GO SEE HOLLAND! Holland is not like any other myofacial therapist you've been to. He has helped our entire family heal from years of residual injuries and ailments. Firstly, My daughter was injured in a soccer game a year earlier and had continually suffered additional injuries from her body trying to compensate for the initial injury... she literally couldn't play a game without a new pain inhibiting her. Holland started working on her once a week and she came back quickly, better and stronger than ever before and now rarely gets pain. She continues to see Holland for "maintenance" to stay healthy and complains only when she has to miss a week for travel. My son had Osteochondritis dissecans and Osgood-Schlatters in both knees, Severs disease in both feet. He was unable to run or even walk without pain. His orthopedic surgeon scheduled him for surgery on both knees 8 weeks out. We took those 8 weeks and had Holland work on him a couple times a weeks, along with his strength training and PT, and when surgery was a week out, we insisted on a new MRI as his pain was nearly non-existent. The surgeon was floored to see improvement. He cancelled surgery and told us to keep doing whatever it was we were doing as he's never seen anyone heal like that. My husband struggled with pain from past injuries he sustained as a college athlete, often keeping him up at nights. No more since working with Holland. He can finally run around with our kids without pain. I work long hours on my computer and tend to hold a lot of stress in my back and neck. My pain was tolerable but annoying. I finally had Holland work on it after my husband insisted and, despite my reluctance to say my hubby was right... he was right. It made such a difference! I never realized just how much pain and tightness (and headaches) I had been "tolerating." Holland has been a true miracle for our family. We all see him once a week now for maintenance and we've never felt better. We tell everyone about what he does and many have a hard time believing anyone can heal them from their pain and ailments as so many others had failed. Holland can because he is THAT GOOD. I don't even know where to begin with this review as there are many incredible things to say. I want to give Myo Precision Therapy 100 stars. I have been to many massage therapists, and nobody can help the pain I experience. Other massage therapists will ask where I hurt, and they just rub the muscles down and send me on my way. Which is relaxing, but it doesn't have long lasting results and definitely doesn't help my pain. Holland and Juliann have unique and rare training. My very first appointment, I was asked where I hurt. I explained what I experience like I always do when I go to a massage therapist, but I didn't expect anything to really change. I am so glad that I was proven wrong. Holland worked on me first. He listened very well and knew exactly what was going on. I thought he was just going to rub down my muscles and send me on my way like everyone else did. Nope! He went to the trouble area(s) right away and started working the issues that were causing intense referred pain. I had limited range of motion in my legs, my legs were even different lengths due to my muscle issues, and my lower back was chaos. My feet were even curving and wouldn't go straight. Holland not only started working on the core problems that were causing this mess, but explained in detail what was happening. After he was done, my feet were straight, my legs were the same length again, and I actually had range of motion in my legs and I was no longer limping. My lower back pain was gone which had never happened before! He even identified that I needed a lymphatic flush and did that, too. I was a hot mess. This was not your usual "massage". Did it "hurt so good"? Yes! Was it worth it? 120%! After he released my muscles and got everything back in place, I HAD NO PAIN! It makes me emotional. When you live with pain 24/7 and then you meet someone who knows what is going on and actually helps, you experience layers of emotions. After Holland worked on my problem areas, he also explained what I needed to do to strengthen those muscles and what I was doing to cause these problems, so I was aware. After that first appointment, I would only see Holland. Eventually, I started to go to Juliann as well as she was trained by Holland. Both follow pain patterns and work intuitively on the muscles. They ask questions and they figure out the problem so it can be worked on correctly. Its not just an hour rub down and then you are sent on your way (unless that is all you want - they are good at that, too ;) ). Juliann even pulled up 3D pictures of the muscles and explained what muscles were locked and why the pain was spreading and affecting other areas. Juliann is calm, warm, attentive, and truly cares about what you are experiencing. Holland and Juliann even do fascia massages. Their knowledge and training are unique and truly special. They make a HUGE difference. They kinda ruined me because now I really can't go to someone else. Haha. I HIGHLY recommend going to them. Especially if you have gone to countless places hoping for a miracle. They will figure out how to help you. They have the knowledge and experience, and they are passionate about what they do. Tried out on a class pass credit and was blown away! Julieann was so attentive to my stress points and needs. This was my first 2 hour massage ever and it was well worth it! Her attention to detail was incredible; I felt like every tension point in my body was carefully addressed, and even felt like I left a couple inches taller due to the releases in my back. It was a different sort of massage experience, but in the best way! She said she has trained in physical therapy and European and Asian massage techniques, which has created her intentional approach to relaxation and muscle relief. When I mentioned at the end of my session that I suffer from migraine headaches, she even brought me back in for a targeted release in my neck which was fantastic. This is a new business with a relaxing atmosphere the second you walk in, including aromatherapy and peaceful music in a clean space.
