He and two associates came to my home and took extensive measurements of my home - doorways, etc - and me. Five months later they delivered a stock chair that I am not able to sit in because the seat is too high. They tell me it cannot be lowered. So I had to send it back. I wanted the chair for leg surgery I had over two months ago. Needless to say I didn't have the needed chair and it doesn't look promising I will get it anytime soon. Both sales and corporate staff have provided nothing but excuses. Corporate has stopped returning my calls. The experience has been more than frustrating. This is a terrible company.

So far I haven't loved my interactions here. Primarily with their resupply…read more When I first got my machine, I tried multiple sizes and masks. I took in the ones I wasn't using and traded the unopened ones for the ones I wanted to use. That part was good. But when it came time for resupply, they called and asked me "would you like for us to order everything that your insurance will approve." Uh sure? - keep this in mind for later. So my supplies arrived - all the wrong ones. Not a huge deal, I called and told them the CORRECT one with the CORRECT size. I literally read it off of the one that I had been using. So, went through the hassle of shipping it all back and then the new stuff arrived a while later - but I didn't need it so I just looked to see what it was and I put it away for later. Then the bill arrived. It turns out that insurance will "approve" a LOT of supplies, but that doesn't mean that they will pay for any of it. So, with some sticker shock, I wanted to return some of the supplies, but sure enough, you can't return them after 30 days and the bill arrived more than 30 days after I received the supplies. So, fast forward to when I actually needed the new supplies... you guessed it! I opened them up and they are ALL the wrong size. Joy. And no, I can't return them. Of course, now I know to double check everything, expect insurance to "approve" tons of supplies and not pay anything towards it, and to expect to get a surprise bill in the mail... well, next time it won't be as much of a surprise.
