I moved to SLC last summer, and having received chiropractic care since childhood, I set out to…read morefind a great chiropractor for my family and me. When you've experienced great care in the past, you have pretty high standards for the future. I made an appointment with Dr. Suzanne after trying another local chiropractor for about two months and I never looked any further. From the very first visit, it was obvious that Dr. Suzanne is an educator - she explains the "why behind the what" at every opportunity and asks all the detailed questions needed to take care of me as a whole person. I came to see her with intense neck and shoulder pain and tendinitis in my wrists. My neck and shoulders adjusted well and now only need routine maintenance; however my wrist issues persisted. Dr. Suzanne displayed the breadth and depth of her knowledge as she adjusted my wrists, provided exercises for daily strengthening, taped my wrists for support and to allow some mobility without allowing for hyper-mobility, and suggested special positioning for my daily routine with my young baby. I couldn't believe the healing trajectory that took place during that time because I had been so discouraged by the injury. Dr. Suzanne never gave up and over time my wrists became stronger and pain subsided a great deal. Whenever they flare up I know what's needed. She helped me take control of a situation that I thought was a lost cause. Sarah behind the front desk genuinely understands customer service and is always the first to greet any guest upon their arrival. That might not seem so unique, but this is -- Dr. Suzanne, Dr. Angie, and Sarah are always on the same page which leaves the patient/customer feeling cared for without any speed bumps in payment, appointments, rescheduling, availability etc. I receive appointment reminders electronically, receive calls back promptly, and have never had any issues making an appointment that fits my family's busy schedule. Dr. Angie who is also in the office is fantastic and I quickly understood that this office is a team of A+ players. My husband also took notice, and as my health improved he made his first appointment as well! Lastly, even in a very family-conscious place like UT I visited chiropractors that weren't very baby/child friendly. Dr. Suzanne made it clear that my baby was ALWAYS welcome and that meant when my husband is unavailable I can still get the care I need. Now my daughter happily plays with the sweet toys in the adjustment room and everyone in the office is glad to see her. Expect great things from Dr. Suzanne and her team. She cares about me and my family and so she'll do the same for you. She has the knowledge and resources to help in a way that will surprise you... and encourage you to take care of your health and well-being!

Suzanne Cronin is the BEST chiropractor in the world! She solved what multiple chiropractor and…read moredoctor visits and multiple, unnecessary, ineffective prescriptions could not. I was one of her earliest patients, and a reluctant one--I even left a voicemail saying I don't believe in chiropractors but I'm coming in anyway , because I was at wit's end. After being in pain for over 6 months, I left after the first visit with 60% less pain. The second visit dropped it even more, and shortly after that I was pain free. Now I live in LA, but I still visit Dr. Cronin every time I'm in town. I wish I could clone her.

During my time as a patient, my services were abruptly ended following an incident that left me feeling uncomfortable and confused. I was accused of taking and throwing away a billing document belonging to my brother, who had previously been a patient. I denied this, as I had no involvement with his paperwork. At the time, the office had Easter decorations and eggs placed around the front desk area, including near where the document had been sitting. It seemed very possible that it was accidentally moved or knocked down by someone else, but despite this, I was pulled mid-session into a private office and questioned about it. I was told the concern was about trust and patient information, and shortly after, my care was discontinued. While I understand the importance of privacy, the situation felt handled in a way that was uncomfortable and disproportionate, especially given the lack of clear evidence. Additionally, during X-rays taken that same visit, I was instructed to adjust my posture immediately before the images were captured, which made me uneasy and raised questions for me in hindsight about how imaging was being used. This review isn't meant to make claims about intent or outcomes, and others may have had positive experiences. I'm sharing this for transparency, as professionalism, communication, and trust are important factors when choosing a healthcare provider.

Let me start by saying that I have never been to a chiropractor before so I didn't know what to…read moreexpect. I made an appointment here after being highly recommended this practice in particular by my midwife to try and get aligned/make sure I was aligned to try and get labor to begin, or in the least to help things go smoothly once labor did begin. I've been told Dr Gunn does have plenty of experience with pregnant people and i was grateful for that. It was easy to call and schedule an appointment, they do have some weird hours on Wednesday I believe, but they are open some evenings so it was nice to have that option. The office was fairly easy to find and get to, it's located in a strip mall type building. The office was clean when I arrived. I had some paperwork to do and paid the fee for 1 alignment which was only $35. (It is definitely more cost effective to do a bundle deal if you plan to be back several times, I wasn't sure if I would be back as this was my first experience with a chiropractor ever). The alignment went well as far as I know haha, there were some limitations as I was 39 weeks pregnant at the time, but Dr Gunn was accommodating to that. It sounded like he prefers to see pregnant people a few times during their pregnancy for best results, but he definitely did what he could. I did some stretching and he used the massage gun on me as well. The room felt like there was enough space, but small enough to feel private. He was very professional and because it was my first time at a chiropractor, I really appreciated him explaining exactly what he was going to do and how it would help/why he was doing it. If I ever need chiropractic care again, I would not hesitate to return!
