She did my nails exactly how I wanted them she took her time on each nail making sure it's the right length and that it was straight, she was so kind through the whole thing and didn't hurt my hand at all! I wanted something to temporarily straighten my hair and I got confused by the messages with the salon which is my fault. But now after all is said and done, I'm just upset my hair feels and looks just a little bit worse if anything 4 hours of salon time and 400$ later. She says it's clean, modern, and they actually have good music playing (not just generic spa sounds). Her stylist took the time to do it right and the results were exactly what she hoped for. She's been back twice now for maintenance and the consistency has been great. They also recommended some products that have actually made a difference in keeping her hair healthy between appointments.
