There are times where they are filling shelves from carts full of boxes while there are carts trying to navigate crowded isles, but mid my occasional frustration, I try to think about what the shelves would look like if they were not trying to keep them stocked. We have found that employees in general and even those working in specific areas (such as produce) are helpful when we ask them questions. There could be more cashiers sometimes to reduce the lines, but it is a very crowded store.

So, ready for this? Within twenty minutes, a CVS staff member returned my call ... discussed the details of the order ... and confirmed the order will be transferred immediately to the CVS in SoCal. Nice staff, but inept. A long string of problems. They do not keep their word. They do not fill the…read morescripts until you are standing in front of them, even when you call days ahead. They often run out of medicines and can't fill the order, but give you a partial order and tell you to come back in 2 days to pick up the rest (without asking you before processing it with your insurance and charging you for the full amount, thereby keeping you trapped with them). Even when they know you are leaving town and must have the medicine by a deadline, they tell you no problem, but then they fail to have the medicine in stock by the deadline they assured you your medicine would be filled by. Occasionally it could be understandable, but over the two years we have been customers there, it has happened regularly, which is totally unacceptable and highly unprofessional. They have no respect for customers and no desire to alter their methods to prevent this from being a pattern. They also charge higher prices than we found elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

They are bigoted and follow me around, act suspicious and continue to not deliver the same level of service that they give to people that look like them. From being yelled at by the manager for saying that them not honoring a printed and online special wasn't fair (that's it. Didn't even raise my voice) to trying to get the self check clerk to figure out why the avocados wouldn't ring for 49 cents. He told me to pull out my phone and log into my account. I'm done with them. They are awful and the shelves are usually not stocked well.
