He is very knowledgeable of all the insurance companies coverage's & ever changing policies & co-pays. He is fast & knows the store computer system inside/out. Every time I am in line & he is at the counter I know I will be helped soon & get my questions answered promptly without being refer to others. If I could leave 1 star I would. horrible customer care- nobody answers the phones, all the employees tell me different things and make processes so much more complicated than they need to be. refills take forever and time management is not something they are good at. would not recommend to anyone ever. read more

I was told if I waited for my RX, then it would be ready in 20 minutes. I had to go pick up another order so I asked if I left, would it change the time for my RX to be ready. The worker, Ruben, said as I just told you it will be 20 minutes, and you can wait here, in the driveway, come inside, or do what ever and it will be ready in 20 minutes. His attitude was very unwelcoming and I was only clarifying the difference between waiting and leaving...and then I found a credit card to a previous customer ahead of me, and I said would you like me to send this to you. And he was very rude about taking the card, and I was only trying to be nice and kind the whole time. Just a warning that this worker is unkind, and impolite to customers. read more

Walgreens is usually busy in the pharmacy, but they still give me excellent service. Several employees know me and do their best.

I would give zero starts if possible. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY unless you want to be treated like garbage. The pharmacist PAUL is the absolute worst and refused to take my insurance card and add it into the system so that my prescriptions could be billed to my insurance. He actually told me that I should "pay cash or just go somewhere else". I've never been treated this way and I expect so much more from Walgreens. So on top of all of the worst customer service ever, I had gone yesterday to pick up my prescriptions and waited in line at the drive thru for 15 minutes just to finally get up to the window with a sign in it that they are closed between 1-1:30 for lunch which I have never seen any other Walgreens do. I went back later that day just for the pharmacy to be closed an hour earlier than it was supposed to be. Also, when I walked in today they told me only 1 of 4 of my prescriptions that were sent at the same time by the same doctor the previous MORNING was ready. How ridiculous. They had nearly two days to fill these prescriptions and some how only 1 was filled. I will be complaining to corporate and I highly advise everyone to avoid this pharmacy at all costs. read more

What can one say? It's a Walgreen. They are almost the same. I went over to this store because it's close to work. I was checking on a prescription I thought was here. I noticed there was no chairs in one place I remembered them. I was told that the North Orem store had those chairs, so there is small differences. OTOH, they were able to check the prescription for me from this store. That's cool. I live just about evenly between the stores. So, it really doesn't matter what one I go to. They really are laid out identical with only the smallest of differences I can find. I think Walgreens does the best job on prescriptions. I've been really happy since changing over last year. They also have a lot of spiffy impulse items sure to grab me as well. read more

Awful pharmacy. Waited in line for 1 hour and then I didn't have my ID WHICH THEY NEVER ASK FOR EVER and would not give me my prescription. RIDICULOUS. Fuck these people their pharmacy is TRASH. They also have terrible employees. read more

This Walgreens Pharmacy is horrible. They seem frequently understaffed. I am constantly waiting in the drive-through line for an hour or more. One time I was sent a notification to pickup my prescriptions, waited in line for 45 mins (3 cars including me) and then was told that they showed they finished my prescription but they couldn't physically find it. I had to come back a few days later for them to redo it. This is just one example of many times I've experienced really bad service here. I frequently give businesses the benefit of the doubt but in this case they really need to get some things figured out. read more

DO NOT GO! TO THIS PHARMACY WITH THEIR NEW PHARMACIST!!! Been coming here for 5+ years to the pharmacy every month. Same prescriptions every month. They just got a new pharmacist in and they refused to fill our scription because I had a nurse practitioners signature on it instead I have a doctors signature and it was over the weekend. Do not go to this pharmacy with their new pharmacist!! What a joke. Didn't care about my history and loyalty coming there didn't care about anything. Terrible pharmacy. Lines have been 40+ minutes. Slow service. With 10 people in line and the store closing I asked the manager for help and he said he had to close up and there was nothing he could do. read more

Always greeted with a "welcome to Walgreens". Clean store with a very friendly staff.

This was the worst customer service I've ever had. The pharmacist was rude & unwilling to help. They don't answer their phones. I was trying to get my daughters prescription up to her cousin it was an emergency for her to have it and they would not help at all in transferring that prescription or anything. I recently had to change because Ridleys Pharmacy closed this is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. The drive up is a joke you wait and wait then I got up there and the girl walked away for 5 or 6 minutes this was at 2:30 I came back at 5:30 went inside and I still had to wait because it was not ready!! Do not have a drive up if you are not having someone there all of the time. If you go inside then you wait and wait!! They have a bunch of people back there and still crappy service!! I came from a pharmacy where at the most 2 people sometimes just the Pharmacist and never waited only a few minutes my sister,nieces and neighbors have had the same problem we are changing to Target !!!! The only reason I don't give this place five stars is because I personally have a hard time believing a five star rating is written by anybody other than the establishment. So know that my four star rating is really a 5 star because I'm just a guy that has had very good customer service from this Walgreens. In particular a fellow named Joe is very willing to help and he deserves a raise. I don't know Joe from Joe blow down the street, but what I do know is that Joe from Walgreens is A+ read more

The sloooooowwwweeesssst pharmacy I've seriously ever been to in my life. Have no clue why every time I come here I spend 20-30 minutes either in line or just sitting waiting for them to get my prescription. Just spent 24 minutes after we had already been helped, just sitting in the drive thru watching the lady helping us just sit on her computer, disappeared, then came back about 20 minutes later with our perceptions. Won't be coming to this pharmacy again. read more
