I have been getting my nails done by moon for over 2 years. Tony fills in when she is unavailable. Everyone here is super N and treats me well. They don't all know me but they are all very nice. Sometimes I come and chat with Moon the whole time. Sometimes I come and stare at the TV. She is always accommodating. I do have to have an appt. I usually have to book a few days in advance. They do a good job, they are very sanitary and clean with their tools so they are extremely popular. They have great customer service, but if you are walking in without an appt, they don't know you and they are slammed you might feel like they don't have great customer service like some other reviewers have mentioned. Don't take it personally. Just make an appt. They are super busy for a reason. Love this place!! read more

I was going to this place for a while to get my acrylic nails filled and a gel polish. I stopped going because I got fed up of my nails chipping and the acrylic actually coming off. When it first happened they told me I needed a new set, so I got a new set. But it kept happening. They do a really great job here. They give one of the best pedicures I have ever had. I go in regularly for shellac manicures, and I always get good, consistent service from them. Their salon also has a very good ambiance...AND they always have HGTV on. What more could you want?! read more

Best nail salon ever! Hands down lol. Regardless of what you want, you will walk away pleased 150% Even if it is not on their listed services. Another plus is you get a 10% discount if you pay cash. Highly recommend making an appointment as they are quite busy! It appears that they can take walk in pedicures. Whenever I am in town, I am sure to visit. I went to this salon several times because Tony did such a good job but I won't be going back. Even with an appointment, I was left waiting for up to 30 minutes twice. I also felt rushed and did not receive the full treatment that I payed for (including the arm massage that is supposed to be included in the manicure, more of a quick lotion application). My friend introduced me to this nail salon years ago and I immediately loved the place! Every time I go, I gotta have moon to do my nails, she's the best!!! Worst nail place ever!!! Took them 4 hours to do a fill and pedicure! My fill was awful and they ground it down so thin the color on the tips is blotchy and faced and my pedicure looks like it was done by an amateur. I seriously don't think these girls have their license. Save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere. read more

I went there to get my nails done for a very especial occasion, and was super excited because I was going with a friend of mine, but left very unhappy with the service and the treatment. I never get my nails done so I have no clue about nail shapes, services, etc. The girl that did my nails left them looking uneven, was extremely bossy and rude, and didn't explain was she was doing expecting me to know everything. When I asked her to file my nails a certain way, she was very rude, and that wasn't the first time. She pretty much screamed at me at least twice. She was unfriendly, and it felt very rushed through. I'm not sure if everyone there is as rude as she is which is too bad because just the thought of going back there and getting her again or getting someone else that can be as rude as she was makes me not want to return. read more

Horrible customer service!! We had an appointment for 3 pedicures and 1 shellac. The guy that wrote our appointment got it wrong. We asked for it to be something different and they refused. Went with high hopes for a relaxing pedicure with my daughter, but we were very disappointed. Her nail guy talked on his phone headset the whole time and that made it hard to relax. We chose to do the deluxe pedicure, which was not worth the extra $7. It was supposed to last 40 min., but took about 20 min. We both left unhappy with rough heels and $30+ poorer. Made an appointment the morning of (for both a pedicure and gel manicure) and tried to make it later in the afternoon (around 4ish). The nail technician kept pushing back to do it at 2:45 pm, so I agreed. Upon arrival, I noted there were 10 clients there but only 5 nail technicians. After waiting 10 minutes I was put in a pedicure chair and told to put my feet up, but there was no towel and it didn't look clean. I declined. After waiting 30 minutes I still hadn't been worked on. When someone finally came over I said I didn't have time for both a pedicure and a manicure anymore and to just do my gel manicure. I waited another 15 minutes while the person supposedly helping me checked people out, answered the phone, helped a walk-in etc. It had now been 45 minutes since my appointment time (and I had a babysitter), the person who walked in for a pedicure at 3:00 pm was already been worked on, and when she finally came back over to me the one color I wanted they didn't have. I didn't have any more time to wait so I left without any service. Needless to say, I will NOT be going back. What's the point of making an appointment to wait for 45 minutes before you're even helped? Ridiculous. Not impressed by the service and the inability to respect people's time. read more

My mom and I both got pedicures- mine was just a basic and hers was a basic with French tips and flower design. We waited a while for someone to be available because another customer was getting a pedicure and a manicure at the same time. The massage was great and included a hot stone leg massage. My mom's nail design was great. Her French tips were even and clean. Very meticulous work. It was $23 for mine, plus $5 for my mom's design and $5 for French tips. They took $5 off for the wait. If I lived closer I would be a frequent customer. read more
