She's so kind, thorough, and always makes me feel so seen and heard. Every time I leave I feel SO much better than when I came in. I've recently had a flareup in my back and have been in quite a bit of pain and have had a lot of tension throughout my entire back, likely caused from having a desk job combined with my poor posture. Dr. Canada was on vacation when I tried to schedule an appointment, but Dr. Daly was available and was able to squeeze me in for the first time last week. After my adjustment, my pain was gone instantly, although it started to creep back over the next few days. We scheduled another adjustment this week and she also gave me stretches to do between appointments with the goal of stretching and strengthening my back and muscles. By the time I got to my appointment today, I my back was feeling some pain again and was ready for another adjustment, although the pain wasn't as bad as when I first came in last week. I'm so grateful to have a space to come to when I'm experiencing pain, feel seen and heard, and get the adjustments and care that I need between appointments. The staff here has always been so kind. I was stiff for a while but between visits I was able to do stretches, as recommended, that helped with mobility. Aspen didn't even x-ray my whole back and this other place did. Ongoing, Aspen would be $215 for decompression + adjustment -- the other place is $100. Totally nuts, what a ripoff, wish I could get a refund. This review isn't about their skills or customer care, fwiw; they were perfectly nice and seem to know what they're doing. But the price difference is wild. If money is a factor for you, especially if you need ongoing treatment, I strongly recommend shopping around!

Let me start by saying that I have never been to a chiropractor before so I didn't know what to…read moreexpect. I made an appointment here after being highly recommended this practice in particular by my midwife to try and get aligned/make sure I was aligned to try and get labor to begin, or in the least to help things go smoothly once labor did begin. I've been told Dr Gunn does have plenty of experience with pregnant people and i was grateful for that. It was easy to call and schedule an appointment, they do have some weird hours on Wednesday I believe, but they are open some evenings so it was nice to have that option. The office was fairly easy to find and get to, it's located in a strip mall type building. The office was clean when I arrived. I had some paperwork to do and paid the fee for 1 alignment which was only $35. (It is definitely more cost effective to do a bundle deal if you plan to be back several times, I wasn't sure if I would be back as this was my first experience with a chiropractor ever). The alignment went well as far as I know haha, there were some limitations as I was 39 weeks pregnant at the time, but Dr Gunn was accommodating to that. It sounded like he prefers to see pregnant people a few times during their pregnancy for best results, but he definitely did what he could. I did some stretching and he used the massage gun on me as well. The room felt like there was enough space, but small enough to feel private. He was very professional and because it was my first time at a chiropractor, I really appreciated him explaining exactly what he was going to do and how it would help/why he was doing it. If I ever need chiropractic care again, I would not hesitate to return!
