This nail salon gets especially busy on the weekends. Walking in can feel a little overwhelming with the number of people waiting and so many nail techs working, but don't let that scare you away. Thanks to their large staff the wait moves surprisingly fast, so the turnaround time is much quicker than it looks. If you don't like the buzz and noise of a lot of people this might not be a great place, but you don't notice when it's your turn. My nail tech did a great job cleaning up my cuticles, scraping callous, and filing to shape. My favorite part is always the massage and she did it for a good amount of time which I appreciated. Their pedicure menu is priced at $30, $50, and $70 depending on the service. However gel nail is additional $15. So my middle tier pedicure was $65. The tech didn't ask if I wanted regular or gel so that was the only downside, so I ended up paying the $65 instead of $50. I just chose a color from the color palette they handed me. A minor nice touch is that they have complimentary soda and slushie. read more

Watch out for hidden fees: this business will milk you. Do not rely on the prices listed on their website. I brought my preteen in to get a new set of acrylic nails, which was explicitly listed online for $35. She wanted simple polka dots, nothing crazy, but by the time we checked out, the price had skyrocketed to $65. To make matters worse, they actually charge extra for filing and shaping, which should absolutely be part of the standard process of getting acrylics. They will find any excuse to tack on hidden charges. Super dishonest pricing, and we won't be coming back. read more

Love the service. Always feel welcome. However, the salon has slowly gotten more dirty as it has been open. The floors need a good scrubbing and the waxing room is packed with unorganized supplies- not suitable for clientele in my opinion. I have been here twice now for a pedicure with a friend. Both times I told them I wanted the basic package $35. But somehow I notice that a little bit more is done during the pedicure (without asking if I wanted it) and then I am charged $50 (the next package up). Got a pedicure here less than 48 hours ago. Within hours both of my great toes became infected and are now oozing pus. I've never had this happen at another salon. The gel pedicure is also awful, she painted over my cuticles on a few toes. read more

Tiffany is so sweet, kind and really understands what I wanted when it comes to my natural nails :) so far she's still slaying on my nails. Tom is my pedicurist and I couldn't be happier!! The only reason we docked a star is because of the language barrier. The first time I went I asked for a full set the girl was such in a a rush my nails ended up all types of lengths and not even the length I asked. The second time I went for a full set, mind you different person. She was so worried about what was going on around her she wasn't focused. I made my way in on a Saturday morning, with no appointment, for a pedicure and found half of Herriman here. Even though there were tons of people, I was greeted immediately and was taken back to start my service right away. The lady who did my nails was kind, but not talkative. That was perfect because I was not in the mood for chatter; I just wanted to relax. The massage chair coupled with the leg and food massage was just what I needed to zen out and enjoy my morning. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed. The business had about 20 spots for pedicures and 10 or so for nails. We were sat in the waiting area, but only waited for a couple minutes to be sat. They ruined my natural nails. I went there to have them remove the gel nails that they painted 2 weeks ago, thinking leaving it to the professionals was best. The tech aggressively used the Dremel tool on my natural nails. She chipped one nail a third of the way down so it's ragged and will rip off. There are deep ridges on all my nails from the Dremel. Nice salon, I made an appointment for 6:15 (they close at 7) got there and they were slammed! I was still in the chair within like 5-10 minutes which was great. The place was really clean, and looked great. Massage chairs were nice. A few issues, they filled the pedicure bin before brining me to the chair, which meant I didn't get a say in the temp and so it was quite hot at first. The pedicure felt half assed in all honestly. The polish turned out great but they barely used the scrub or the pumice. The heels of my feet don't even look like they were touched! And I didn't come in with really rough feet lol. The massage was also pitiful. The polish itself was good, and I would come back again and give it a shot and see if it's different. Went here on a weekday, because I though it would be less busy. Nope. I got a pedicure and full set. A gentleman did my pedicure and it was amaaaazzziiinnngg... feet are so super soft, nails are cute. My nails were done by a lady (I didn't get her name) I really wanted to like my nails, I'm really trying. I think it was rushed which ended up affecting the quality. My cuticles were burned a few times with the drill she used. I got the same gel color on toes and nails. The gel on my toes are smooth and uniform. Fingers, not so much. There are bubbles and overlap and spots with no gel. It just looks tacky to me. I definitely think it could've been better if not so rushed. It was busy, there definitely were a lot of customers, I feel like they were just trying to finish my nails to get started on someone else. **ETA so I'm quite shocked, the owner actually called me and apologized for the quality of my nails, this has never happened before, my lady was new. She asked me to come in so they can fix it. I'm out of town now, but will definitely come back. I'm actually very excited to give this place another go. read more

I was excited to get cute Christmas toes with my 8 year old daughter. They kept asking me if I wanted gel toes. I said nicely I don't like gel because I don't like the way the drill feels on my feet when I have to get it removed. I showed them a lot Christmas toe nail pictures that I would be OK with them doing truly letting them pick some thing that they could do with polish they kept telling me that they could not do any art on polish .....which we all know it's not true, I just had a really cute Halloween toes from another salon without having gel. I felt like they were annoyed that I would not get gel so we picked candycane stripes which I was actually totally fine with but look how they turned out in this photo!! We called the day before to reserve our 4 pedicure spots. When we showed up, there weren't any pedicures being given, so we could have gone without the reservation. But, it was nice to know they were expecting us because it seemed like they had already picked out who was going to help us. We got settled into the comfy pedi chairs and were offered drinks (water and apple juice is what I remember). The soaking water was the perfect temperature; they made my 5-year-old's water a little less warm which we super appreciated. Each of us got the perfect employee for us: my teenage daughter got an employee who was fun to chat with and my 5-year-old got an employee who was bubbly, fun, and went easy on the leg massage. The employees did try to push the gel polish upgrade on us pretty heavily, but only 2 of us ended up getting the gel. All of our pedis came out really well done. The 5-year-old's pedi was half of what mine cost and we both got traditional polish. I don't have much experience with nail salons, but my mother, who was in town and wanted to treat us girls to a pedi, does and said she was impressed with the service and the pedi quality and thought the prices were fair. read more

I love Q Nails! When I moved here I started going to Anthem nails but they literally tore my pinky nail off with an acrylic nail removal and it bled everywhere and was sore for days. When I gave them another chance, my sister came with me and got a toe infection from their pedicure. She didn't even get a polish, just the pedicure. Anyhow, I needed a solution and Q Nails has definitely delivered. I've been twice now and both times they treated me like a new client--super friendly, no wait, complimentary beverages, conversational, treated my nails so gently and never criticized my choices or tried to talk me out of or into anything different. I also noticed that they really know their clients on a personal basis, asking about relatives and such, addressing them by name, making everyone feel so special! I get acrylics with gel polish and have been filling them for the last several months. Katie, my tech does a great job, fills in all the spaces, smooths out all the surfaces and edges, and does a great amount of coating so nothing shines through in the light. She's so pleasant as well! I purchased the $50 pedi for both of us, and I was very disappointed. The person that did mine seemed uncomfortable and the polish on my toes was sloppy. However, my son's girlfriend enjoyed hers. They don't speak a lot of English but there was a lady there who helped translate anything the nail tech was confused about. She was very kind and did a great job on my nails. They weren't streaky, lumpy, or uneven. I had a pretty simple design just black and one sparkly nail but either way she did amazing. I wish I could remember her name but I went a while ago and can't remember. My friends nails and her mom's nails also turned out great and we were all super happy with them!
