The guys there that helped us were so extremely nice also. The process was so smooth also. From choosing a ring we liked, to completely customizing it from the ground up was amazing. My wife loves the ring she got, and she gets so many compliments from people about it. The are super fast and willing to help and answer questions anytime. It was great because my wife debated on a ring and they were super helpful about where to help us create the ring in our price range that she loved. I had came in because I wanted to recast my engagement ring and they told me what I was asking for would require a new ring?? There is no way I'm getting a "new ring" just because they're trying to upsell. I contacted several other jewelers that were able to recast my ring without me having to purchase a completely new ring and lose the sentimental value my ring holds. FORGE was fun to work with initially. But when the ring came, they had mixed up the numbers of gems I ordered and even used the wrong metal for the band. Fortunately they fixed the issues but they didn't keep to the timeline/self-imposed deadlines they promised me. Worst of all, when they asked for my phone number so they could text me pictures of the ring we designed, they promised me they would never use my phone number for anything except contacting me about my design and purchase. I am now receiving promotional texts from them. GIANT betrayal of my trust. Take your business elsewhere. read more

These guys are AMAZING and so nice. I went to a least 9 other places looking for a wedding ring and nothing was quite right. Everyone else would try and design one I liked, but it would take a long time, cost more, and not be exactly right. When I went to forge, they had me sit by a computer, listened to what I wanted, and designed my perfect ring in about 10 minutes. And it cost less than any other option also! They were friendly and updated my ring design when I went back in because I had wanted something a little different. It did take 3 weeks to get to me, but it was worth it and I LOVE my ring. It came with cleaning solution which is nice. They also have good payment plan options if needed. We ordered my husband's ring from here too and love it. 10/10 would recommend. read more

What a marvelous experience! I had an idea what I wanted for my ring but didn't find anything like my "vision" in the stores. We decided to try Forge and scheduled a last minute appointment and they were able to get us in. When we got there, we worked with an employee that was willing to walk us through the options available and who sat with us for a LONG time to try to make sure that she really understood what I was hoping for and worked to create it on their CAD system. At one point she felt a little "stuck" and was willing to get another employee to step in and help with the continued process in creating the perfect engagement ring/wedding band combo that I was hoping for. They have a great selection of lab created and Moissanite stones (which is what I was looking for) and were knowledgeable about the jewels. They were amazing to work with, they created the ring and sent us the renders 2 days later. I was so excited! We were told 3-4 weeks for the creation of the ring, but my fiancé was coming to visit me and wanted to surprise me with the ring. He called the team, asked if there was any possible way that they could shorten that timeline and THEY DID! I received my ring early and as a complete surprise! And can I tell you, it is BEAUTIFUL! We bought my wife's ring here back in 2015, but I never got around to writing a review. We loved our experience. We had been to practically every jewelry shop in the Provo/Orem area, and although we liked many of them, couldn't quite find what we wanted. We stumbled upon Forge after shopping at Walmart, and went to check them out. We were not pressured (super appreciated), and they were very patient with us. It was really nice to have so much control in creating the ring. The style was similar to a lot of other rings we had looked at, but my wife really liked that she was able to make small adjustments to fit her preferences. They quoted a very competitive price, and sent us home with a few CAD rendered pictures that really helped us know what the ring would look like. Four years later, and the ring still looks great. I was SO excited when I found Forge. I went to 6 other jewelry stores before I saw raving reviews about Forge and decided to go check them out. They were so friendly and helpful and we were able to create something together with their computer software right in the store. I'm a very visual person, so it was difficult to know exactly what I wanted without being able to see it or play around with different ideas, and Forge made the process a breeze. I also found a beautiful diamond at a really great price, and overall the entire wedding set was well-priced. I finally had a ring I loved! HOWEVER, After I got engaged and received the ring, I noticed that it was not very polished (jagged metal on the edges of the prongs) and there were tool marks on all four prongs of my engagement ring. I was also assured during the design process that we would be able to create an engagement ring and band that would be completely flush together. They are not. So, I took my ring back to get it polished and have the tool marks removed. When I got it back I left the store only to realize later that two of the prongs STILL had tool marks. My fiancee had to take it back a second time, and guess what? The marks are STILL there. I give up. And I don't dare try and have them fix the "not flush with each other" problem after being unable to fix something as small as tool marks. I also called the store for a price quote on a men's band for my fiancee and was told one thing and later when I went into the store to make the purchase, was told another thing (much higher) which was frustrating and disappointing. Lastly, I asked for the diamond certification on the diamond in my engagement ring; there is none, so I was told they would send me, or rather send my fiancee, an email with the diamond information and an appraisal for insurance purposes. Well neither myself nor my fiancee ever received said email. I'm utterly disappointed with this place. I had such high expectations after having such a good experience during the design process. Overall I feel that because my custom design was more classic and simple (solitaire 1/3ct marquis with milgrain diamond wedding band) and not some fabulously intricate design, it wasn't given the same care and attention to detail in it's craftsmanship. As the customer, I wanted classic and I wanted simple. I could not find the right combination anywhere else, which is why I decided to try creating a customized set. This design should have been treated the same as any other more complicated, more expensive, "more beautiful" designs that come Forge's way, because it's what I wanted, and what my fiancee paid for. read more

These guys are the best of the best when it comes to customer service and high quality products. I proposed yesterday to my girlfriend and then discovered the ring was an entire size too big. Other shops told me it would take over a week to get it resized. The Forge did it in 4.5 hours and I was able to surprise my fiancé with the resized ring that same day.
