When the new Management (The owners of Payne Diamonds) took over their Customer Service has been one of the worst I have ever seen in any industry. When they first took over, the company offered a Customer Care Plan Card that we bought into which included free cleaning and rhodium plating twice a year. We have made special trips to Provo since 2008 to use our paid Customer Care Plan for my Wife's rings. A few days ago I made another such trip, however I was told that they have never accepted a Customer Care Plan Card and would never sell such a thing. This was perplexing to me as the man who was telling me this was the one who had signed and accepted our card the last two times we have used it. We have also had the experiences that other reviews have had where we brought our rings to get repaired and was told that they would be completed in a week then never hear back from them. I would have to call and remind them that they have my property and to my amazement they would act like they had no recollection of me coming in. After putting me on hold for almost a half hour, they found my ring and would tell me I would have to wait another week. This has happened exactly this way at least three times since 2008. They are very unorganized and also very pompous and rude when you point out a mistake to them. We are never going back and are telling all of our friends that we had referred to them before 2008 to not go back either. Will be reporting them to BBB

Wade was great through the whole process, especially considering it took 2 months for my husband to figure out what he wanted. Once he finally decided on something, we quickly got the details worked out, paid for the ring and received it 4 weeks later as expected. The ring was stunning, except for the fact that it had the wrong stones! We specified black diamonds and rubies, but instead received blue and orange stones. I immediately contacted Wade and he responded promptly, saying that they would make the correct ring and to hold onto the wrong one until we received the new one. Two months later and we hadn't heard a thing nor received the ring. My husband emailed, no response after over a week. He called and talked to Wade who didn't remember the order, not an issue as I'm sure they have a lot of clients and you can't remember everyone. But we still heard nothing even after he said he'd look into it. I finally emailed again and got a response saying they switched stone setters and the ring should be started shortly. Another month and we finally received the correct ring! My husband loves it; I just wish it had been made correctly the first time, and that it didn't take so long to get a second one done with the correct stones.

Found my way to this little cute gem as I purchased a pair of a fantastic (thrifted) genuine pair…read moreof leather cowboy boots and I knew it needed a bit of TLC so I took it to this place. These cowboy boots were super authentic, one of a kind, and with a bit of polishing, I knew these would be glamorous! This pair also had a nail stuck into the footbed so that had to be cut/grinded down. In addition, it needed a bit of stretching of the leather (from the footbed as it fit a tad narrow), and the leather needed a good polishing. It took about four days for them to get these things done (as they have a large clientele) but believe me it was worth the wait! I've had the pleasure of meeting Brenda, one of the owners and she said they've been around for twenty-plus years, and still thriving (you can tell why because of the quality of work they do). I got the boots back as if they were brand new, and was so happy with the end results! Their prices are reasonable! I have found my local cobbler and I'm sticking with them for all my future shoe needs!

I had a special request for my earrings and I prepaid to have two welds done per earring. He took the earrings with him and I have never seen them again. I have contacted the company by phone and email at least a dozen times and absolutely no response has been made. They have stolen my earrings that I pre-paid for and I'm very upset. Also, a piece of turquoise immediately fell out of one of my bracelets. I would not recommend this company.
