One of the least impressive Sephora locations. I honestly usually just buy my makeup on their website and have it shipped to me directly, but when I've been at the mall lately, there is always something new I want to try and see in-person: First off, this location is definitely smaller. Half of the products I was looking for and asked about that were on display, they didn't have. One worker told me to wait in the same spot and she'd get me an answer if they had a product in stock, 10-15 minutes later I had to go find her and ask. I love shopping at Sephora. However, I recently had an interaction with the manager Britni that was super unpleasant. I previously purchased an eyeliner that I opened and it was empty! I came back to Sephora as soon as I could. Although, I was outside my return window. I explained that I live pretty far from the store. The manager had no sympathy, and told me she will not exchange it for me. She directed me to customer service. She never provided a phone number or any info. Sephora makes a product and overlooks adding the makeup portion to it, now it's my problem. I have to run around trying to get it replaced with no help at all! What kind of company acts this way?? $15 for an eyeliner that's empty and a rude manager. Do better Sephora! I wished her a good day and said thank you... she simply stared at me. I contacted customer service & got it worked out but why should I have to do all that?? I won't be shipping at the location anymore. No need to be so rude. read more

Yet again, I arrived at this Sephora trying to do a Sephora.com return and am leaving with the item still in my hand. I was asked to call Sephora's customer service to do the return. Every time I come here I swear that I will never return. I promise, this time I'm done with Sephora entirely. I don't care if I have to pay more to buy the products directly from the manufacturer's--anything is better than constantly being inconvenienced by this store. read more

Can you give this store a zero? No, okay lucky you Orem Sephora, you get a one star. I think brand wide, Sephora needs to improve on their hires. Typically Sephora workers are no chick fil an employees... but the Orem location takes the take. The manager is horribly rude, not only to customers but also team members. Today I watched her degrade a new employee right in front of me. This store needs to do better. The holidays are here and I know it's a busy time for them but if you're going to be rude, you're going to get rude customers and it's going to make your job worse. If you're actually kind to people spending their money at your store, they'll be kind to you making your day and job much better. I will no longer shop at this location. read more

I would give these people 10 stars if I could!!!! They know their stuff and are so helpful!! I walked in a few days ago really needing some help finding a new skincare regime. I had no idea what to get, but Zack spent at least 30 minutes with me helping me figure out what I needed and showing me how to use each product, letting me test them out, and explaining what it did. If there was a 0 star rating I would give it a 0 STARS this store is not compliant with there costumers I went in today and I wanted to return 4 items that are unused and new but they are not even able to return or even exchange it BECAUSE it is past the return policy date which is dumb and further more just not in the costumer best interest this has been the worst service for the workers and the manager all she said is I am so sorry I help you you should of had return it with in the return policy date sorry I can't help you I said well I did not use it it is the wrong shade and I want to exchange it for another item so can you please help me out please the manager looked at the computer for 15seconds and said sorry we can't do anything she didn't even check if it is possible or anything like the company is not losing money the works get paid what does it kill them to help exchange makeup from the same store like what is the problem but you know a Latina girl in a white store they have to make it personal like I am not stealing I am asking for some assistance to exchange a item that is from the same store like target let's you return makeup or anything it can be a year later with no receipt and they put it in store credit like that is a good store but Sephora is trash. read more
