomfortable chairs, very short massage, nail polish applied thinly. I will not be returning. read more

Love, Love Love Lovely Nails. I have had my acrylics for years, but until I found Lovely Nails they would crack and lift. Not now. Now I can go in and get a fill and it will last 4 weeks if I need it to. As for the Pedicures, best ever. Especially the Deluxe Pedi. An absolute MUST!! I can't say enough about it. The nail art is also flawless if you like a design on your fingers or toes, they are the best. My favorite nail tech is Jennifer. She is awesome, but I recommend if you want to see her you make an appointment. They do, however, have walk in service and nail techs readily available for those. read more
