It has a way for you to write to them to explain why they should refill it "early", which I filled out, but they never responded. Having missed one dose I called to get the prescription refilled. They told me they would have it ready the next day after 10am. I went in the next day but in the afternoon. They hadn't filled it and told me to come back after at least an hour. I went back when I was able to, but it was more like 3 hours later. They had closed early that day. They hadn't warned me that they were closing early, which would have been nice to know. So, again I couldn't get my prescription! It's been over a week since I missed my meds that are crucial for me to keep up regularly! This is just the latest of many problems I've had with Walgreens, I'm looking for a better pharmacy.

Life is already frustrating enough, especially for people who need medication for physical ailments, and we shouldn't have to deal with rude people. However, they have fair prices so I hope they fix this customer experience issue so I can continue going to them.

I asked if it was on the shelf he said yes it's on the shelf so I drove all the way over there to find there is not even a place for this pizza on their shelf. My problem with this interaction is not that I didn't get pizza. It's that I spent my time going over there to get something that wasn't even on the shelf because the employee didn't bother to look and just lied to me that they had it. I talked to management. I told them the story Keegan was present. I told Keegan I get that everybody's understaffed and we're all busy, but if you don't have time to actually go do what you say you're going to do which is look for it then just ask somebody else to help the customer instead of telling them something that's not true. I would like to see this location give all of their employees some customer service remediation. This is not my first poor customer service at this location. I think everybody could benefit from it. Maybe have Mason in produce teach the class. He has spectacular customer service !

While changing his diaper in the restroom, my son began showing signs of an asthma attack. He has severe asthma, and I immediately rushed him to the car to get his inhaler. In the stress of the moment, I unintentionally left the store with several stuffed animals still in the stroller. As soon as I realized what had happened, I called the store to explain and let them know I would return the items. I mistakenly contacted the West Jordan location instead of the Sandy store and was unfamiliar with the exact city when asked. I intended to return the items after work at 5:00 p.m.; however, at exactly 5:00, I received a call from a police officer informing me I was being accused of shoplifting and needed to return immediately. I fully cooperated and brought back every item as fast as I could. Unfortunately, despite explaining the medical emergency and my efforts to correct the mistake, I was met with a lack of understanding and was issued a citation. The owner explained she was a mom herself with a child that had asthma so I was very shocked to see the coldness and lack of understanding. I cooperated the whole entire time and apologized multiple times This was an honest mistake made during a medical emergency involving my child. And when I told her that she said "well you were at a pharmacy" as if that's the same as a hospital. I acted promptly per my motherly intuition and I to took full responsibility and returned everything immediately, and I hope other parents can understand how quickly situations like this can unfold. I would never recommend this place to anyone, especially those shopping with young children.
