When they say a prescription has been filled, it has been filled and it's ready for me. I have never had to stand in line longer than one person in front of me and my unusual prescription that the last pharmacy could take over a week in filling has always been in stock that day. The staff are friendly. I recommend them to everyone. Also, when you call them on the phone, they usually answer right away, not in a half hour to an hour like the chain pharmacy. I called and went in to get this fixed and they said I had to go back to Utah to fix the issue. Turns out I didn't need to go back to Utah to fix the issue. The customer service agents at AT&T are incompetent and overcharged me almost $300. They kept transferring me over and over and their "policy" is different every time I call. What a joke of a company. I'm really disappointed that Costco can't see this issue and fix it. They have a Costco escalation line because of how common this issue is. DO NOT SWITCH TO AT&T, they are not helpful with your issues and every customer service representative will tell you different things!

I asked if it was on the shelf he said yes it's on the shelf so I drove all the way over there to find there is not even a place for this pizza on their shelf. My problem with this interaction is not that I didn't get pizza. It's that I spent my time going over there to get something that wasn't even on the shelf because the employee didn't bother to look and just lied to me that they had it. I talked to management. I told them the story Keegan was present. I told Keegan I get that everybody's understaffed and we're all busy, but if you don't have time to actually go do what you say you're going to do which is look for it then just ask somebody else to help the customer instead of telling them something that's not true. I would like to see this location give all of their employees some customer service remediation. This is not my first poor customer service at this location. I think everybody could benefit from it. A couple of things I would love to see improved: the women's clothing selection could use more variety and more frequent rotation. It feels like the same styles sit there for weeks. More importantly, mixing women's and men's clothing in the same section makes the whole area feel cluttered and harder to shop. Keeping those sections distinct would go a long way. Finding a staff member to help you is hit or miss, and even then the interaction can feel rushed or unwelcoming. To be fair, that seems to be the tradeoff you accept at a warehouse store. A solid warehouse club, just come with a list or you will leave with a 72 pack of danishes you did not plan on.
