Positives: lots of products for women ranging from make up, hair care, skin care, perfumes etc…read more.. the employees are always helpful and very friendly. They are somewhat organized so you don't get lost in the sea of products. Negatives: as a men who also enjoys cologne, skin care, body care etc. our products are very limited. this isn't just ulta it's 90% of stores like this who give men very very small sections. I go to ulta for the colognes but they have a very small men cologne section which is sad because I enjoy smelling nice. the men's cologne seems to never have the good stuff in stock. It's all picked over. Ulta if you see this give men more colognes and provide more male products over all.

The price for the hair dryer has always been $249.00 for the longest since I first laid eyes on it. When I went to check the hair dryer and it had a discount of 40% off original price! Girl of course I was going to take advantage of that. 40% off $249.00 I was sold right then and there. I take it to the front and on the scanned products it showed $289.00 with 40% off so it would come out to approx. $175.00 And I argued my case regarding the pricing because I know this damn hair dryer or any other products do not go up in price as if there's inflation on hair dryers like that when manufacturers make new styles every damn second lol and I even took a picture of the pricing information just incase situations like this happen because I don't want to plead my case and have to walk back just to show them . Lovely girl in the front it's not on the workers, it's in this company trying to scam people for more money. The girl in the front of course tried to say the original price is $289 and that the prices went up in mid-May. But I know that's a lie. I fixated on this hair dryer trying to find any type of discount lol so any time I stepped into an Ulta I would of course check. Anyways, that was false I showed her the picture of the display they even have out front. And she was kind enough to comp it, and provide me the 40% the ORIGINAL PRICE $249.00 I wanted to write this review to show other females not to get scammed. That's effed up, they are choosing to raise the price to $289.00 "provide" a 40% off discount and still pay like $175.00 when it should be what I paid for it at about $140.00

Each piece of soap, lotion, scrub or lip balm is artisan made in micro batches by the two lovely ladies (mother and daughter duo) that run the Salt and Butter Soap Kitchen. They are often found selling their wares at local farmer's markets, but you can also schedule an appointment to stop by their South Jordan kitchen where everything is made. If you're like me and enjoy seeing "behind the scenes" I'd strongly encourage you to do this. I fancy myself picky when it comes to what products I put on my skin and lips-and after discovering these ladies a couple years ago, I am hooked. The flavors of the lip balms are not overpowering, but enough to be pleasant. And the softness that they produce is unmatched by any other product out there-believe me, I've tried them all. When it comes to soaps, they've also got an amazing selection. I have several different ones, and sometimes I visit the cupboard in my bathroom just to take a whiff of them all. Not only do they smell divine, but they are beautiful too. Each one is a little work of art. The inevitable thing about these products is that they will eventually run out. I'll use the soap down to the last sliver and the lip balm until the plastic tube scratches against my lips. The bright side is that I get to visit again and discover some new favorites, along with some of my old-time ones as well.

And Bath & Body Works has long been a favorite place to go sniff all the things. This location is near me in the District in South Jordan, with an outside entrance from the parking lot. I appreciate that-especially when I want to go get some lotion and not walk through the mall. Service here is great-the ladies who greet customers and provide assistance are always cheerful and eager to help. Maybe all the flexing of their olfaction muscles really puts them in the mood. How could you be grumpy surrounded by all these delicious scents?

I had a very simple Christmas exchange (give back $16 and purchase $50) and the associate Roz working the register was incredibly rude to me. It was purchased through my app and the candles were brand new, so there was no issue on my end. I went specifically to this location because they were the only one around that had the candle scent I wanted. I was SO excited that I found them. She was literally so rude to me that I walked out and didn't even purchase them. It wasn't worth it. So surprised that an organization that sells happy things like candles would employ somebody with such bad people skills. The CEO recently put out an article about changing strategies because sales are down...maybe it's just something as simple as providing better customer service. I wanted to spend money in the store and didn't. Missed opportunity- I am sure that I am not the only one.
