Finally, my wife started to walk towards the only other door there, to try and see what the wait was all about, and the masseuse walks out, say nothing to us and charges the people she was just massaging. A bit odd, but we go with it. She finally acknowledges us - with a bit of an attitude - and she hands us a form, my wife, who is the expert, tells me to write down areas I want massaged and focused on, etc. We went to the back and got our messages, the whole time, both mother and daughter masseuses, kept talking to us about roller derby and how fun it is. My wife said this isn't a normal thing while getting a message. Not relaxing at all. Also, they never asked about or followed the requested areas highlighted in the form they gave us. When it was all done, the time came to charge us. The total price charged was for a full hour, but the message only lasted about 40 minutes. When my wife asked about what the couple's message included, we thought maybe chocolate covered strawberries, or the chocolate fountain they advertised on their website, but we were rudely told "you get to be in the same room." The owner has zero people skills, anytime you ask her a reasonable question about pricing or the use of a coupon, she was very rude and harsh. My first time will be my last, and I can tell you that my wife, who is always looking for a good place to have her massages done, will not be coming back.
