There are several options for the type of pedicure you'd like to have. They have a booklet for you to choose from while they prepare for your service. I normally get the deluxe pedicure which is just right for me. I do not get gel at all since for some odd reason, gel never stays on me as long as salons have said. This place does have massage chairs while you are getting your pedi. This establishment seems clean. I have seen the same protocol with bags in the bin, tools opened up from a sanitizing bag, etc. that I have seen at other salons. I have had no personal issue to date. No trash laying around any of the areas and while my toes are drying, my nail tech is cleaning the area and waiting to assist with shoes or pedi sandals. I booked a highlight service with Pamela that resulted in visible blotching and root bleed marks, which I discovered after blow-drying and styling at home. When I returned for a correction, the original issues weren't resolved and more flaws were introduced. A second salon later documented root blotching across the sides and back of my head, midshaft banding, and patchy, unsaturated sections causing a striped appearance. Despite giving Pamela the opportunity to correct the work, the results worsened, and she refused to offer a refund. I had to pay $185+ for emergency corrective color. This was not just dissatisfaction, it was objectively poor work that had to be repaired by another licensed professional. Please do your research before booking.

Now that being said: This place is amazing!! The staff is so warm and welcoming! They sat me down and chatted about what my needs were, and what I wanted to accomplish. The space is so clean which made me feel a lot better about having medical spa treatments done. I was getting some facial work done and they did a face scan, sort of a before picture, if you will. They examine the pore size, sun damage, fine lines and wrinkles on your face. You can see if it you want, it is kind of gross. Then they do a comparison of your skin compared with others of a similar age. I was pleasantly surprised at how my skin fared among my age group. After the scan we decided on the treatments I wanted performed and we scheduled a time for me to come and have my work done. The glycolic peel I had that day was one of the finest facials I have had ... ever. I admit I was worried about the chemical peel process. I have been burned before. Literally. This peel was so gentle that my skin sang for days. Figuratively. I had minimal redness after the peel, and very little flaking after. My tech gave me some tips for skin care, but did not try to sell me product. I ended up buying some anyway. I never once felt pressured to join a membership, or buy services I did not want, or products that were out of my budget. So maybe you want more than a European or chemical facial. They have nurse practitioners who do botox injections. They have a doctor on staff who handles the more medical of the treatments. They have services to trim the fat. The injector decided to do half the amount she normally does which in turn did not correct my forhead or scoulling lines. She added botox into my under jaw and a platysmal band which the amonth she did was not affective. It cost around $700. I called to inform them that the botox was not working after day 5. They then said to wait two weeks. I then had to go out of town. I booked the botox prior to traveling. They would not touch up or be flexible with my travel dates. I was not home for three more weeks. I then informed them the botox still was not working. The manager would do nothing at this point. I felt very uncomfortable and at a loss. It was humiliating that they made me confront my scenario many times. I wish this feeling on no one. I would not use the sugar house office with the unflexible management. There was not credit in my account or anything. Just glares and fake smiles from management as they consumed and took my money and would not even retouch. Do not trust this office. They treat people like banks or another number and do not deliever or make you happy. Clients happiness and customer care should be number one priority.
