Upon leaving my first negative review which was a lot more lengthy and had a lot more detail. The owner reached out to me and convinced me to remove my first review because they are a small business and this would affect the health of their business. I have to wonder how many other people who left negative reviews were called and convinced to remove their negative reviews as well. In attempts to upsel me by HANDING ME a product and allowing me to walk out with it in hand, I have been accused of shoplifting. IN THE RESPONSE TO THIS REVIEW THE OWNER CONFIRMED THIS WAS A FAILED UPSELL ATTEMPT. Her techs were supposed to hand me the product and add the charge to my account without clearly addressing it to me, but the tech forgot to charge me and is now claiming I stole. It's hysterical! I have been waxing since I was 12 years old. I've done every sugar waxing and regular waxing. Honest to God she is the most gentle waxer I have ever dealt with. I have had people rip my skin or tug too hard. I did not flinch once with her.
