The location itself is in a decently nice area though the customer service at the store itself is terrible. "Nola" specifically was terrible to work with. She was visibly and verbally rude and unhelpful. We had attempted to be kind in greeting her and upon saying "Hi, How are you?" she responded with "I'm fine" and gave a glare. The rest of the interaction at the customer service desk had the same tone and overall feel. Took over an hour to shake off the feeling she had left us. I called walmart online because my prices were changing each time I updated the address. It looked like they were doing location based pricing. I called online support and they LITERALLY CONFIRMED that YES THEY ARE DOING LOCATION BASED PRICING. This is bat sht crazy. We called this the bougie Walmart! They even have number signs what aisle you park on so you can find your car. It's a beautiful structure and the least ghetto Walmart that I ever been to. The people that shop there are just normal folks! It's a safe location. It's so pretty with the mountains behind it. This location is clean and a regular go to for me. The outside sign on the store is unique to any other Walmart I've been to and for some reason makes me feel like I'm entering an attraction at Disneyland :-) I like the wide range of things you can find at any Super Walmart but really wish they would go back to the 24/7 schedule they had before COVID. read more

As far as Walmarts go...this one is pretty average. PROS: It's a pretty clean location! They have a lot of employees who spend time straightening shelves and cleaning up. The employees are also nice and helpful whenever I ask them questions, which is great. I always expect employees to be kind and polite to their customers. CONS: Low selections. I heard a rumor from someone in my neighborhood that this Walmart gets the overstocks from the American Fork store. I think this is true because they're always out of different kinds of cereals that I get at other locations, different shapes of pastas, petite diced tomatoes with no salt added, and more. I remember one time they had almost 20 rows of frosted flakes! There are also limited entrances, and this location is smaller than most other locations. This doesn't bother me, but it does bother me that they have low selections of things I want. This Walmart is AWFULLLLLL. There is no option to put no stars at all so I HAD to put one. My experience was nightmare fuel. As I went down the toy isle, a 9 year old got a big bouncy ball and threw it at me. I of course got upset, but continued on with my shopping. I thought one time was enough but she didn't. As I was looking at the new BRATZ dolls 3 more giant bouncy balls hurled towards me. The 9 year old standing menacingly from the direction they came from. I went to go get a worker to get her kicked out, the worker did NOT believe my story, so I asked her to stand by me to watch. As I waited 5 more bouncy balls were thrown at me. One from a different direction this time, the direction the worker was. I looked over as the worker laughed and pointed at me. I didn't say anything, angry is an UNDERSTATEMENT. I started walking towards her but 10 more bouncy balls were hurled at me. I turned around multiple workers had bouncy balls in their arms bursting out laughing. It was Saturday at a Walmart and I was in a real hurry. That right there should tell you the desperation I was in to find someone to help me find what I was looking for so I could get back home. I stopped a young man in a yellow vest and asked him where x and y were. He said he worked at moving the carts in and out of the store. I said, "Thank you for your time," and began to move away from him when he said, "But I can help you find what you're looking for." He pulled out his Wal-Mart gadget that had products and their aisle numbers and not only told me the aisle number but WALKED me to the aisle and assisted me in finding what I was looking for. EXCELLENT customer service. I told his manager, Ashley I believe, that I hoped she would give Collin R a gold sticker on his forehead. If I could give negative (-) 10 stars I would! This is by far the lousiest Walmart I have ever been too. The customer service people are rude and don't care about serving the customers. They wouldn't even refund my money! So I drove to a different one and they had no problem returning my item. Didn't even phase them, they just returned it no problem. No excuses, no nothing, just gave me my money. It's not like I am trying to return some half used something, it was a completely unopened package!! I had the receipts and everything. But apparently "company policy" doesn't allow returns of brand new items with a current receipt (less than 90 days old) ??? For real???? And just like everyone else mentioned, never the things you need on the shelves or anyone to check you out. Also, the things it says they have online are never actually in the store. They always have the right animal crackers that my girlfriend likes. But they're always out of the ice cream we want so we have to go somewhere else for that. My friend who worked there once saw someone grab a handful of grapes from the grape section and shove them in his mouth as he walked away from the produce isle. I'm giving it 4 stars just because this one can often run out of items and I have to wait for it to get restocked which isn't too big of a problem. It's what we get for having a smaller Walmart in a smaller city. But this Walmart is always clean and seems nicer than most. There aren't usually lines or long wait times. Its busiest seems to be Saturday nights but otherwise it's a great store (something I thought I'd never say about a Walmart) and location. read more

Let me start out by saying, Walmart is my favorite store because it has everything I need & usually has the lowest prices. But when it comes to the Cedar Hills, Utah Walmart.... Good God. I think it's about the 4th time now that that Walmart in particular has pissed me off. I'm not gonna get into all of my stories, just the most recent ones. However, I will say, NEVER go to their deli! Once you deal w/ them, you will agree with me when I say they are literally(not in a joking or insensitive matter) retarded. They will mess up your order & in my case they will also charge you more when they fix it for you. Anyway, today I was on my lunch break for an hour. I needed $100 for something I found on KSL. I decided to stop by Walmart to get a Slim Jim & $100 cash back. The cashier was nice & I was his last customer before his shift ended. I went out to my car & drove to the KSL seller's house. I discovered that I was short-changed & was only given $90. I drove back to Walmart, which was only about 3 minutes away, & my cashier was gone. Unfortunately, I didn't have my receipt because my cashier threw it away. The customer service manager, who is a very obese woman, SLOWLY walked to the register & looked for my receipt. I told her I was in a hurry & she still did everything SLOWLY. It took a half-hour for her to finally get my receipt & get my cash back. Needless to say, I was late back to work. Ha My manager wasn't mad at me. Luckily for me, he had a few stories about the Cedar Hills Walmart of his own. One thing you'll notice about their staff is that they really don't want to deal w/ you. Every single time I have to go through the Hell of going through customer service, they always ask me if I want to come back later. Umm No! It doesn't matter how many times I tell them that I don't want to drive from Provo to Cedar Hills, they will keep asking & almost give off vibes of insistence. Very awkward & very unprofessional. They really want me to stop by & explain myself to a different Cedar Hills Customer Service Retard a few hours later?? And waste even more time & gas?? No, never... Never go to that Walmart. Go to the Pleasant Grove Walmart or the Lindon Walmart(they are both w/in 8-10 minutes away). I promise that if you go out of your way to NOT go to the Cedar Hills Walmart, you won't regret it. Take it from me, the Cedar Hills, Utah Walmart Staff do NOT care about you & do NOT want to deal w/ you. They aren't normal people, they aren't smart, & only show disregard if you're in a hurry. All I have to say is... What the Hell? So to the Cedar Hills, Utah Walmart staff, if you ever read this, I only have one more request. Next time I'm there, I would appreciate it if you took me out to a nice meal first, because I love to be Wined & Dined before I'M FUCKED IN THE ASS! read more

This Walmart should consider itself very lucky, as it's a shame there is no option for a zero stars rating... I just bought a half gallon of Great Value brand chocolate milk and found it to be four days past its "best used by" date. Unfortunately for me, I didn't notice this until after I took a full swig of the rotten sludge and almost threw up. Of course I should have checked the date on the container before purchasing it, but I still find it completely unacceptable for such an item to be neglected and left on the shelf still readily available for sale (first item!). This is a clear and present demonstration of the negligence on behalf of the employees and their management. Not only this, but under closer examination I found the quality of packaging an utter disappointment and an embarrassment for the Great Value company. Then again, perhaps I shouldn't be as critical because, after all, it is only Walmart and maybe the best I can expect on any given day is rotten milk and employee dereliction.
