I almost forgot to leave my review of this place! I go to so many businesses in a day that I just forget. But since I've been really having a lot of lack luster experiences, I thought a 5 star was in order. I will admit I was nervous when I walked in this place. It didn't look very clean. But my friend and I had a frustrating day and gave each other the "fuck it!" Look and proceeded. It was just one gal working. She was so cute and so friendly I really like her. She did a great job checking in with me and making sure I was comfortable. They use a really nice scrub on your legs that has a mentholated effect. And I dug the hot stones and steam towels. She gave us some recommendations for places to shop for curry and did well at letting us have our space when needed and still contributing to our conversation. I haven't like a nail tech in a while so it was very refreshing. I will be back. I wish I had gotten her name!!!! Ugh! read more

I've been to this Nail Salon three times and each time has been utterly delightful! I have not been disappointed in any way shape or form. The first time I went I just walked in for a pedicure and they accommodated me within 15min. They have a plethora of polish colors and easily found a color I liked. I decided on the spa pedicure which included a sugar scrub, paraffin wax dip on my feet, leg & foot massage, and a hot stone massage all while sitting in a massage chair. HEAVEN is definitely an appropriate name for this salon! At some point later that day I smudged my big toe nail polish. I was devastated. I went back a day or two later and explained what happened, I was quickly seated in a pedicure chair having my nail polish fixed, and was in and out in 15min. They didn't even charge me for the fix. I've been back two other times, each time bringing new people, and everyone I've brought has had an great experience as well. I always look forward to my next visit. I would recommend calling and making an appointment, it just makes it easier on everyone! But it's not a requirement, they do take walk-ins. Honestly though, I've lived in the Same Lake area for 9 years and these are the best pedicures I've ever received! I won't be able to go anywhere else from now on. Even though this nail salon is a bit out of the way from where I live and I live by about 5 nail salons I will drive out of my way to come here, it's usually busy too and I'm lucky if I can get in for a pedicure, this place has the best customer service and the techs are extremely nice and attentive to me when I visit, I usually get the deluxe pedicure since I like to have my feet dipped in hot wax and love the hot stone massage on my legs since I'm on my feet all day at the hospital, the salon is very clean and there massage chairs are in great condition. I love getting my nails done here. They have a huge nail polish selection, but even better, they have the largest shellac selection I've seen. I have a really hard time picking out a color because there are just so many. The ladies are all really nice and know many of their clients names. They also are very good at cleaning between clients which is great. They also give everyone water bottles while you're there. read more

I first got my nails done here in early March 2015. I'm so glad I decided to come to this location (just on a whim) versus some other locations closer to my apartment. As others have stated, they're a little pricier than their competitors, but it's worth it. I went in for a fill on my nails today, and my nails look fantastic. Having my nails done is something that makes me feel so feminine and classy, and now I've found my favorite shop. Their attention to detail is amazing. They converse with me just enough to make me feel like I'm not being ignored, but not so much to be a bother. They didn't listen to my concerns with mistakes on my set of nails and was aguring with me about it instead resolving my complaints. My friend made a appointment and was 10 minutes late and she was told she had to wait 45 minutes to get ur pedicure done. Ridiculous. I would be cautious of ever going to this place. read more

Really good experience! My first time here as I was driving around looking for a place that could take me without an appointment. The owner had just come in and she got to work. She was really delightful and although I got the basic pedicure, it was amazing. The massage was above and beyond, at one point she even used hot rocks. We chatted about local yoga studios and had such a nice time. A few days later, I had a couple of compliments on my pedicure. Would definitely recommend and will be returning. read more

One of the worst manicures I've had. No base coat, 2 top coats with tons of bubbles in them, and she went over the top coat again with a stroke of polish on one nail. I have top coat all over the edges of my skin and I feel like I have gobs of polish all over my nails. And not very friendly to boot. She kept scolding me for not wanting shellac. read more

This place is a RIP-OFF. They cheat you on the price of acrylic nails! They charge $5.00 extra than what is on thier price list for doing nothing more! They yell at their customers & they are very RUDE! A customer asked for something on her nails & they told her she was very picky! Well when you're a paying customer you have every right to be picky! BAD APPLICATION OF NAILS. I was traveling through town and decided to stop here. Bad mistake!!! The woman put the acrylic on the skin together with the tips and cuticle causing extreme pain. I was already a few hours away from Salt Lake when my nails started to hurt and this continues hurting 16 hours later. I would suggest not to go here unless your NOT doing nails. read more

I think this is a great place for a pedicure. I liked the pedicure so much that I referred my sister, niece, and neighborhood friends to go to Heaven Nails and Spa. I also purchased a $30 gift certificate for my good friend to use when she had the time. Unfortunately they put an expiration date on the gift certificate and would not honor it after six months had passed. Not sure how you can give a business $30 for a service to perform at a later date and they then refuse to provide the service and keep the money. So my sister, niece, and neighborhood friends will no longer take our business to Heaven Nails and Spa. We tried to go back on three different occasions and they refused. They would rather keep the $30 and turn away five pedicures to keep the $30 and not provide the service. Bad business! $30 cash is $30 cash and they have my money and I have no pedicure.
