I had the opportunity to be here twice in one week... I forgot to pick up my prescription the night before and I needed it for a 9 AM appointment but South Valley compounding pharmacy did not open till nine so I pulled into the drive thru at 8:35 AM planning on waiting for 25 minutes, but much to my surprise the pharmacist opened the window and help me get my prescription so I could make my appointment on time! Who does that? They were so helpful! Plus, with your receipt, you get $1 off at Roxberry next door! I felt like I hit the jackpot yesterday!!! read more

We have used this pharmacy for several years, and have always had a positive experience. Their prices are reasonable. Several times they have gone out of their way to accommodate special requests for me. They all seem to work well together as a team, which helps to move customers through efficiently, yet kindly. The first time I went into the building, I was surprised that the pharmacy doesn't sell much in in the way of retail goods. I think this helps them focus on filling prescriptions for their customers and reducing wait times. I highly recommend SVCP. read more

I have been a customer for years now and have never had an issue. But today the idiot delivery driver "John" somehow thought it was OK to leave my script, an expensive CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, outside the gate of my subdivision! A compounded RX was ordered for me by my dentist. South Valley Compounding had the prescription filled in less than 20 minutes. The pharmacist gave me instructions and addressed my concerns. He also gave me the name of another medication if this didn't help me. Dental pain is the worst. Nice to have had someone who understood what was happening. read more

This pharmacy is full of people who actually care about you and your well being. They are all very knowledgeable and make sure you understand how to take your medication safely. I've been going here for years and have never had a problem. It's always communicated to me if a medication is out of stock or when I should expect it to be ready. They offer delivery and mail options which are convenient for when I can't make it in. The technicians and pharmacists are all kind and make you feel taken care of! I love this pharmacy also for the super cute children's toys inside. So many Melissa and Doug toys! I recommend this pharmacy over anywhere else. read more

I have been with SLCP FOR AT LEAST 25 years. they are the most prompt, accurate know and kind pharmacy I have ever had. if they don't carry your medication (Which is rare) they will get it and either deliver it or you can pick up. this pharmacy is in Riverton and I found them through my PCP at Granger medical. I now live in Murray and still get all my meds from them. I do know they deliver to Lehi and further south on Tuesdays and Thursdays. they deliver north to Murray and further north on Wednesdays and Fridays. I do know if it is critical that you need a medicine that I have had them deliver on Monday. If your doctor just ordered You some medication, you can pick it up and it is usually ready by the time you get there. If not their drive up window will have it ready within 5 to 10 minutes (not days like many pharmacies). They remind me of what medicine was like in my younger days. That dedication and loyalty to their customers is beyond reproach! If I had to pay more for my meds, I would still be with them. No matter where you live I would highly recommend this pharmacy! We've started using this pharmacy regularly in the past year and my experiences have all been stellar. Every employee is friendly and knowledgeable. The time between calling in for a refill and picking up is always quick, and I love the drive thru option. On our last visit I had a question about one of my son's prescriptions and as soon as I brought up the issue, the tech knew exactly what my concern was and explained everything in full. I have created this Yelp! account in order to leave this review, along with more details because the owner somehow had my negative review deleted on Google after accusing me of never having been there because I wasn't in their computer and the lobby is currently closed to the public. This was my original review: "I went here for my first time just over a week ago to get a prescription filled. While I was waiting to drop it off, the blonde girl on the phone was talking to a customer on the phone and she had the worst attitude and was so patronizing. Then I overheard another person say that an employee's wife had COVID-19 and he was still coming to work. Unimpressed to say the least! I will NOT be back!" My response to the owner's accusations: I may come in to discuss this face to face once I feel that the risk of coming in contact with coronavirus in your business is low enough for me to feel safe. (I notice you did not deny the COVID issue in your response to me, instead focusing on making incorrect assumptions to try to discredit my review.) I came to the drive through to pick up a Rx for my daughter that was called in and was supposed to be ready. (I also had a written Rx to drop off). No one could find any record of it. While I was waiting for it to be located, the blonde girl came to look for something near the window and she looked flustered. I said hi to her. Maybe she didn't hear me, but she also made no effort to make eye contact and didn't say hello or even smile. Then she started talking to an older bald guy before picking up the phone. I could hear her voice from the window, and her words and tone were completely unacceptable. At that time, I decided I had no interest in spending my money there and didn't give the written Rx to anyone. While still waiting...and waiting, I overheard the COVID conversation. I could not even believe what I was hearing. I politely told the person helping me I would have my doctor call in my Rx again, but instead told them to send it to a different pharmacy. I could not get away fast enough and felt I had dodged a bullet. I got married and moved here from Colorado with my husband and 2 children. I started a new Gmail account reflecting my new last name, hence my new profile and only a few reviews so far. After my horrible experience at your business, I decided to leave a bad review (my first review on my new profile). I also left positive feedback for a few local places that have great customer service. I hope that this addresses the incorrect assumptions that were made about me and better shows anyone reading this review the true character of the owner. read more

I don't want to say the name of the technician I have now spoken to three or four times now, but wow. Seriously so unfriendly and short. I don't know why she acts this way to people who she doesn't even know but it's super unprofessional. It seems as though she hates her job and takes it out on the patrons. I can understand one bad day but all four times I've called? Put a smile on your face and be kind. It goes a long way. read more
