I've been going to Jenny for years! She is amazing and always makes my lashes look luscious and natural! I've never had a problem. Attention to cleanliness, meticulous in her work and she is so fun to talk to! I always feel relaxed and well taken care of. read more

do not go here and do NOT book with Uyen. she was eating some sort of hard candy when doing my eyelashes and that's all I could here. it had only been 3 weeks since my last fill and she said i cant wait that long in between apoitment which the website says 2-4 weeks?? and she said she should've charged me more. She said she didn't have time for my full fill??? Which was supposed to be an hour and a half but she took 45 MINUTES!! do not have your schedule open if you don't have time for your clients! I've never had such a rude person. Go to Murray I've never had any issues there. read more

Did not get what I wanted. Language barrier. They started falling out in less than a week. Then they wanted to charge me to to fix there mistakes. Don't go here read more

I have had the best experiences with Yen! She's absolutely amazing and does my eyelashes exactly how I want them. Always has a great attitude! My lashes always last for at least three weeks. I have been seeing her for about a year and she has never disappointed me. Highly recommend Yen!!!! Thank you so much for the beautiful lashes!!!! read more

They're not worth it. I paid the $149.00 mega volume lash set. They only lasted a week. The lady was rude and left my eyelashes uneven. Saying I barely had any hair on my right eye. Unless you wanna spend 150 bucks for gapped eyelashes I recommend this place. read more

DO NOT GO!!! I just moved here a few months ago and I wanted to find a good place to get my eyebrows done. Unfortunately my experience was horrible I left there, with my eyebrows looking lopsided and uneven, my eyebrows are my favorite thing about me but after I left, I felt super unconfident. The lady barely spent time on me and didn't even do any touch up. I had to go to Ulta and get a correction done. It is not worth your time or your money. read more

I got my lashes done five days ago. When I got home I noticed that right eye was Fuller then my left eye. I went back and they fixed it after a lot of complaining. Now 5 days later my lashes have falling off in clumps. I went in and asked for a refund. They refused. This was the biggest rip off. DO NOT get your lashes done here. read more

I saw Tasha cook and she was the sweetest most understanding lash tech I have ever seen. she did my lashes extremely fast without burning and no clumps or glue stuck anywhere! and I've had them on for a few weeks now and I've probably lost like 4 lashes total.. shes just really good at what she does! read more

Star Lash is THE PLACE to go if you want beautiful eyelash extensions! Jenny is absolutely phenomenal! Her work is flawless! She is extremely gentle; I can barely feel her touching my lashes as she works. She is fun to talk to and is very sweet! She is so experienced that she is not only meticulously precise and amazing at what she does, she is also fast! This is important to me because I only have an hour to get a fill. I always leave feeling satisfied, confident, gorgeous, and pampered. The Murray location is clean, bright, quiet, and peaceful. The Southtown location is also clean, but has a busier, fun, bustling vibe. Jenny works at both locations which I love because I can go to either based on my mood. If I want to shop, eat, and walk around afterward, I go to Southtown. If I want to relax more and have a bit more privacy with less people around, I go to Murray. Star Lash also offers other services like eyebrow/facial waxing, eyebrow coloring etc. If you are researching where to get THE BEST all around pexperience, go to Star Lash and you won't be disappointed!!! read more

My friend/coworker gets her lashes done at Star and they always look beautiful!!! I finally asked her where she gets them done and decided to make a last minute appointment today. The staff were great at letting me know which locations would be able to accommodate my request. I went to the West Jordan location and WOW! I'm not shocked because of my friends lashes... I'm just so happy! It's been awhile since I've had extensions due to COVID and Star Lash did not disappoint. My lashes are perfect! Thank you!! read more

Had a super terrible reaction to their glue. I literally have burned eyes, and they hurt. I have extensions many times before and never had this happen. read more

I really enjoy here. It's easy access from parking near Macy's and where their salon is inside the mall. If you get cold laying there, ask for a blanket they are super professional. If you are unsure how you want your lashes to look take the time at the front desk asking all the Styles. I like C curl hybrid style with cat eye finish. Worth it! Also they seem to last a lot longer than other places. read more

I won't even give this place one star the lady is rude and don't know what she doing my daughter went to her to get her eye brows done for her birthday and two days later they was all falling out on one of her eyes, then when my daughter asked for a refund the lady went to police station and lied to police and said she is harassing her. My daughter paid 140 dollars to get this done and did the worst job ever please don't waste ur money read more

I've given this place 3 tries. The first time I left the appointment with lashes falling off not even 15 min after leaving simply from me blinking. This time I left and I'm wondering why my eyes are bugging me so much and if I'm having an allergic reaction since I've never gotten one before in all the years I've gotten lashes done. I look in the mirror and the lashes are done right on my eyelid line with some eyelashes being pushed down. So my eyelashes are poking my eyes and making them red & irritated. I've had them for a couple days and I already want them removed but I got them done for a wedding. My lash lady was super nice so definitely some stars for customer service but gosh I'm done coming here I'm disappointed every time. read more

Hi All. I want you to know that I went to Keisha for a couple of years and when she was unavailable I went to another place then another place and another place. Every time I told my partner that I wish I went back to Keisha. I've had my lashes done in the last year in Santa Monica, London and Salt Lake City and THERE IS NO ONE THAT IS BETTER THAN KEISHA. I hope this doesn't hurt my timing for getting into see her but honestly, I left there today and I haven't been as happy with my lashes in 6 months. SHE IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST. I would also like to say that Nicky, the manager, is fabulous and super helpful and from here on out if Keisha isn't available I would always go to Nicky. They clean and prepare my lashes better than anyone I have ever been to and each time I see Keisha I look in the mirror and say they are perfect. I like a natural look and while away I have gotten super thick lashes or uneven lashes that don't last long. My lashes are perfect today and I will never go to anyone else and when I did, I wish I didn't. I HIGHLY recommend Star Lash Studio in Murray. BTW I've been getting my lashes done for 15 years and have never received so many compliments. read more

It has taken me such a long time, sitting thru Insta lash artists. Finally my cousin referred me to Star lashes... I was skeptical cuz the prices are so low, but they do amazing work. First time in, Anna did my lashes by the 4th week I still had a lot of lashes. Nicki did my full volume fill for a bit over $60 shes funny and did an awesome job. This is definitely my go to place, now. *Murray Location read more

I kept going to the star lash studio in sandy, and it was pretty good.. then I went to the Murray location and I will say I will no longer be going back to either locations. Kind of strange but they have two different websites which I've seen and the company has different names. I normally need a fill every 3 ish weeks. The last THREE times my lashes haven't been lasting, and this last time I have made the decision to stop going back!. I'm not paying $70+ for a fill when my lashes don't last long anymore. They only looked good for a week (and one eye wasn't as curly as the other, it's a hit and miss.), and even then they weren't being applied correctly. My lashes kept flipping or stabbing my inner corner eye. I thought about reaching out, but figured it wouldn't go anywhere so, take this review and go somewhere else. Unless you want your lashes to look ok for a week. ‍ read more

I called Saturday before they open and asked if they had any opening early that morning. Unfortunately the earliest was 1:15 pm and I said I would call back. Granted I was asking for a full set of lashes. Not even 5 mins later , they called back and said Jenny would take care of me at 10 ! First time ever getting my lashes done. She is amazing and so gentle. Definitely recommend !! I will be back for my refill. read more

I get compliments on my lashes all the time. Naomi is great! She is quick and they always last longer than 3 weeks.

Use to be a regular here until I was removing my eyelashes to get a full set put on and started to realize the 140$ I've been paying for the volume lashes has actually just been for NORMAL lashes!!! I feel played and extremely unhappy. Make sure when you go here they are actually putting volume lashes on especially if you're paying extra for them!!! read more

The technicians here do such a poor job. They are always eating food over your face or chomping gum or on their phone. They can't concentrate on such an intricate process while all of that is going on. I have left with large glue clumps and way too manylashes for one las to handle. Their customer service is atrocious and when you try to tell them that there is an issue, they make you feel crazy like that's the way it's supposed to be. In my opinion, they are not well trained. They want to get as many clients in and out as fast as possible with little to no attention to the value of their work. I had such a bad experience. The last time I went, I got an eye infection and I will never go back!! read more

Jenny is the best lash artist I've been to here in Utah. Does them full and amazing. I get tons of compliments

I've been here twice now with Tiffany and I love the results! For my first appointment, I called them on a sunday afternoon to see if they take walk ins because my old lashes started looking wonky. They were able to squeeze me in an hour later which was awesome! Tiffany looked at my lashes and did what she thought would be best for them, she ended up putting really thin lashes on me because my natural ones were so tiny and it looked awesome! Everyone here is really friendly and I will definitely be coming back every month for my fills! read more

Star Lash Studio and Spa - Love my lashes!! - Eyelash Service Near Me - Sandy, Utah

Wanted to love them, but I couldn't. It took the woman over 3 hours to do a full set on me which fell out in less than two weeks. She told me because I use liquid eyeliner, that's why they all fell out, but every time I got them done before coming here, my lashes stayed on 4+ weeks. And I used the same liquid liner. She charged me $79 for a fill which is outrageous, and I asked for 15mm lashes and they were DEFINITELY not 15mms. Save your money and time. read more

I've been coming here for 3 years and go to Naomi or Jay who do amazing lashes. Today Naomi was sick and Destiny the receptionist told me that Amber does mega volume lashes like Naomi and Jay do. Well she lied my lashes look horrible like classic lashes and so took all my volume off. Destiny refused to get somebody to fix my lashes and refused to give my money back. This is the worst customer service I've ever had with star Lash Studio. Not to mention I've referred 50 people here in the 3 years I've been coming here. I won't be referring anybody here anymore! read more

Love this place so much! Get your lashes done by Jenny because she does a fantastic job every time I get a fill!

New to the area and wanted to try out the "lash extension" fad. Came to this establishment and definitely got my money's worth! I've been here twice and other places (due to traveling) and I can say this place takes the cake. Other places have you in and out in 20 min, these ladies take their time and it shows! Prepare to sit for an hour-hour and a half but also prepare to have your expectations exceeded. They are meticulous with their work. First time I came here I had Nooni and second time Kayla worked on me. Only going to have these ladies touch my lashes from on. read more

Moving from California was hard for me especially leaving my lash lady! Lol but I could say that I found my new lash lady in Utah! (forgive me if i don't say her name right) but Kristen/Kiersten/Kristine or however you say her name is so nice and professional! I always leave the studio feeling like a new person, she does the job really good, she doesn't rush and she make sure all the lashes are on the right place and they feel so light! My lashes lasts for almost more than 3 weeks! I really recommend this place! Very nice and professional workers too! :-) will always come back! *southtown location read more

Very unprofessional- my lashes came off 4 days later and was promised a refill then the owner changed his mind and said he doesn't remember anything and he is only giving me 20$ off. I would not have gone back there to get a fill because he kind of glue that they use is super strong and ruined my natural lashes - I recommend amazing lash - they are professional and use good quality lashes and glue.save yourself 100$ and do not go read more

I decided to go in and get my eyelash's tinted because I was done with having such blonde eyelashes. Went in after work and they got me right in. The guy didn't really know the prices on what services they have. She got me in and started to do the process. It felt like it took forever... she got done and cleaned them off. She handed me a mirror and said, "sorry about the lighting it's not very bright in here," then proceeded to move the bright light away so I couldn't see my eyelashes. They look good when it was dark. I walked outside and you could barely see them. She didn't get the edges she only got the middle and you can barely see that. I will not be going again, not worth the time or the money. read more

Lucy and Jenny are so great! Lucy always does an amazing job and I always get the best customer service when I go there! I am never disappointed and my lashes usually last me about 3 weeks. I'm always getting compliments and everyone thinks they're natural! I came to get my eyelashes done on Friday 11/12 with Yuka(o) can't remember her name exactly. (South Towne Mall) It was my first time with her and I will never go back to her again nor will I ever go to this business ever again! My right eye started hurting shortly after I got the lashes done the same day (Friday) it bugged me all day Saturday (11/13)and I just thought maybe the some lashes got glued together but then my eye started swelling Saturday night. By the time I woke up Sunday (11/14)morning my eye was full blown red, puffy and irritated. I woke up in the middle of the night because it was bothering me so much but the right eye was worse than the left eye. I was finally able to see a doctor on Tuesday (11/16) to see what the issue was and right away the Dr. said that my eye was definitely infected and it was worrisome because the bacteria had spread to the back of my eyelid causing the swelling of my eye. He said that it could've been caused by using new product or dirty tools which is what I was thinking was the case (i'm also a licensed esthetician and know the proper care of eyelashes and cleaning of tools and if not done properly can cause eye infections etc)I called Starlash studio on Tuesday and let them know what happened and was told that management would call me and give me a refund it is now Sunday 11/21 and have yet to hear something from management. i called on Thursday no one answered and left a message and nothing not a peep from management. I would highly suggest to find another lash place to go to I've had my fair share of run ins with this place and they were usually quick to fix but they are no where to be found when I let them know what happened this time. I no longer trust this place and their cleanliness and sanitation is very questionable to me at this point considering I got an eye infection caused by the lashes and am highly disappointed the way management handled this situation! DO NOT COME HERE EVERRRRRR if you care about cleanliness and proper eye care for yourself. I would give ZERO if it was an option horrible service and management!! read more

i normally go to star lash studio everytime for my lashes. i haven't been to the murray location in a year or two and i gave it a chance. it sucked. she didn't take out my over grown, there's MULTIPLE lashes glued together, i had a couple lashes that were glued to my top AND bottom. like i said i love going here but don't go to the murray location it's never a good job read more
