Worst compounding pharmacy!!! Staff doesn't know what they're doing! Told me I was getting 3 tube's of cream....ended up with 30 pills and they couldn't give me a straight answer as to why I was getting different answers from staff. Had to call my doc to clarify and figure out the issue. If you're looking for a compounding pharmacy, do yourself a favor and go to Jolley's. Taylor Drug is definitely number one of two pharmacies I've used. They know when your refill is out, and instead of having to call your doctor every time you need a refill, they take care of it for you. There's no phone calls to the doctor, then the pharmacy, and back and forth trying to get your refill taken care of. They just do all the work for you. It's much appreciated. They are also really quick. You're never there for more than 10 minutes, and that includes waiting in lines for other people to get their prescription as well! The worst Phamacy I've ever dealt with. Although i was an every month customer they never had my medicine on time . they made me wait 32 days some months for medicine I was prescribed for everyday . the Owners are never there and the help could care less . Bp medicine late , pain management medicine late all due to poor management. I am ll retired person and I am reporting them to the state board of pharmacy and going to sue them for pain and suffering and failure to fill my prescription s on a physician request save yourself the grief .... Taylor Drug has a couple great employees and a couple that are not so great. If you are filling important prescriptions I recommend going to a more consistent pharmacy. I had an important prescription transferred there and just asked for a call if for any reason they couldn't fill it. After driving 40 min, I called to make sure the script was filled. It wasn't, and the pharmacist instead of apologizing, felt the need to repeat his excuses himselfseveral times without listening to me. I understand that they have new training employees and work long hours , but who doesn't. Having a pharmacy you can count on to do their job and get prescriptions filled is what is important to me and unfortunately I'll be moving my business this is the third or fourth time I've experienced something similar to this. I haven't had to deal with the male pharmacist since I had my issue. The pharmacist Brittani has gone above and beyond to do everything she can legally to assist me. Most of my frustrations has been because of my DR. Making small mistakes on the prescriptions. Example 90 tablets but wrote take two tablets in the morning and forgot to write and 1 in the afternoon. So the pharmacy could only give me 60 tablets even though they are used to filling 90 every month. Overall if the prescription is correct or if the DR is available to talk to them and fix it Taylor Drug is hard to beat. Pro's 1. They follow Utah State refill laws 80% VS most chains will only refill when you are 90% out so 3 days before you run out. If you are going out of town or need it filled it's great to have a pharmacy that follows Utah's laws. 2. They are the fastest pharmacy I've ever been to by far! It's amazing how fast they can fill a Prescription. 3. They will go above and beyond to help out. Recently they assisted me in filling a 90 day on non controlled substances. Saving me hundreds of dollars. 4. A drive through big enough to pull a trailer through. 5. A compound pharmacy. They also carry toothpaste and it's half the cost that my dentists charges. 6. If I don't have my health savings card they will let me pay then come back and refund my money and charge my health savings card. Con's 1. There is a reason that i moved my prescription drugs from Walgreens to this place when I moved to Utah. The customer service that you get from a smaller drug store like this one. By focusing on one thing and doing it well this store is the place to go. The staff is super friendly and very helpful and always attentive to make sure that you are fully informed of any changes to your medication and that you know what is happening with any new medications. I only wish the drive though would be a bit more efficient. If there is already a car there when you pull in it's better to just go inside and pick up or drop off your prescription. All in all a great hometown store with a great hometown staff. read more

I usually like them but today I just got out of the ER and dropped off the scrips to be filled obviously not feeling well. The gal at the drop off said they would call as soon as they were ready and we waited for the call that never came. Went back to the drive thru where the meds were done. Come on!! My family and I have gone to this drugstore since it was down on Main street. I like the workers and I know some days it can be rough...like Mondays at 4pm. But if the pharmacy was not that popular, then there would be no problems, because they would not have the crowds they had before the pandemic. The girl with the blonde ponytail is one of my favorites! She is fast, funny and is there to make sure you get what you need. read more

I've been going to this pharmacy for a couple of years now and Has generally worked out great for the most part. Some of my medications are a controlled substance, they have one tall blonde girl that generally has her hair up in a Ponytail who is quite rude and condescending. I feel in the medical field we need to have better customer service and more compassionate people. So instead of 5 stars for a great business I suggest two. Give your staff better training or hire decent people, just an idea. read more

This place is a good place to go for those hard to find prescriptions. Generally we haven't had any issues with this business and it's a nice little place with a lot of little homemade type of items for sale. It's one of those shops that feels like a mom and pop type of pharmacy. The staff is also pretty friendly. One note: If you're traveling a good distance to pick up any Rx's you may want to call ahead of time to make sure ALL of the Rx is ready to pick up. Double driving a good distance with these gas prices is a little frustrating. read more

Always very quick and friendly. I like their drive-thru and they usually have medicines other pharmacies don't have in stock.

My husband and I used to go there until they lost one of my prescriptions and one of my husbands. Both showed filled and my insurance wouldn't refill them for a month. My husband's was a controlled substance for a pain medication and he had to deal with pain for a month before we could turn in the prescription our doctor wrote again for him. The staff was not helpful and I almost lost it. My husband didn't need to be in pain like he was. All we know is both of our prescriptions had been filled and when we went to get them, the prescriptions were not there and the insurance wouldn't run them through again. We've switched our prescriptions to WaMart. We've used them in the past but when we moved to Utah 3 years ago we decided to use Taylor's. We've never had this issue before and I've taken medicine for most my life. I will warn everyone I know to stay away. Some people rely on their meds to stay alive. read more

When we dropped off the prescription, they mentioned it would be 5-10 minutes. They took over 40 minutes to give us our prescription. We then drove home, and they gave us the completely wrong medicine. Extremely poor service, and they where unapologetic for their mistake that risked the health of my child. I would NEVER go back there again. read more
