After sitting on hold for 40 minutes, I was told it would be ready by 2:30. Come 4 p.m., nothing. I called again, only to be left on hold for an hour before the call was disconnected. This level of "service" is beyond unacceptable. It's not just inconvenient -- it's downright pathetic. Patients shouldn't have to chase down their own medication or waste hours listening to hold music. Walgreens has clearly forgotten what customer care even looks like, and it shows. No urgency, no accountability, no respect for people's time. This is exactly why customers are walking away and the company is spiraling. Save yourself the frustration -- go literally anywhere else.

It's in a busy neighborhood downtown, so some interesting characters are to be expected, but it's come to the point where I don't come here alone at night. [I great option instead of going around the corner to Subway...] What I also love about the Deli is the fact that they are GREAT with substitutions, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I feel like I'm fairly difficult when it comes to my sandies [I want this, but not that, please add this, and definitely NO Mayo!!], but at the Deli, any substitution or distraction I ask about, they easily work with me on. The parking lot feels sketchy at times, but so is the neighborhood. I frequently give a food item to homeless people asking for help if I do not recognize them (everyone deserves to have food). They did not order my meds on time and now I am out of state without any medicine. The pharmacist was extremely rude, interrupting me and telling me the same things over and over again instead of being reasonable. These people have no empathy and were definitely judging me for needing this specific type of medicine. Also all of these things I had to find out by myself, they did not contact me. I contacted them. So disappointed and now I have to take sick days from work because I can't work without my medicine. Shame on them.

I came in for snacks and drinks to keep in my hotel while I visit Salt Lake City for the next three days. The snack selection was excellent. Also picked up some hair dye. If I run out of snacks, I'm coming back here because I saw some other things I wanna try. I used my extra care coupons and it took $21 off my total which took it down to about half of what it was. Can't beat that! I recommend the extra care program for anyone who likes to shop at CVS.
