They were supposed to have my meds ready a week…read moreago, and this girl was so rude and trying to gas light me about prepayments (when I've been going here for six months now) being the excuse for it not being ready when it was actually that they don't have enough made still. She needs an attitude check for her power complex / the manager needs to make sure the policy is clear for employees if it's actually changed. Life is already frustrating enough, especially for people who need medication for physical ailments, and we shouldn't have to deal with rude people. However, they have fair prices so I hope they fix this customer experience issue so I can continue going to them.

When the man explained he was in a wheelchair and just got out of the hospital and asked to please wait the five minutes instead of getting back in line the employees told him no. I then chimed in and tried to advocate for him the employees held strong saying he had to leave the line and get back in. Doesn't MATTER THAT HES IN A WHEELCHAIR!

Couldn't be farther from the truth, but does walmart have a heart, or care? No they don't. They value money. Nothing else. They do not value their consumer. I tried to explain over and over again that not everyone is this area is a millionaire, or even makes six figures. They didn't care. They've given the support people zero power to help. For an hour they just kept repeating "This action cannot be taken." "No further action can be taken." What a waist of money to pay people to sit there and talk like robots (it was a real person though) instead of just givng me the fair price. They are going to have to take tons of calls like this, and they'll end up losing so money even with the price gauging they're doing. And if walmart is going to start charging me Harmons prices cause they think I'm "rich", then I'll just go to Smiths or Harmons or even Hmart because the quality is infinitely better. No reason to continue paying for terrible qualtiy produce, when I can get great produce for the same price at Harmons. You lost one today walmart. Nice one!

Walgreens filled my prescription by only giving me half the doses of what my doctor prescribed…read more Then when I went to get a refill their system said that it was too soon to get a refill. It has a way for you to write to them to explain why they should refill it "early", which I filled out, but they never responded. Having missed one dose I called to get the prescription refilled. They told me they would have it ready the next day after 10am. I went in the next day but in the afternoon. They hadn't filled it and told me to come back after at least an hour. I went back when I was able to, but it was more like 3 hours later. They had closed early that day. They hadn't warned me that they were closing early, which would have been nice to know. So, again I couldn't get my prescription! It's been over a week since I missed my meds that are crucial for me to keep up regularly! This is just the latest of many problems I've had with Walgreens, I'm looking for a better pharmacy.

I had a time when I was rushing at the last minute before they closed to get my medications and realized that I would be a couple of minutes after they closed. I called to double check their close time (hoping I was wrong - I wasn't) but they agreed to stay those few minutes so that I could get my medicine. While I don't recommend taking advantage of their kindness in this manner, it is just one way that they have shown that they care more about the people than big box pharmacies.
