So I was a bit hesitant to book an appointment. Boy am I glad I went. Bella took amazing care of me. This is the closest thing to a full body massage. From your toes to your knees, fingers to elbows, and top of your head to your shoulders. The ambience is that of a nice spa, the only difference is instead of private rooms, you're separated by curtains, but it's quiet and relaxing, soothing music and low lighting, you aren't distracted or even notice others are getting services too. The chair reclines all the way back, I thought I was upside down for a minute. I was this close to falling asleep from how relaxed I was. Bella worked magic on every part she worked. I'm definitely going back and booking with her!

I guess I will just have to treat myself again!

I arrived in pain and left in even more pain than before. Unfortunately my massage experience was…read moreanything but relaxing. I had been up all night with a stiff neck and shoulders, and booked this place for a massage the next day. I was excited to find something last minute, and my wife had been before and had a good experience, so I was optimistic. The check in process was smooth-fill out a brief form then was taken back to a quiet room to prepare for the massage. The lighting was low and there was nice music playing-everything looked to be pretty good. My massage therapist reviewed my chart and I explained where I'd like her to focus. Typically, a massage will start out slow and relaxing, then build up to working tough areas. In this case, her movements were fast, abrupt and overly repetitive in the same area. It became comical how she was passing over the same spot so many times-I began to count to distract myself. She got up to 41 passes along the same concentrated area of my back (not even where I had asked her to focus) before she moved somewhere else. It was kind of like when my well-meaning 17 year old gives me a foot rub and stays in the same spot the whole time while daydreaming off in the distance. Today I have bruises in those spots where she went too hard for too long. (And again, barely touched my neck or shoulders.) Obviously, other people have had great experiences here-so maybe I had an "off" night or perhaps my expectations were misaligned. But since I've had wonderful massages elsewhere, I'll just schedule those places instead.

Oh my GOSH, Minerva is an absolute answer to prayers! She helped me and my family with so many…read morethings in such a short amount of time!! It is worth every penny for the whole and complete healing she helps you achieve. Here are the main things she helped me resolve in just four sessions: 1. Postpartum recovery: A few months after having a baby, I physically needed some help getting back to my healthiest self. Minerva worked on my body to get everything back in place and moving again. It also felt wonderful. I couldn't believe the relief and release of tension after just one session. 2. Deep emotional trauma healing: After having a baby, I was very emotional, and even six months later I felt extremely overwhelmed with emotional weight. I got to a point where I needed help, and Minerva helped me work through some deep emotional issues from my past that were triggered from my huge life change. She helped me heal things I didn't know were still affecting me COMPLETELY in ONE HOUR. THIS WAS ONE OF THE BEST EXPERIENCES OF MY ENTIRE LIFE. It was so freeing, and the treatment stuck. I have let go of baggage I have been carrying for ages. 3. Lifestyle and perspective change: In the four sessions I had with Minerva, she taught me so much and answered all my questions about her work. She is extremely loving and accepting, and I felt that she really cared about me. I felt totally comfortable letting her work on me. She helped me realize several things about the way I was living that I could improve to increase my health and happiness. She also helped me get rid of seasonal allergies in just one session! Minerva truly has a gift for healing. I will go back often and will bring my family to see her. Both my sisters have been to Minerva several times and have had incredible healing experiences like me! Do not hesitate, she will help you.

This was my first visit to this foot spa, and unfortunately, the overall experience left a lot to…read morebe desired. I was initially a little leery about the location since it operates out of a house. When we arrived, the yard was extremely overgrown and poorly maintained, which immediately raised concerns. We rang the doorbell, and a woman answered. I had called the day before, and a gentleman had booked two appointments for us, but she said she didn't have us on the schedule. Thankfully, they were able to accommodate us. As we entered, the home felt dark, outdated, and cluttered. We were taken to a room near the front door with three massage tables. The room itself did not feel particularly clean or well maintained. The carpet appeared stained, towels were stacked haphazardly on bookshelves being used for storage, and the curtains looked decades old. There was an overall musty, unorganized feel that made it difficult to relax. The music was appropriate for a spa setting, but it was played much too loudly. During my massage, my female therapist left to answer the front door, and a male therapist ended up taking over without much explanation. That was another unexpected part of the experience. To be fair, the actual foot massage was very good, and I enjoyed the stretching incorporated into the treatment. Unfortunately, the quality of the massage couldn't make up for the overall condition and atmosphere of the space. Cleanliness and a comfortable, well-maintained environment are important to me when choosing a spa. The condition of the yard, the disorganization inside, and the general lack of upkeep left me questioning the overall standards of cleanliness. While I can't speak to their actual cleaning practices, the appearance of the space did not inspire confidence. I really wanted to enjoy this experience, but the surroundings and lack of organization were too much of a distraction. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

The owner didn't pick the phone till 20mins after my arrival. She did not reschedule or offer compensation. It was deeply disappointing because the appointment was made with such a great notice for a special occasion.

What that tells me is that Deborah and Myotherapy's business is done through dishonest billing. I'm not sure if she wanted to overcharge that 50% so she herself could keep the money or make her profits look better? Either way, their word and integrity can not be trusted at all.

She knew who I was though because she asked for my gift card without prompt. I would be confident saying Mike was NOT a licensed massage therapist. He only removed a section of the sheet to massage for less than ten minutes of the entire massage. Mostly just pushing on my back over the sheet. Thumbs like my high school boyfriend trying to give a massage, my back and neck still hurt from it. He also got on top on me. Straddled me with only a sheet between us. Extremely unsatisfying and uncomfortable. Will not be going back or recommending.
