I've been here a few times for pedicures only. I love their set up, you can definitely plan for a girls day and have your group in their own section. Most staff have been pleasant, a few have a stoic look on their face. I have always been a walk in since my schedule varies and have been taken without issue. There are several options for the type of pedicure you'd like to have. They have a booklet for you to choose from while they prepare for your service. I normally get the deluxe pedicure which is just right for me. I do not get gel at all since for some odd reason, gel never stays on me as long as salons have said. This place does have massage chairs while you are getting your pedi. This establishment seems clean. I have seen the same protocol with bags in the bin, tools opened up from a sanitizing bag, etc. that I have seen at other salons. I have had no personal issue to date. No trash laying around any of the areas and while my toes are drying, my nail tech is cleaning the area and waiting to assist with shoes or pedi sandals. Plenty of parking since this is in a shopping center. ADA compliant. read more

The technician buzzed my actual skin with the electric file until I was bleeding, tore up the skin around my toes, and left polish all over my skin. This is completely unacceptable for a professional nail salon, especially for what they charge. I paid for a pedicure, not to leave injured with a sloppy result. If I could give no stars I would. I went for a fill and had "9-Summer" as my nail tech. Everything was fine until acrylic started to go in. I asked for my natural nail underneath to be filed because I started to have the gap between them. She barely spoke English and when I asked it sounded like she understood what I was asking for... but then continued to do the acrylic and not filed. I asked her 2 more times from the first initial request till the end of service. She did a quick file then put acrylic on the bottom side of my nails?! I asked if this was new because in my 1 year of coming here I have never had that done. It looked super thick and even my husband commented. The acrylic was also thick by my cuticles and I asked for her to thin them out. When it was time for color I asked for French tip but because she layered the acrylic so much the nail color (before polish) was 2 toned and would look horrible as French tips. She got up to go get more acrylic to fix it and I told her never mind just do it all one color to cover it up. I was already frustrated at this point. Before I left I asked again if she would file the acrylic she placed under my nails more so it doesn't look so thick. She did so and did a surface cut on my thumb finger pad because she purposely ran the file over my skin for who knows what reason? While filing she left my index finger raw on the side and made it bleed. Not to mention acrylic is stuck under my nail, attached from nail to skin. The next day it was swollen. I do not recommend coming here, management isn't that helpful either. Manager Steve, when my husband talked to him, said his staff is stupid and are idiots and don't know English. I have been coming here for a year for pedicures and manicures but after this experience I am traumatized from how badly it hurt. Their pedicures aren't that great either, they hurt every time and the male nail tech is not great at all, knows no English and tried to massage your legs by hitting them with his fists. I tell him Ow every time due to an ankle injury I had that they also weren't careful with. I leave with polish on my skin I clean up at home after. They are not gentle and do not care about the service they give. I will not be coming back. I went in on a Thursday afternoon for a mani/pedi, and the pedi was great except the couple of times I mentioned I'm quite sensitive to the drills on my nail and it got hot. This is a large, beautiful salon that I had the pleasure of visiting recently. I had both a manicure and a pedicure done by Linda, who was professional and did a nice job. The facility is top notch-ornately decorated with fountains all around and lots and lots of stations. It's the biggest nail spa I've ever seen. They do take appointments online-it's a little clunky. You submit a request for a time and they email you later to confirm. They also do accept walk-ins. With so many nail technicians available, there likely won't be much of a wait. While they do accept credit cards, they prefer cash. If you do pay by card, you will pay your tip via Venmo. The credit card receipt does not have a space to write in a tip amount. Just plan ahead and bring cash-it's easier for everyone. This will be a place I return to in the future if I want a little pampering. read more

The ladies with the long fingernails made my service so relaxing and comfortable. We arrived at 4:30 PM closing time at 5:00 PM on Sunday. She did NOT rush my service. When we arrived the employees made us feel rushed. She said to relax and enjoy the service you're paying for . My son and I request the same service. Such a cool place with such bad service. Went in to get a gel pedicure on a friday afternoon. The place was almost empty yet the service was rushed. The person who did my pedicure didnt speak english so i couldnt tell them what i want or ask questions. Isnt english supposed to be mandatory in this kind of line of work? The lady who worked on me made my toes bleed with her machine, she was rough, rushed, careless. Her coloring was sloppy. I paid extra for the signature pedi, and i got less than 15 second massage and some scrub which i ended up getting an allergic reaction to. Been getting pedi over 20+ years, never got an allergic reaction from the lotions or the scrubs. Whats wrong with this place? I am just so upset. Happy birthday to me. Linda did my dip nails. She was very rough in every aspect. My nails are all uneven. My skin is cut and raw from her filing my skin with a nail file after I asked her to take off the excess dip color on my fingers. I've never been so unhappy with my nails. I've always really liked this salon, I've been coming here since they opened (I go about 2-4 times a year is all). I really like the atmosphere and the techs are all really nice. Great color selection. Pricing is also pretty great. Now for the reason I'm docking stars... 2 of the past 3 visits they've put me in pedi chairs that don't massage! A big factor for me on choice of place is the comfort of the chairs and that bonus massage. Chair comfort will bring me or turn me away from salons (for example, their competitor at The District has terrible chairs). If you have SO many chairs, shouldn't they know which ones work and which don't? And not direct people to the broken ones? There were literally 18 other empty chairs while I was there. Now to be clear, these chairs acted like they'd turn on, but they wouldn't "knead". The flap worked, but didn't move around like they normally do with the knead. And I truly hate the flap, seeing everything jiggle and it doesn't feel good like the kneading massage does. Ugh, worried I'll have to go on the hunt again for a new pedi place and can no longer recommend this place to friends. I mentioned it to the tech and we initially thought she was able to fix it, but that's when I realized it's just the knead that doesn't work. Plus, they've already got the water filled and starting to work on the pedi, so it just seems too inconvenient to ask for a different chair at that point. read more

So I feel like they just tried to show you the high priced items first and take advantage of you not knowing. Sucks a little bit. UPDATE: I came back & this time I got a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was $35 and I think I could've upgraded for gel polish. The $35 gave you a scrub as well. However, I decide to give it five stars and change it when I go back the second time to see if the issues I had with this time would be better next time since they are new. We came in on a Sunday around 1pm, and it wasn't crowded until 2pm. There was a big group in front of us but it only took long because they didn't know what they wanted to do and spent quite a bit of time deciding. That group took so long it caused another customer to leave due to the wait. However, we were helped out really fast after they were done. You sign in on a paper with what type of service you wanted and your phone number. My mom & I decided to try out the dip powder - different than gel! Dip costed $40. I think gel is cheaper. *it is highly recommended to check out their services online before you go, because you'll be rushed to pick so do your research beforehand! They have soooo many choices of polish!!!!!!!!!!! Usually a place will give you one ring of those nail colors on a stick but this place has more than five of those rings with different colors! I was so happy they had a really nice range of colors, especially with pinks and nudes. I got myself SNS 56 which is a light pink with sparkles and my mom got something that was along the lines of nude. We were seated right away and they offered soft drinks, juices, coffee, and water! The entire process didn't feel long which is good because I want to have my nails done fast! The only thing I am iffy was with the smoothness on one of my nail. It has a bump and I'm not sure if it was just overlooked but my mom also has a bump on her nail as well. But overall, they were shaped nicely and looks nice! The dip powder makes my nails feel very sturdy and a lot better than gel! It also lasts longer than gel so I'm definitely getting dip here again! However, if it doesn't last for at least two weeks, then I'll update my review. This place is very well decorated and all of their equipment looks very nice and comfy! Their chair was really comfy to sit in and the air didn't smell like a typical nail salon! There was no overwhelming smell at all! For a place with such beautiful decor, they weren't overpriced. I paid about the same for some place in sugar house (called top coat or something like that) and what I got at top coat was around the same price but for gel! Well, I made my appointment like they want you to but as soon as I walk in the person that was to do my nails felt sick . So, they gave me to someone that clearly doesn't know how to do the powder. They should clearly train them how to apply the different ways of getting your nails done. My so called dip A.K.A. This is the nicest nail salon I've ever been to before. I love how the pedicure chairs are in groups of 6 so that you can have a conversation with just your group. They have lots of nail polish options to choose from and have fake nails for you to try the polish out first. The staff are friendly and I had the best pedicure ever. Very disappointing visit to Anthony Vince Nail Spa in Riverton, UT. Three of us had 3:00 appointments for a full manicure/pedicure so our nails would look nice for a wedding reception that night. One of us got in right away, one of us got in at 3:25, and one of us received no services at all, due to running out of time. The one who got in at 3:25 had to settle for a nail polish color change out only, because there was not enough time for the full service. Sadly, the person who needed the services the most got up out of the chair and left after 45 minutes of waiting for a technician. What was really frustrating is that four people signed in after we did and were taken ahead of us. My technician, Jennifer, did an excellent job, and kept apologizing for the delay in my service and for our third person being left sitting and totally disregarded, but it was not her fault. Yen seemed annoyed that Tiffany made a mistake. When we walked in we had two pedicures and 1 manicure. Tiffany asked if my mom was getting the manicure and we said no. She walked away and didn't let me finish speaking. They set up 3 pedicure spots. And I told her it was only 2 and 1 manicure for my sister. I sat across my mom getting ready to dip my feet in the water . Then they had two other pedicures to do and they moved me, and Yen looked annoyed. There was no communication between the client and nail technician. After they asked if we wanted a manicure. I said no, and Yen laughed at me. Yen just overall seemed annoyed at doing the service. I am extremely disappointed with my latest set. The quality of these nails is absolutely terrible. The chrome application was messy and the sides of my nails were missed so I was left with black polish exposed.
