I used to go here all the time but the girl they always scheduled me with would rip off my lashes and it always made me cry and clamp my head in her hands so hard it was so uncomfortable along with jerking my head into different positions and having her Apple Watch going off the entire appointment it was the worst and I had to stop going. Sadly, I gave many chances with Candee lash. I am new to extensions, and figured it was me not knowing how to communicate what I wanted. I brought in photos, but the results looked nothing like the photos I brought. I was never really happy with the results, but kept going back believing if I knew more about the process I would be happier with my results. The last time I went, I tried a hybrid lash and was happier with the final look... except it still looked really fake. I wanted an artistic look that looked natural, but it was so glaringly obvious that I was wearing extensions, and not in a good way. Maybe the clinician forgot that I had specified for shorter more natural lashes, but these lashes went nearly to my eyebrow. If you like the photos they post, where the lashes look fake, long, and unnaturally uniform, you might like Candee Lash... as that is what they all look like, regardless of what variations you ask for. This week they scheduled me for a "Hybrid Lashes" appointment with someone who doesn't even do Hybrid Lashes. The DISAPPOINTMENT and waste of time was the straw that broke this camel's back. Will be looking elsewhere now. Perhaps this is a good thing. Maybe it's not me? Maybe it's the what they think is "good work"... which really isn't. read more

I went to Candee Lash on April 05th and by April 10th or 11th almost all of my lashes was gone, it fall out almost everything! I do my lashes for the last 2 years and never happened something like that before. I do my lashes every 3 weeks and I know my lashes can hold on until there. I decided to try somewhere near by to be more convenient for me and Candee Lash reviews was great so I decided to try it. The girl that helped me was super kind, but I don't know if it was the quality of the glue or the lashes quality or maybe her work...that made my lashes fall off less than a week! I had tons of lashes falling off within the first 24 hours. They were 100% gone after eight days. Also, she somehow managed to do a full set in 45 minutes. I have had eyelash extensions many times before and usually a full set takes at least an hour and a half. I will never go back. read more

Each time I have been here - 3x She keeps telling me that she hasn't had enough time to do my lashes and that they will be full next time. In fairness the first visit I was 20 minutes late but you should still if you're going to take an appointment and charge the person the full amount due exactly what they're asking. I was very clear with her that I wanted very dramatic very full lashes and very long and then I wanted them cat Eyed. First off they never looked full in any way. You could barely even tell I had lashes on and the price was way too expensive for me to keep going somewhere that doesn't do amazing work. Every time I go into the salon I feel like I'm bothering the girl whose doing my lashes, she never speaks one word to me other than hello and do you want to add a tip to this. It's incredibly frustrating because my birthday is this weekend and I called to cancel my appointment today because I just wasn't going to pay again for my lashes look terrible and I was put on eternal hold. I'm visiting from out of town and needed a fill. Easily made an appointment over the phone w/o first seeing the place and the staff. I had a 12:30 pm appt and arrived early to fill out paperwork. The gal at the front desk was so unprofessional and more interested in her phone then answering my questions. I sat down after filling out first time customer paperwork and that's when I started observing the staff. First off, they all looked to be 14 years old, lol, and that got me questioning how much actual lash experience these gals actually had and were they worth the high dollar price the salon was charging?? And secondly, out of the 4 employees I observed doing the fills, every single one looked like they'd just rolled out of bed, even is it was 12:30 pm on a Saturday. I chose to quietly leave after sitting there for 25 minutes waiting to be seen by the gal assigned to me. So to the staff and salon owner, for the high prices of your full sets and fills as an outsider looking in, remind your staff that in this industry, personal hygiene and appearance really do make, or in this case, break, the first impression of the business. I love this place. They saved my real lashes by properly applying the lash extensions. Apparently, the place I used to go to had a hard time with that. Candee Lash uses properly trained technicians. They were friendly and helpful with working around my schedule. Most importantly my eye lashes look AMAZING!!! I have found my place for lashes. No need to look anywhere else. read more

Where do I start! The day before my wedding my husbands tux rental was messed up while we were trying to get that sorted, I completely spaced my appointment. Mistee was so kind about the whole thing! When I explained why I was going to be extremely late, she arranged several different times. Brandi ended up doing my lashes. She did an AMAZING job! My lashes looked so full and perfect! She was also so fun to talk to and made the whole experience extremely enjoyable! I would definitely recommend getting your lashes done here. I went here for over a year when I lived in Utah but I moved. I came back to visit family and scheduled a fill here. When I got there the lash artist told me I didn't have enough lashes left for a fill and I had to pay for a full set. When I used to come here that never happened to me no matter how bad my lashes looked, but I always saw particular lash artists and came every week almost! I chose an artist, Candace Holman that I have never used before because she was the only one with Availability... and she had a problem with just taking my money and giving me the fill. I will NEVER go here again when visiting. I was a loyal customer but F you. Oh and I even told her I have $100 ( a fill is $65) if she can just do a partial fill to make it look decent until I can get to my regular lash lady where I live! But she refused to work with me. I was willing to not get all my lashes filled in but she told me I could only do the classic partial full set and refused to make the fans . Just dumb. You could have made $100 but want to be a stuck up b**** and only got a $15 removal with no tip. read more

Worst Experience that I have ever had! I had a reaction to whatever products they use and woke up the next day with my eyes swollen almost shut and completely red. Had to get the lashes removed. They were not kind, compassionate, or even gentle. Just acted like I was a huge inconvenience. The adhesive remover stung and they also tweezed a bunch of eyelashes out. No cool compress, numbing cream or anything to help soothe my puffy red eyes just a charge afterward! I will never go back and don't recommend it. read more
