I really enjoy here. It's easy access from parking near Macy's and where their salon is inside the mall. If you get cold laying there, ask for a blanket they are super professional. Hi All. I want you to know that I went to Keisha for a couple of years and when she was unavailable I went to another place then another place and another place. Every time I told my partner that I wish I went back to Keisha. I've had my lashes done in the last year in Santa Monica, London and Salt Lake City and THERE IS NO ONE THAT IS BETTER THAN KEISHA. I hope this doesn't hurt my timing for getting into see her but honestly, I left there today and I haven't been as happy with my lashes in 6 months. SHE IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST. I would also like to say that Nicky, the manager, is fabulous and super helpful and from here on out if Keisha isn't available I would always go to Nicky. They clean and prepare my lashes better than anyone I have ever been to and each time I see Keisha I look in the mirror and say they are perfect. I've given this place 3 tries. The first time I left the appointment with lashes falling off not even 15 min after leaving simply from me blinking. This time I left and I'm wondering why my eyes are bugging me so much and if I'm having an allergic reaction since I've never gotten one before in all the years I've gotten lashes done. I look in the mirror and the lashes are done right on my eyelid line with some eyelashes being pushed down. So my eyelashes are poking my eyes and making them red & irritated. I kept going to the star lash studio in sandy, and it was pretty good.. then I went to the Murray location and I will say I will no longer be going back to either locations. Kind of strange but they have two different websites which I've seen and the company has different names. I normally need a fill every 3 ish weeks. The last THREE times my lashes haven't been lasting, and this last time I have made the decision to stop going back!. I'm not paying $70+ for a fill when my lashes don't last long anymore. They only looked good for a week (and one eye wasn't as curly as the other, it's a hit and miss.), and even then they weren't being applied correctly. My lashes kept flipping or stabbing my inner corner eye. I thought about reaching out, but figured it wouldn't go anywhere so, take this review and go somewhere else. The technicians here do such a poor job. They are always eating food over your face or chomping gum or on their phone. They can't concentrate on such an intricate process while all of that is going on. I have left with large glue clumps and way too manylashes for one las to handle. Their customer service is atrocious and when you try to tell them that there is an issue, they make you feel crazy like that's the way it's supposed to be. In my opinion, they are not well trained. They want to get as many clients in and out as fast as possible with little to no attention to the value of their work. I had such a bad experience. Wanted to love them, but I couldn't. It took the woman over 3 hours to do a full set on me which fell out in less than two weeks. She told me because I use liquid eyeliner, that's why they all fell out, but every time I got them done before coming here, my lashes stayed on 4+ weeks. And I used the same liquid liner. She charged me $79 for a fill which is outrageous, and I asked for 15mm lashes and they were DEFINITELY not 15mms. Save your money and time. read more

I've been here twice now with Tiffany and I love the results! For my first appointment, I called them on a sunday afternoon to see if they take walk ins because my old lashes started looking wonky. They were able to squeeze me in an hour later which was awesome! Tiffany looked at my lashes and did what she thought would be best for them, she ended up putting really thin lashes on me because my natural ones were so tiny and it looked awesome! I decided to go in and get my eyelash's tinted because I was done with having such blonde eyelashes. Went in after work and they got me right in. The guy didn't really know the prices on what services they have. She got me in and started to do the process. It felt like it took forever... she got done and cleaned them off. She handed me a mirror and said, "sorry about the lighting it's not very bright in here," then proceeded to move the bright light away so I couldn't see my eyelashes. They look good when it was dark. I walked outside and you could barely see them. She didn't get the edges she only got the middle and you can barely see that. I will not be going again, not worth the time or the money. read more

I came to get my eyelashes done on Friday 11/12 with Yuka(o) can't remember her name exactly. (South Towne Mall) It was my first time with her and I will never go back to her again nor will I ever go to this business ever again! My right eye started hurting shortly after I got the lashes done the same day (Friday) it bugged me all day Saturday (11/13)and I just thought maybe the some lashes got glued together but then my eye started swelling Saturday night. By the time I woke up Sunday (11/14)morning my eye was full blown red, puffy and irritated. I woke up in the middle of the night because it was bothering me so much but the right eye was worse than the left eye. I was finally able to see a doctor on Tuesday (11/16) to see what the issue was and right away the Dr. said that my eye was definitely infected and it was worrisome because the bacteria had spread to the back of my eyelid causing the swelling of my eye. He said that it could've been caused by using new product or dirty tools which is what I was thinking was the case (i'm also a licensed esthetician and know the proper care of eyelashes and cleaning of tools and if not done properly can cause eye infections etc)I called Starlash studio on Tuesday and let them know what happened and was told that management would call me and give me a refund it is now Sunday 11/21 and have yet to hear something from management. i called on Thursday no one answered and left a message and nothing not a peep from management. I would highly suggest to find another lash place to go to I've had my fair share of run ins with this place and they were usually quick to fix but they are no where to be found when I let them know what happened this time. I no longer trust this place and their cleanliness and sanitation is very questionable to me at this point considering I got an eye infection caused by the lashes and am highly disappointed the way management handled this situation!
