Vanessa and her staff were lovely. I got a pedicure and asked for nails with designs, I brought in a picture and got just what I asked for. The conversation was really nice, Vanessa was easy to talk to and I appreciated the attention she gave me as her customer. Customer service here is honestly above and beyond other salons I've visited where staff are rude or dismissive. She and the woman who did my pedicure didn't rush at all and even though they closed at 7:30 she stayed late to make sure she didn't rush through. This is a great nail salon-they transformed my sad feet into beach-ready in no time. And helped me relax for a little while too! I love the smell of this place-it's much more spa-like with eucalyptus instead of acetone scents like some nail salons will have. Even without an appointment, my friend and I were able to get in quickly and have side by side pedicures done. We had a little fun and picked colors for each other, a daring choice, but we were both happy with what was selected. Over priced and ruined my nails. They sneak a lot of random costs without communicating them appropriately during the service. Even though I was asking about cost of things throughout the service. I was still surprised at the end because they snuck random costs in. I rolled my eyes at the price and went on my way. But now that I've removed the shellac I've realized they completely ruined my nails. During the service they did a lot a questionable things and buffered so much that I caused pain. My nails are no so thin that they are sore to the touch. I've never experienced anything like this! Yikes. read more

Service was amazing and thorough from start to finish. They asked me to check in and pick out a color, when I got to my pedicure chair they gave me the menu to specifically pick out what services I'd like. I got the $65 pedicure which included thick butter cream, a couple different kinds of scrubs, a steam machine on my calves, which was amazing, and a 10 minute massage! I opted out on polish because it's winter time. So I cannot review that. However, the staff were very friendly and professional and because it was my first time there they sent me home with a gift box of scrubs and lotion. I'm in Utah visiting from CA. Everyone here is really nice and welcoming. I took my niece (6) to get a mani/pedi and they did a good job with her nails! Her mom got a pedi and dip on her natural nails and they looked great! I got a pedi and full set dip. I asked for square/oval shape. The pedi was good but the dip was eh... first I'll say the guy doing them was very friendly but not everyone can do dip. My nails were crooked and at one point he accidentally chipped the 3 layers of dip he did. I mentioned they were crooked and the woman that did my friends nails said she'd fix them. She did fix them but the nails on my right hand are noticeably shorter and a different shape than my left hand. I probably wouldn't go again, but my friend and niece loved it so I gave it 4 stars. read more

Vanessa is the rudest owner. She has no people skills. I took my daughter here for a day date after my daughter had been bullied all day. It was awful because the owners lack of kindness. I've been coming here the last few months to give Vanessa the benefit of the doubt. I thought maybe she just had a bad day but it's just the way she is to others. The energy is hostile in this salon. She also treats her employees poorly. Every time I'm there she's micromanaging and being petty to them. I don't support that. Kindness should always be the first thing anyone gives anyone. I will never come here again. However, the kind young girl that did my daughters pedicure was lovely. Jaritza. She was so sweet and kind. I won't be coming here again due to the owner. I'm so disappointed and angered at this location. In the past they've done an amazing job. Now, I understand that the references I show won't be exact and I'm not expecting them to be. I went with my mom to this location and she finished before me. The lady who did my design was rushing because my mom was waiting and did such a sloppy job. They have a "7-day guarantee policy" and didn't keep their word. Even if the gel wasn't ruined the quality of it was terrible. I paid $60 for it to look like this. It's like they didn't even try. Also, when I texted them as you can see, they said I WAS the one being "mean" and refused to redo my nails after I asked them. If they can't take criticism then why on earth did you go into this job ?!? If you have any kind of design on the nails you desire DO NOT GO HERE.
