HORRIBLE horrible horrible experience!! I do not recommend this place to anyone. I wouldn't even give it 1 star if that were an option.They do not practice proper safety measures at all! The stylist poked my eyeball several times throughout service. I honestly was beyond worried about the safety of my eyes with how often it was occurring throughout appt. She also pinched and pulled my lower eyelid skin from getting to close to lash line when attempting to apply lashes. And she didn't even bother to apologize for any of this. She simply moved to the next lash repeating her mistakes. On top of not being safe, they are not sanitary! Stylist touched trash can when she was throwing used supplies away throughout service and failed to wash her hands afterward prior to returning to my eye nor did she sanitize hands at all throughout service. She left multiple times during my appt outside of the lash room and returned without taking the proper steps to be sanitary. She also failed to do all of the steps that a crucial to follow if you want lashes to last longer than a couple days. She failed to seal my lashes at end of service. In result the majority of my lashes have all fell out. It has only been a couple days since appt which is like throwing $70 down the drain since they didn't even last a full week. Also their website says 3 different options cost wise as far as volume lashes. The stylist didn't even give me the option of choosing between the different price ranges, instead she just charged me for the most expensive price without even doing much volume, if any at all. I have yet to see volume on any of the lashes that have been falling out and that's been quite a bit that have feel out so I truly wonder if I even recieved volume at all. I most likely didn't now that I have read multiple other reviews indicating the same issue occurring with them as well. Plus the stylist solely spent about 30 mins actually doing my lashes so I highly doubt I received what they charged me for. I was un happy with my lashes immediately after service but the stylist didn't seem to care either way. And the thing that blows my mind even more so .... I asked for a copy of the sheet they had me sign and they immediately fully refused for me to have a copy. I asked if they would be okay just giving me a blank one since they were not willing to give me a copy of signed form. They also refused even this!!!! Why is it that I cannot have a copy of a document that they had me sign??????? This honestly doesn't make any sense to me in any way,, it seems illegal to me. read more

My daughter and I have been clients of Lucy for the past year. We absolutely love the work that she does. She is professional, talented, and knowledgeable regarding all aspects of lash extension application. Lucy stays up to date on all current lash extension techniques and applications by attending lectures, seminars and conferences. This is evident by the brilliant, artful work that she achieves. Taking me on as a client has been quite a challenge as I have thin, sparse lashes. Lucy takes special care to locate and isolate each natural lash, affixing just the appropriate extension (length/thickness) to consistently create long, thick, natural looking lashes. Due to her experience and professional application, I have minimal lash loss. Only those lashes that fall out at the end of hair growth cycle. By diligently following her care instructions, I have actually experienced some regrowth of my own natural lashes. Moving from California was hard for me especially leaving my lash lady! Lol but I could say that I found my new lash lady in Utah! (forgive me if i don't say her name right) but Kristen/Kiersten/Kristine or however you say her name is so nice and professional! I always leave the studio feeling like a new person, she does the job really good, she doesn't rush and she make sure all the lashes are on the right place and they feel so light! I have been going to Star Lash for over a year now to see Lucy. She is the greatest. I make the 45 minute drive whenever I need a fill because she always makes my lashes look full, natural, and beautiful! I even have family from California whose first stop is to see Lucy to get their lashes done. My lashes last a long a time. I once tried to find a lash specialist closer to where I live and never made that mistake again! Don't waste your money going here!!! I went in for a fill and the lady refused to do it as a fill saying it was a full set. Even though I had PLENTY of lashes on! I called the manager & he said no that if she says it's a full it's a full. Then the "manager" blocked my phone number & refuses to call me to give me an explanation as to why I was blocked! Dena, Jenny, Lucy and Niki was so great. I love them a lot. I like the way they do my lashes. All of them was really good. I have been doing my lash for 2 years. I always come back for a fills, it last me for 3, 4 to 5 weeks. It's expansive but it's helpful, I don't need to put make up everyday. I always felt beautiful with these lashes. Jenni and Lucy at Starlash are the best. They use Extreme Lashes, which are very natural looking, feminine, and flirty. They don't have that "fake" look and are always beautiful.
