If you're too busy to pick up your photos within a month, they will shred you photos in pieces. Just one notice that it's ready and the next is canceled. I went to talk to them. The Walgreens in Provo has the worst drive-up line! Today I waited over a half an hour in line. I had previously moved all my prescriptions to another pharmacy because of this ongoing problem. Phone wait times are long. In person wait times are long. Every time I go to pick up something didn't go through with my insurance and I have to wait forever. I showed up once during open hours and a sign said they were closed due to understaffing. The poor experiences I've had here far outnumber the good. read more

What an absolute joke it is to try to call the Walgreens Pharmacy. You will likely not get through or you will wait for a long time on hold because the Walgreens folks clearly do not care about the phones. It's obvious. Don't fill a prescription here if you need it quickly. I was told it could take up to 2 hours to fill an eye drop prescription! They are not efficient AT ALL! The reason for the one star is it only took 1.25 hours and me going to the window to check in 4 times! When it comes to the funky items you can buy, it's Walgreen's. That's not the hook for me. Their Prescription Savings Club is a great program. I was in a position where I was looking at no medical benefits. I found that the drugs my wife and I use were less under this program than they were when I had insurance with a drug program. WHAT? So, even though I have very good insurance again, I still use the program. It's that good. The people at this location have been very nice. I'm a big fan. read more

Would give 0 if I could. This place is an absolute joke. Not Walgreens, but this particular set of pharmacists are on the verge of a breakdown it seems. Can't handle simple prescriptions, or customer service. When asked to get a piece of information from my insurance, I promptly called, and within a few minutes I had all the information I needed. In that same short span of time, I was constantly heckled by 3 different pharmacists to get my car out of the way from the drive through when I had been there literally about 3 minutes. I couldn't believe it when the manager came to the window and threw my prescription in my face and told me to leave or he was calling the cops?? Just because I didn't move my car while I was on the phone with the exact people THEY told me to call?! Show me a law that requires me to move out of the drive through if I'm there more than 4 or 5 minutes? These employees should be fired! The manager was an Indian man, accompanied by a younger white woman and man. read more

The pharmacy here is ridiculous. It always takes forever to get a prescription filled, and we're often told that it's not ready despite getting notifications that it is ready for pickup. They are really unfriendly and help people out of order as well. I wish I could give it zero stars. read more

Didn't have any problems when my medication was filled at the 1600 N location. Too bad that one closed and I've been refilling here ever since. This place is never in stock for my med. I called in yesterday and they said they should have some today in the afternoon. Called today and they're still out and supposedly won't be getting more for a week. Look...I'm out of my med and going one to two days without it is hard enough--No way I'm waiting an entire week. This has happened for the past 3 months. Great customer services! I needed help finding a product so I asked an employee who was stalking product. The employee politely explained that he did not know if they carried the product I needed, so he went to go ask his manager about it. They did not have the product but the employee was very apologetic and respectful. read more

I have never had so much trouble getting three, very common scripts, filled before in my life.Called in 2 days in advance to fill the scripts to be ready for pickup. Script #1 was not ready because the Tech said I had no refills - I happened to have the old bottle with me and I had 2 refills left and the script did not expire for 2 months. Script #2 was for a 90 day fill and they only gave me a 30 day fill. Script #3 was a 90 day fill and they actually gave me 2 bottles instead of 1 (bonus!). I work in the health care field (APRN) and If I ran my practice this way I would not have a job! read more
