Forge is great! After shopping around we found them and we would never go anywhere else again. We went in to get rings for our wedding, and felt no pressure. The guys there that helped us were so extremely nice also. The process was so smooth also. From choosing a ring we liked, to completely customizing it from the ground up was amazing. My wife loves the ring she got, and she gets so many compliments from people about it. The are super fast and willing to help and answer questions anytime. It was great because my wife debated on a ring and they were super helpful about where to help us create the ring in our price range that she loved. Since going there we have gone back and bought necklaces and bracelets and love the experience and customer service they have every time. They make buying jewelry easy and hassle free. I would recommend them to anyone looking for anything from engagement rings to everyday jewelry. read more

Everyone there was very kind and attentive but the pricing was absolutely out of our range. Rings parted at 2k. They are entirely customizable which makes the price seem worth it but for us, it wasn't what we wanted. I'd only recommend going if you already know you want a more unique ring and it needs to be custom... and you're willing to pay for it read more

We used to go to Goldsmith jewellers in Provo for years and years for cleanings and repairs. Gave Forge a try based upon reviews and being local in Provo. They have won my business with excellent service, great cleanings, great repairs, and really fair prices read more

I had came in because I wanted to recast my engagement ring and they told me what I was asking for would require a new ring?? There is no way I'm getting a "new ring" just because they're trying to upsell. I contacted several other jewelers that were able to recast my ring without me having to purchase a completely new ring and lose the sentimental value my ring holds. They don't seem very honest or professional up front in my opinion if they can't recast a ring, considering they are experienced jewelers. read more

FORGE was fun to work with initially. But when the ring came, they had mixed up the numbers of gems I ordered and even used the wrong metal for the band. Fortunately they fixed the issues but they didn't keep to the timeline/self-imposed deadlines they promised me. Worst of all, when they asked for my phone number so they could text me pictures of the ring we designed, they promised me they would never use my phone number for anything except contacting me about my design and purchase. I am now receiving promotional texts from them. GIANT betrayal of my trust. Take your business elsewhere. read more

These guys are AMAZING and so nice. I went to a least 9 other places looking for a wedding ring and nothing was quite right. Everyone else would try and design one I liked, but it would take a long time, cost more, and not be exactly right. When I went to forge, they had me sit by a computer, listened to what I wanted, and designed my perfect ring in about 10 minutes. And it cost less than any other option also! They were friendly and updated my ring design when I went back in because I had wanted something a little different. It did take 3 weeks to get to me, but it was worth it and I LOVE my ring. It came with cleaning solution which is nice. They also have good payment plan options if needed. We ordered my husband's ring from here too and love it. 10/10 would recommend. read more

I had stones and took it here to get rings made. The work they did was out of this world. Great customer service and very knowledgeable staff read more

Great new jewelry store in Utah County. Shawn & Darrell have really outdone themselves here. This is not your usual, run-of-the-mill jewelry store. The atmosphere is very laid back and casual. They don't have a huge inventory of stock that they are trying to sell to you because it is close to what you might want. They and their master jeweler work with you to help you get exactly what you want. Very low pressure, great decor, and they had some Christmas punch, too. And loved the Super Hero theme of the rest rooms. read more

Forge exceeded my expectations. Customize your own unique jewelry! Who does that? So happy I found them.

First of all, as an in-house manufacturer, Forge offered us the best custom ring pricing around. My fiance and I really appreciated how well we were treated here. Shawn (the owner) was extremely knowledgeable, yet he was a great listener when it came to what the lady wanted in a ring. He took her preferences and whipped up a dream ring for her. We recommend Forge to all of our friends in Utah county looking for engagement/wedding rings because we know they'll be treated well and offered competitive pricing. Also, their proprietary CAD rendering software is second to none! They are able to put your dream custom ring before your eyes long before you buy it, and I love that! read more

Not-your-typical high-pressure price-jacked jewelry store. This place is amazing! From the casual yet classy decor to the smiling people who meet you at the door - I enjoyed every minute of my experience with Forge. Having their superior craftsman jeweler on-site makes for QUICK resizing & repairs. Don't let the outside, strip-mall-stucco exterior keep you from going in - you'll get the prettiest, amazingly cool, individually-designed ring. That one-of-a-kind coveted bling that you have only seen in your dreams - - Forge will make your dreams come true! : ) read more

What a marvelous experience! I had an idea what I wanted for my ring but didn't find anything like my "vision" in the stores. We decided to try Forge and scheduled a last minute appointment and they were able to get us in. When we got there, we worked with an employee that was willing to walk us through the options available and who sat with us for a LONG time to try to make sure that she really understood what I was hoping for and worked to create it on their CAD system. At one point she felt a little "stuck" and was willing to get another employee to step in and help with the continued process in creating the perfect engagement ring/wedding band combo that I was hoping for. They have a great selection of lab created and Moissanite stones (which is what I was looking for) and were knowledgeable about the jewels. They were amazing to work with, they created the ring and sent us the renders 2 days later. I was so excited! We were told 3-4 weeks for the creation of the ring, but my fiancé was coming to visit me and wanted to surprise me with the ring. He called the team, asked if there was any possible way that they could shorten that timeline and THEY DID! I received my ring early and as a complete surprise! And can I tell you, it is BEAUTIFUL! Every step of the process was a positive experience and I am so happy with my ring! read more

Came here for my engagement ring, my husbands ring and again to have a gem my grandpa cut set. I have always received the best service while coming here! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for service regarding jewelry. Everyone here is so welcoming. I received the wedding ring of my dreams AND got to put my vision to life for what I had in mind for my other rings. Will always recommend this place! read more

We bought my wife's ring here back in 2015, but I never got around to writing a review. We loved our experience. We had been to practically every jewelry shop in the Provo/Orem area, and although we liked many of them, couldn't quite find what we wanted. We stumbled upon Forge after shopping at Walmart, and went to check them out. We were not pressured (super appreciated), and they were very patient with us. It was really nice to have so much control in creating the ring. The style was similar to a lot of other rings we had looked at, but my wife really liked that she was able to make small adjustments to fit her preferences. They quoted a very competitive price, and sent us home with a few CAD rendered pictures that really helped us know what the ring would look like. Four years later, and the ring still looks great. Thank you guys for all you do! read more

I had the best experience here! I came in with a design idea in my head and they made it come to life! Darrell was so helpful! I had a tight budget and he worked with me to make sure I could stay within it! I am so excited to get my custom ring! I would recommend this place to anyone! read more

I was SO excited when I found Forge. I went to 6 other jewelry stores before I saw raving reviews about Forge and decided to go check them out. They were so friendly and helpful and we were able to create something together with their computer software right in the store. I'm a very visual person, so it was difficult to know exactly what I wanted without being able to see it or play around with different ideas, and Forge made the process a breeze. I also found a beautiful diamond at a really great price, and overall the entire wedding set was well-priced. I finally had a ring I loved! HOWEVER, After I got engaged and received the ring, I noticed that it was not very polished (jagged metal on the edges of the prongs) and there were tool marks on all four prongs of my engagement ring. I was also assured during the design process that we would be able to create an engagement ring and band that would be completely flush together. They are not. So, I took my ring back to get it polished and have the tool marks removed. When I got it back I left the store only to realize later that two of the prongs STILL had tool marks. My fiancee had to take it back a second time, and guess what? The marks are STILL there. I give up. And I don't dare try and have them fix the "not flush with each other" problem after being unable to fix something as small as tool marks. I also called the store for a price quote on a men's band for my fiancee and was told one thing and later when I went into the store to make the purchase, was told another thing (much higher) which was frustrating and disappointing. Lastly, I asked for the diamond certification on the diamond in my engagement ring; there is none, so I was told they would send me, or rather send my fiancee, an email with the diamond information and an appraisal for insurance purposes. Well neither myself nor my fiancee ever received said email. I'm utterly disappointed with this place. I had such high expectations after having such a good experience during the design process. Overall I feel that because my custom design was more classic and simple (solitaire 1/3ct marquis with milgrain diamond wedding band) and not some fabulously intricate design, it wasn't given the same care and attention to detail in it's craftsmanship. As the customer, I wanted classic and I wanted simple. I could not find the right combination anywhere else, which is why I decided to try creating a customized set. This design should have been treated the same as any other more complicated, more expensive, "more beautiful" designs that come Forge's way, because it's what I wanted, and what my fiancee paid for. read more

Forge is by far the best jeweler! All the staff are so friendly and helpful plus you can design your own custom ring! I am so glad I got my ring at Forge and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I am so happy with it and get compliments on it all the time. They are the best! read more

My fiancé and I got my original engagement ring here and have recently bought our wedding rings there. Forge is great because they will work with whatever price you are willing to spend. These guys are the best of the best when it comes to customer service and high quality products. I proposed yesterday to my girlfriend and then discovered the ring was an entire size too big. Other shops told me it would take over a week to get it resized. The Forge did it in 4.5 hours and I was able to surprise my fiancé with the resized ring that same day. Richard, the goldsmith at the Forge, worked personally with me and even taught me some new things about the diamond that I didn't even know. Five stars, two thumbs up, hands down the best place around! read more

This is a great shop. Very nice friendly staff and great prices. I will definitely do business again. Thanks Shawn

I love Forge! My husband purchased our ring from Shawn many years ago and we followed him to Forge. They made a custom band for my ring. Most recently they repaired my ring when my diamond fell out. They have the best customer service. They do fantastic work. My ring looks brand new again! read more

I cannot speak highly enough of this beautiful jewelry store! Buying jewelry can make me nervous, as I am so anxious to make sure that I get something that I will really like forever! The staff at Forge was so kind, and reassuring each time I visited their store. I really felt they were helping me to find what I wanted, and never felt pressured to spend outside of my budget, or felt that they were annoyed by my many questions! They took the time to educate me about the different metals and gems that I could consider. When I left, I not only felt that they were totally honest, but felt that they were friends that I could count on again and again. I will definitely be back for any future jewelry purchases, and recommend them to all of my friends! read more

We walked in to purchase engagement and wedding rings and were immediately greeted by Shawn. All of the staff was helping other customers but they offered us water while we waited. Shawn helped us put together a wonderful ring and the whole process went so smoothly! We were very happy with the service. Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone! read more

I had a co-worker recommend FORGE to me recently when I told her I was looking to possibly redesign my wedding ring. Today my mother-in-law gifted me with her emerald cut diamond from her original wedding ring. She wanted to be a part of the redesign and since she is in town only for another day we decided to give FORGE a shot. I can't be more excited that we decided to check it out. I've never liked shopping for jewelry since I always feel pressured to make a decision even if it may be out of my price range or not exactly what I want. Darrell at FORGE has definitely made me change my mind. He helped me and my husband design a new wedding ring using my mother-in-law's diamond as well as the diamonds and gold from my original wedding ring. Darrell was fantastic. He helped answer all our questions and design my dream ring. He did not pressure us or rush us in any way. He made suggestions on things he thought I might like based on what I described, things I wouldn't have even thought of. I was only planning on looking today and didn't think I would fall in love with the design so We didn't have the whole amount to pay today and they allowed us to do a partial payment. I will recommend FORGE to anyone I know that is looking to buy or design a ring. read more

We love Forge Jewelry Works! They were so professional and great when we brought my wedding ring in. We felt like we were part of their family. We had them take my original yellow gold wedding ring, cast it and pour an exact replica in white gold since that is what I usually wear. I couldn't be more happier with our choice, I had no idea they could do that! In the process we chose a larger center diamond and then gave our son my original diamond for the engagement ring he had designed...also through Forge. I would highly recommend Forge to any friend or family! read more
